Dear business partners,
Brenntag CR is using time-slot planning system (door management system) to manage all
inbound deliveries. Therefore please contact Brenntag CR employee to plan exact time for
unloading at the Brenntag CR sites.
You shall have following information for the Brenntag employee:
 Brenntag CR purchase order number;
 material name and quantity;
 estimated time of arrival;
 contact person information;
 driver has to have a valid transport document (CMR, delivery note) and Certificate of
Analysis.
Operating hours for goods reception are 8:00 – 14:00 every work day with breaks 9:00 – 9:20
and 12:00 – 12:40.
Early or late arrivals:
 truck arriving prior the booked time-slot will be rescheduled to the first available
time-slot but no later than originally booked time-slot;
 truck arriving later than booked time-sot will be rescheduled to the first available
time-slot, this may be the next working day;
 truck arriving without booked time-slot will have to wait for the first available timeslot.
