DECISION
The Czech Republic Labour Office, General Directorate (hereinafter “Labour Office”), as the
administrative body pertinent under Section 8 clause g) and Section 60 par. 1 Employment Act No.
435/2004 Coll., as subsequently amended (hereinafter “Employment Act”), in administrative procedure
commenced under Section 44 par. 1 Act No. 500/2004 Coll., administrative code, as subsequently
amended (hereinafter “Administrative Code”), in the matter of issuing licence for procurement of
employment; has decided as follows:
Pursuant to Section 60 Art. 1-10 and Section 60a and Section 62 Art. 3 of the Employment Act
body corporate: TOP MONEY s.r.o., Company Reg. No. 285 89 637, registered office: Nádražní
962/123, Moravská Ostrava, 702 00 Ostrava (hereinafter “Applicant”), with subject of business
according to the certificate of incorporation dated 26th March 2014, with responsible person: Ing. Jan
Poštulka, date of birth: 16th December 1984, nationality: Czech Republic, permanent residence:
Lejskova 1147, 735 41 Petřvald,
is granted licence for procurement of employment
A) for the territory of Czech Republic: for citizens of the Czech Republic (hereinafter “CZ”),
their family members, citizens of European Union/European Economic Area (hereinafter
“EU/EEA”) member states and their family members for all types of works in all fields under
Section 14 par. 1 clause b) of the Employment Act, i.e. as procurement of:
clause b) employment of bodies non-corporate for purpose of performing work for the user which shall
be another body corporate or non-corporate which shall allocate work and supervise its performance,
B) abroad: for citizens of the Czech Republic, their family members, citizens of EU/EEA
member states and their family members for all types of works in all fields under Section 14
par. 1 clause b) of the Employment Act, i.e. as procurement of:
clause b) employment of bodies non-corporate for purpose of performing work for the user which shall
be another body corporate or non-corporate which shall allocate work and supervise its performance,
This licence for procurement of employment is issued for a term of 3 years from the date of
effect of this Decision.
