Scatola in ghisa G.25 di struttura molto robusta con nervature
in grado di eliminare vibrazioni, contiene l'albero mandrino
ed il cambio ingranaggi. Il cambio, dotato di 3 marce
consente l'ottimale sfruttamento della notevole coppia
disponibile su un ampio range di velocità senza "vuoti" di
potenza. Il cambio, può essere selezionato in modalità
marcia fissa, oppure in selezione continua.
G25 cast iron box, with a strong structure and ribs to remove
vibrations, contains the spindle tree and the gearing change.
The gear system, equipped with three gears, permits the
optimal exploitation of the available torque over a wide
range, without “loss” of power. The gear system can be set to
work in fixed gear mode or continuous selection.
MANDRINO
SPINDLE
Il mandrino in acciaio speciale al NiCrMo è cementato,
temprato ed accuratamente rettificato. E' montato su
cuscinetti conici con lubrificazione ad olio.Il mandrino è
dotato di attacco ASA 11" per passaggio barra mm. 160,
questo assicura intercambiabilità, rigidità, precisione,
sicurezza nel montagg io e smontagg io degli
autocentranti.
The spindle, made of special steel NiCrMo, is cemented,
tempered and precisely grinded.It is mounted on oil
lubricated conic bearings.
The spindle is equipped with a ASA 11 attach system for the
insertion of a bar of 160 mm. This insures interchange,
stiffness, precision and security when mounting and
dismounting the self-centerin g .

BASEMENT - BENCH
E' una fusione unica in ghisa G30 molto robusta, subisce un
trattamento di distensione, prima di essere avviato alla
lavorazione, che elimina le tensioni interne dovute alla
fusione stessa. La struttura è dotata di una terza guida.
Questa soluzione garantisce una elevata rigidità dell'asse X
durante le lavorazioni di grandi diametri. Infatti ii carico,
dovuto al peso proprio del carrello trasversale, al peso della
torretta ed allo sforzo della lavorazione và a scaricarsi proprio
su tale guida dando cosi grande stabilità alla slitta trasversale
e precisione alla lavorazione. Permette inoltre la possibilità di
sfruttare tutta la corsa dell'asse X senza dover ricorrere ad
espedienti per lavorare il diametro massimo ammesso sul
bancale.
It is a unique, very strong cast iron fusion, it receives a
relaxation treatment ,before it is machine worked, that
eliminates internal tensions caused by the fusion itself.
The structure has a third guide. This solution guarantees an
high stiffness of the X axis when working with large
diameters. Indeed, the loading, caused by the transverse cart,
by the turret weight and by the effort of the working cycle, is
centered on that guide offering in this way a great steadiness
to the transverse slide and precision to the worked piece. It
also permits to use the full length of the X axis without the
need to use particular expedients to work the maximum
diameter admitted for the bench.
GRUPPO CARRO E CARRELLI
CART GROUP
Il carro è una fusione in ghisa G30 ben dimensionata e
robusta con le guide di scorrimento rivestite di materiale
antifrizione e raschiettate a mano.
Le viti di comando sia asse''Z" che asse "X" sono a ricircolo di
sfere con chiocciole precaricate a gioco "0" rettificate in
classe di precisione ISO 5. Sono protette e dotate di tamburi
graduati con divisioni di facile lettura. Le guide delia slitta
trasversale,
quelle
prismatiche
del
bancale
e le viti di comando sono lubrificate per mezzo di una
elettropompa temporizzata ed apposite valvole dosatrici.
The cart is made of a G30 cast iron fusion, well dimensioned
and robust, with sliding guides covered with antifriction
material and scraped by hands. The command screws both
for the “Z” axis and the “X” axis, are with bearings recycle with
preloaded snails with “0” gap, grinded with precision class
ISO 5. They are protected by graduated drums with divisions
for easy reading. The transverse slide guides, the bench
prismatical ones and the command screws are all lubricated
by a timed electropump and proper proportioner valves.

machines a powerful numerical PC Windows control based
which, thanks to the continuously developed conversational
software, allows an immediate approach on behalf of the
operator, following all of our clients work requirements. The
simplicity linked to the high power and personalisation are
points of strength in a market where quality and
performances make the difference. In always trying to be
close to the client, Comev is able to personalise its machines
and software to resolve particular workmanship.
A 15” coloured touch-screen display, extended key board,

manufacturer of cnc, for the last 15 years, installs on its
machines a powerful numerical PC Windows control based
which, thanks to the continuously developed conversational
software, allows an immediate approach on behalf of the
operator, following all of our clients work requirements. The
simplicity linked to the high power and personalisation are
points of strength in a market where quality and
performances make the difference. In always trying to be
close to the client, Comev is able to personalise its machines
and software to resolve particular workmanship.
A 15” coloured touch-screen display, extended key board,
mouse, Usb Hard disk of remarkable dimensions and
periodically updated software are available for an always
innovative machine.

Scatola in ghisa G.25 di struttura molto robusta con nervature
in grado di eliminare vibrazioni, contiene l'albero mandrino
ed il cambio ingranaggi. Il cambio, dotato di 3 marce
consente l'ottimale sfruttamento della notevole coppia
disponibile su un ampio range di velocità senza "vuoti" di
potenza. Il cambio, può essere selezionato in modalità
marcia fissa, oppure in selezione continua.
G25 cast iron box, with a strong structure and ribs to remove
vibrations, contains the spindle tree and the gearing change.
The gear system, equipped with three gears, permits the
optimal exploitation of the available torque over a wide
range, without “loss” of power. The gear system can be set to
work in fixed gear mode or continuous selection.
MANDRINO
SPINDLE
Il mandrino in acciaio speciale al NiCrMo è cementato,
temprato ed accuratamente rettificato. E' montato su
cuscinetti conici con lubrificazione ad olio.Il mandrino è
dotato di attacco ASA 11" per passaggio barra mm. 160,
questo assicura intercambiabilità, rigidità, precisione,
sicurezza nel montagg io e smontagg io degli
autocentranti.
The spindle, made of special steel NiCrMo, is cemented,
tempered and precisely grinded.It is mounted on oil
lubricated conic bearings.
The spindle is equipped with a ASA 11 attach system for the
insertion of a bar of 160 mm. This insures interchange,
stiffness, precision and security when mounting and
dismounting the self-centerin g .

BASEMENT - BENCH
E' una fusione unica in ghisa G30 molto robusta, subisce un
trattamento di distensione, prima di essere avviato alla
lavorazione, che elimina le tensioni interne dovute alla
fusione stessa. La struttura è dotata di una terza guida.
Questa soluzione garantisce una elevata rigidità dell'asse X
durante le lavorazioni di grandi diametri. Infatti ii carico,
dovuto al peso proprio del carrello trasversale, al peso della
torretta ed allo sforzo della lavorazione và a scaricarsi proprio
su tale guida dando cosi grande stabilità alla slitta trasversale
e precisione alla lavorazione. Permette inoltre la possibilità di
sfruttare tutta la corsa dell'asse X senza dover ricorrere ad
espedienti per lavorare il diametro massimo ammesso sul
bancale.
It is a unique, very strong cast iron fusion, it receives a
relaxation treatment ,before it is machine worked, that
eliminates internal tensions caused by the fusion itself.
The structure has a third guide. This solution guarantees an
high stiffness of the X axis when working with large
diameters. Indeed, the loading, caused by the transverse cart,
by the turret weight and by the effort of the working cycle, is
centered on that guide offering in this way a great steadiness
to the transverse slide and precision to the worked piece. It
also permits to use the full length of the X axis without the
need to use particular expedients to work the maximum
diameter admitted for the bench.

CART GROUP
Il carro è una fusione in ghisa G30 ben dimensionata e
robusta con le guide di scorrimento rivestite di materiale
antifrizione e raschiettate a mano.
Le viti di comando sia asse''Z" che asse "X" sono a ricircolo di
sfere con chiocciole precaricate a gioco "0" rettificate in
classe di precisione ISO 5. Sono protette e dotate di tamburi
graduati con divisioni di facile lettura. Le guide delia slitta
trasversale,
quelle
prismatiche
del
bancale
e le viti di comando sono lubrificate per mezzo di una
elettropompa temporizzata ed apposite valvole dosatrici.
The cart is made of a G30 cast iron fusion, well dimensioned
and robust, with sliding guides covered with antifriction
material and scraped by hands. The command screws both
for the “Z” axis and the “X” axis, are with bearings recycle with
preloaded snails with “0” gap, grinded with precision class
ISO 5. They are protected by graduated drums with divisions
for easy reading. The transverse slide guides, the bench
prismatical ones and the command screws are all lubricated
by a timed electropump and proper proportioner valves.

torni.L’azienda nasce nel lontano 1958 come Soc. Coop. Comm, da un gruppo di operai,

le loro doti. Nel 1971 la Comm si trasforma in società per azioni assumendo la
denominazione attuale. Comev anticipa le tendenze del mercato proponendo un
