instituted as a political party pursuant to the law of your country and we send you our sincere
congratulations.
We strongly believe that the Bulgarian Pirate Party shall remain faithful to the principles from which
the pirate movement emerged, such as the understanding of the need to fundamentally reform of
copyright and patents, making the state machinery transparent, and promoting the civil liberties
guaranteed by the European Convention.
