Objevení:
První LED (červené barvy) objevil v roce
1962 na illinoiské univerzitě Nick Holonyak Jr. V roce 1971 se podařila vyvinout
žlutá, zelená a oranžová LED. Modrá LED
je objevena v roce 1993 a bílá ještě o dva
roky později.
Invention:
The first (red) LED was invented by Nick
Holonyak Jr. in 1962 at Illinois University.
Yellow, green, and orange LEDs were developed in 1971. The blue LED only came
to life in 1993 and the white one two years
later.
Jak pracuje LED:
Světelná dioda (Light Emitting Diodes)
se skládá z více vrstev polovodičových
materiálů. Při průchodu proudu diodou
v propustném směru dochází v aktivní
vrstvě k vývinu světla. Na rozdíl od žárovek, které vyzařují spojité spektrum (bílé
světlo) emitují LED světlo určité barvy
(vyzařují pouze na některé vlnové délce).
Barva vyzařovaného světla (vlnová délka)
závisí na použitém materiálu. Od modré
až po červenou.
How a LED works:
A Light Emitting Diode is made of several
layers of semiconducting material. When
current flows forward through the diode,
the active layer emits light. Conventional
light bulbs emit a continuous spectrum
(white light) whereas LEDs emit a certain
colour of light (a certain wavelength only).
The colour (wavelength) of the emitted light ranging from blue to red is given by
the material used.

Svítidla s mikroprismatickým krytem
je již možno použít v běžných kancelářích, kde se používají monitory (díky
mikroprismatickému krytu svítidla
splňují omezení jasů L<1000 CD/m2
nad 600). Dosahují indexu barevného
podání Ra>80, a proto tedy plně vyhovují normě pro osvětlování vnitřních
prostor ČSN EN 12464-1.
Luminaires with a microprismatic cover
can be used in common offices with
monitors (the microprismatic cover
enables them to comply with the required parameters of luminance control
L<1000 CD/m2 above 600). Their colour
rendering index is Ra>80. Therefore,
they fully comply with EN 12464-1 standard of interior lighting.
Leuchten mit einer mikroprismatischen Abdeckung können schon auch in gewöhnlichen Büros mit Monitoren benutzt werden
(mit der mikroprismatischen Abdeckung
wird limitierter Glanz von L<1000 CD/m2
über 600 erreicht). Es wird ein Farbwiedergabeindex von Ra>80 erreicht. Daher entsprechen die Leuchten völlig der EN 12464-1
Norm für Innenraumbeleuchtung.

Jak se vytváří bílé světlo:
Pokud požadujeme bílou barvu musíme použít buď červenou, zelenou
a modrou LED (obr. 1), nebo použijeme záření modré diody ke stimulaci sekundární fluorescence vhodně
zvoleného typu fosforu (luminoforu)
(obr. 2). Primární modré světlo diody
smícháme se žlutým světlem, které
emituje fosfor, čímž vznikne světlo,
které je okem vnímáno jako bílé.
How white light comes to life:
There are two primary ways of producing
white light using LEDs. One is to use individual LEDs that emit three primary colours
- red, green, and blue (picture No. 1) The
other is to use the light of a blue diode to
stimulate the secondary fluorescence of a
convenient type of phosphor-based material (luminophore) (picture No. 2). The
primary blue light emitted by the diode
will be blended with the yellow light emitted by phosphor and will create a type
of light that is perceived as white by the
eyes.

Erfindung:
Die ersten (roten) LED Dioden wurden in
1962 an der Universität von Illinois von
Nick Holonyak Jr. erfunden. In 1971 wurden die gelbe, grüne und orange LED Dioden entwickelt. Die blaue LED Diode wurde in 1993 erfunden und die weiße noch
zwei Jahre später.
Wie funktioniert LED:
Die Leuchtdiode (Light Emitting Diode)
ist ein elektronisches Halbleiter-Bauelement. Fließt durch die Diode Strom in
Durchlassrichtung, so strahlt sie Licht.
Das Lichtspektrum der konventionellen
Glühlampen ist kontinuierlich (weißes
Licht) im Gegensatz zu LED Dioden, die
eine bestimmte Farbe strahlen (mit einer
bestimmten Wellenlänge). Die Lichtfarbe
(d.h.die Wellenlänge) kann von rot bis
blau sein und hängt von dem Material der
Diode ab.
Wie wird weißes Licht erreicht:
Weißes Licht kann auf zwei Weisen erreicht werden: Entweder müssen wir eine
rote, grüne und blaue LED Diode benutzen (Bild 1) oder wird eine blaue LED
mit photolumineszierendem Material
(Fluoreszenzfarbstoff, Leuchtstoff) kombiniert (Bild 2). Das blaue Licht wird mit
einem gelben Licht kombiniert, welches
mit Phoshor gestrahlt wird. Damit wird
ein Licht erzeugt, das die Augen als weiß
wahrnehmen.

s účinností vyšší než 130 lm/W.

Index podání barev (Ra):
Je veličina, která vyjadřuje vliv druhu
světla na barvu (barevný dojem, vzhled)
osvětlovaných předmětů. Hodnotí se pomocí 14 barevných vzorků R (obr. 5).
Colour rendering index (Ra):
Colour rendering is defined as the effect of an
illuminant on the colour appearance of objects being illuminated. 14 test colours called
„R“are used for reference. see picture No. 5.
Hodnota Ra může být od 0 do 100. Hodnota Ra=0 znamená, že při tomto osvětlení
není možno rozeznat barvy. Naproti tomu
Ra=100 znamená, že je to světelný zdroj,
který umožňuje přirozené podání barev
(barvy nejsou zkresleny). Pro prostory s trvalým pobytem osob (kanceláře, učebny...)
je normou vyžadováno Ra>80. LED, které
používáme při výrobě, tuto podmínku splňují. Dnes nabízíme i LED s Ra>90 (je vyžadováno např. v ordinacích apod.).
The value of Ra can range from 0 up to 100.
Ra=0 means that no colours can be recognised
under such an illumination. On the other hand,
Ra=100 indicates that the light source gives a
natural rendition of colours (no colour shifts).
The standard for work places requires Ra>80
for rooms in which people work or stay for
lengthy periods. ELKOVO Čepelík uses LEDs
that meet this requirement. Nowadays, we
also supply LED with Ra>90 (required e.g. in
medical surgeries and the like).
Farbwiedergabeindex (Ra):
Unter Farbwiedergabeindex versteht
man eine Größe, mit der sich der Einfluß des Lichts auf die Farbe (Farbwiedergabe) der beleuchteten Objekte
beschreiben lässt. Es wird mit 14 R
Testfarben beurteilt - siehe Bild 5.
Der Wert Ra kann zwischen 0 und 100
liegen. Ra=0 meint, daß bei dieser
Beleuchtung keine Farben erkennt
werden. Im Gegenstand, Ra=100 meint, dass es sich um eine Lichtquelle

Lange Nutzlebensdauer:
Der Lichtstromverlust von LED ist von
der Temperatur abhängig (je niedriger die Temperatur ist, desto mehr
leuchtet LED und desto langsamer
wird LED alt). Wir benutzen Epistar
und OSRAM Qualitätschips in unseren
Leuchten. Wir sind uns der Abhängigkeit des Lichtstromes von der Temperatur völlig bewusst (siehe Bild 7). Unsere Leuchten werden mit Rücksicht
auf möglichst niedrige Chip-Temperaturso und also möglichst lange Nutzlebensdauer konstruiert.

The colour temperature is the temperature of an ideal black-body radiator that
radiates light of comparable hue to that
of the light source at the same luminance.
It is necessary to consider and choose the
right colour temperature for your purpose.of use. WW (warm white) is more suitable households and relaxation spaces

Farbtemperatur:
oder auch die "Lichtfarbe" wird von
demjenigen Luminophor, der bei der
Herstellung von LED benutzt wird,
beeinflusst. Sie ist definiert als die
Temperatur eines schwarzen Körpers,
eines planckschen Strahlers, die zu
einer bestimmten Lichtfarbe dieser
Strahlungsquelle gehört. Im Einzelnen ist es die Temperaturangabe, die
bei gleicher Helligkeit und unter festgelegten Beobachtungsbedingungen
der zu beschreibenden Farbe am ähnlichsten ist. Beim Bestellen ist es wichtig dies zu bedenken und die richtige
"Lichtfarbe" für Ihre Anwendung zu
wählen. WW (warmweiß) ist mehr für
den Haushalt und Entspannungsräume geeignet. CW (kaltweiß) ist mehr
für Arbeitsstellen geeignet, wo damit die Arbeitseffektivität verbessert
wird.

Dlouhá životnost:
Pokles světelného toku LED je závislý na teplotě (čím je teplota nižší, tím
LED svítí víc a pomaleji stárne). Do našich svítidel používáme kvalitní čipy
firem Epistar a OSRAM. Plně si uvědomujeme závislost světelného toku
na teplotě (obr. 7). Naše svítidla jsou
konstruována s ohledem na nejnižší
možnou teplotu čipu a tedy i dlouhou
životnost.
Long lifetime.
The reduction of luminous flux of LED
depends on the temperature (the lower
the temperature is, the more light the LED
gives and the slower it gets old). ELKOVO
Čepelík uses high quality chips made by
Epistar and OSRAM in its luminares. The
company is fully aware of the link between the luminous flux and the temperature (see picture No.7). ELKOVO Čepelík
designs its luminaires with regard to the
lowest possible chip temperature and
therefore a long lifetime.

der Beleuchtung wirklich in LED liegt.

Nouzový zdroj:
K většině LED svítidel nabízíme nouzový
zdroj (invertér). Jedná se o elektronický
modul a akumulátor zabudovaný do
svítidla.
Emergency power unit:
ELKOVO Čepelík offers an emergency
power unit (inverter) for most LED luminaires. It is an electronic module and an
accumulator built into the luminaire.
Notlichtmodul:
Zu meisten LED-Leuchten bieten wir ein Notlichtmodul (Inverter). Es handelt sich um ein
elektronisches Modul und einen Akkumulator,
welche in der Leuchte eingebaut sind.
Při přerušení dodávky elektrické energie zůstanou ve svítidle svítit 4 diody
o celkovém výkonu 1 nebo 2 W (záleží na
použitém nouzovém zdroji) po dobu 1 h.
In case there is a power supply failure, 4
LED diodes with a total output of 1 or 2 W
(depending on the type of emergency power unit) remain on for 1 hour.
Bei einer Stromunterbrechung leuchten in
der Leuchte 4 Dioden mit einer Gesamtleistung von 1 oder 2 W (abhängig von dem Notlichtmodul) während ca 1 Stunde weiter.
Přidanou hodnotou je to, že nabíjení akumulátoru je signalizováno bílou LED. Tato
dioda zajišťuje minimální osvětelnost,
když je svítidlo zhasnuté (představte si
temnou chodbu bez oken, ve které se
nesvítí, a porovnejte ji s chodbou, kde je
svítidlo vybavené naším nouzovým zdrojem).
The charging of the accumulator is signalled by a white LED. This diode also
ensures a minimum illumination during
the OFF mode (imagine a dark corridor
with no windows and no luminaires and
compare it to a corridor equipped with an
emergency power unit).
Die Akkumulatorladung wird mit einer weißen
LED angezeigt. Diese Diode gewährleistet eine
minimale Beleuchtung, auch wenn die Leuchte ausgeschaltet ist (stellen Sie sich einen Flur
vor, wo das Licht ausgeschaltet ist und vergleichen Sie es mit einem Flur, der mit diesem Notlichtmodul ausgestattet ist).
The luminaire has to be connected with a
four-core cable - see the wiring diagram.

Attention: such a luminaire does not contain a button used to switch the luminaire
off while in the emergency mode e.g. during reparations of the installation.
Vorsicht: in der Leuchte gibt es keine Taste, mit
der man sie in dem Notfall-Modus ausschalten
könnte wie z.B. während Reparierung der Installation.

Dynamické osvětlení:

Dynamische Beleuchtung:
Dynamik des Lichttages, die in den beleuchteten Raum (Büro, Unterrichtsraum...) eingebracht wird, hilft den Personen aufmerksam
zu bleiben. Die Lichtleistung wird höher, aber
man fühlt sich besser und macht weniger Fehler in so einer Umgebung.

The base unit contains an LCD where all the menu
items are displayed and the user can go through it
by means of a touchpad. The user can thus easily
control separate luminaires as well as groups of luminaires and set up their parameters.

Einträge angezeigt werden, die der Nutzer mittels eines
Touchpads durchläuft. Dadurch können einzelne Leuchten

Multichannel connection of luminaires:
This kind of connection allows to set up e.g. the intensity and colour temperature. This change can be
reached by mixing light from LED emitting warm
white light and LED emitting cool white light. RGB
connection can be used to create ambiance with
different colour scenes including dynamic scenes
with colours periodically changed.

So ein Anschluss ermöglicht z.B. die Einstellung der Intensität und der Farbtemperatur. Dies kann man durch Vermischung von warmweißem Licht mit kaltweißem Licht

Dynamic mode:
The system offers five modes: four modes for changes of colour temperature and one mode for changes of intensity and colour temperature. All the modes are based on psychophysiological research and
they reflect the changes in human mental activity

Savings:
Luminaires can be connected to motion sensors
which brings other possibilities for saving energy.
The lighting works fully only when some persons
are in the room. In case no motion is detected, the
intensity of light is dimmed to orientation level only.

Es können Bewegungssensoren an die Leuchten angeschlossen werden. Dies bringt weitere Energieeinsparungsmöglichkeiten. Die Beleuchtung funktioniert hundertprozentig

zdroje LED moduly (mnoho diod na velké
ploše), jsou výhodnější pro plošné svícení
v kancelářích, učebnách, vyšetřovnách.

As the light output is spread into a large
surface (less luminance), the luminaires
cause less glare. When used with a microprismatic cover, they can also be installed
in places with monitors.
Weniger Blendung:
Die Lichtleistung wird in größere Fläche verteilt und daher senkt die Blendung. Falls eine
mikroprismatische Abdeckung benutzt wird,
können die Leuchten ebenfalls in Räumen mit
Bildschirmen angewendet werden.
Účinnost:
Při výrobě svítidel využíváme nejnovější
komponenty. LED čipy s účinností vyšší
než 130 lm/W. Pro napájení LED modulů
používáme metodu napájení konstatním proudem. Drivery (napájecí zdroje)
instalované do svítidel jsou šetrné k životnímu prostředí (jejich účinnost je vyšší

than 130 lm/W. LED modules are fed with
constant current. Drivers (power sources)
used in the luminaires are environment
friendly (their efficiency is higher than
90%).
Oddělený zdroj:
Díky tomu, že napájecí zdroj není součástí LED modulu, je dosahováno nižších
provozních teplot. To přispívá k vyšší
účinnosti a delší životnosti jak světelného
modulu, tak i napájecího zdroje. V případě
poruch lze tyto vyměnit samostatně.
Separate power source:
The working temperatures are lower
based on the fact that the power source is
separated i.e. not part of the LED module.
That improves the efficiency and service
life of the lighting module as well as the
power source. They can be replaced separately if needed.

LED tubes are used mostly in existing luminaires for T8
tubes (Ø=26 mm) in combination with a choke in order
to achieve savings. It is advisable to pay attention to the
outcoming illumination and possible glare.

mm) Leuchtstoffröhren zum Zweck der Einsparung im Anschluss mit
einer Drossel benutzt. Man sollte dabei auf die Beleuchtungsstärke

V čem se liší nové svítidlo na LED trubice
oproti standardnímu?
Do všech nových svítidel na zářivky používá již naše
firma elektronické předřadníky (prodlužují životnost
zářivek a snižují spotřebu svítidla). LED trubice by však
v tomto svítidle nefungovala a musí mít jiné zapojení.
Proto pokud požadujete svítidlo vhodné pro LED trubice,
je nutno toto vědět již při výrobě!
Co se může stát při pouhém nahrazení
zářivky LED trubicí:

What is the difference between the new LED
tube luminaire and a standard luminaire?
We use electronic ballasts in all new luminaires for fluorescent lamps (they improve the service life of lamps
and reduce energy consumption). However, a LED tube
would not work in a standard luminaire – it requires a
different connection. Therefore, if you need a luminaire
suitable for LED tubes, you need to let us know in advance (before production)!
What can happen if you simply replace a
fluorescent tube with a LED tube?
The pictures on the left show the characteristics and illumination calculation for a room with dimensions 6x5m.
Please pay attention to the area where the standard
requires 500lx.

In allen neuen Leuchten benutzen wir elektronische
Vorschaltgeräte (sie verlängern die Lebensdauer und
verringern den Energieverbrauch). LED-Röhren würden
aber in so einer Leuchte nicht funktionieren – sie benötigen eine unterschiedliche Schaltung. Falls Sie Leuchten für LED-Röhren benötigen, teilen Sie uns dies, bitte,
schon vor der Produktion mit.
Was kann passieren, wenn eine Leuchtstoffröhre einfach mit einer LED-Röhre
ersetzt wird?

Tak tuto otázku dostáváme velice často.
Odpověď na ni však nebyla tak jednoduchá. Při hlubším prozkoumání jsme zjistili, že v České republice neexistuje žádná
norma ani vyhláška, která by se touto
problematikou zaobírala. Nezbylo tedy
než se poohlédnout v zahraničí.
This is a question we are being asked very
often. However, it was not easy to answer.
After a detailed analysis of Czech standards,
we found out that there are no standards or
regulations in the Czech Republic dealing with
this kind of problem. Therefore, we had to
search abroad.
Diese Frage hören wir sehr oft. Die Antwort war
aber nicht einfach. Nach einer Detailanalyse der
tschechischen Normen haben wir festgestellt, dass
es in der Tschechischen Republik keine Norm oder
Verordnung gibt, in der die Widerstandsfähigkeit
der Leuchten beschrieben wäre. Damit waren wir
gezwungen im Ausland zu suchen.
Zjistili jsme, že v Německu takovouto
normu mají. Nese označení DIN 18032
a odolnost svítidel označují výrazem Ballwurfsicherheit. Příslušnou normu jsme
zakoupili a po prostudování požadavků
upravili konstrukci tak, aby této normě
vyhovovala.
We found the standard we had been looking
for in Germany. It is DIN 18032 - the term
used for resistance of luminaires is Ballwurfsicherheit. We bought the standard and, after
analyzing its requirements, we modified the
design of the luminaires in order to ensure
their conformity with it.
Die gewünschte Norm haben wir in Deutschlad
gefunden - DIN 18032. Für die Widerstandsfähigkeit der Leuchten wird der Ausdruck Ballwurfsicherheit eingesetzt. Wir haben uns mit dieser
Norm beschafft und nach Überprüfung aller Einzelheiten haben wir die Konstruktion unserer
Leuchten entsprechend angepasst.
Nakonec jsme nechali svítidla prověřit
v akreditovaném institutu MPA ve Stuttgartu. Pokud je nám známo, jsme jediný
český výrobce, který tento certifikát
vlastní. A nyní můžeme odpovědět:

MPA Stuttgart - a certified institute. As far as
we know, we are the only Czech producer of
luminaires with this certificate. We can answer

The body of the luminaire is a modern
steel sheet structure with bevelled edges
containing NO plastic parts. The louvre

Plášť svítidla je moderní konstrukce se
zkosenými hranami a celý je vyroben z
ocelového plechu. Při jeho výrobě nejsou
použity žádné plastové díly. Mřížka je
vyztužena ocelovými dráty a zajištěna
proti vypadnutí.

Diese Leuchten sind für Sporthallen und
Sportplatzanlagen geeignet. Sie können
überall benutzt werden, wo ein Risiko
besteht, dass sie von einem Ball gestoßen
werden. Sie werden direkt an feste Decke
montiert und können direkt an zündbare
Flächen montiert werden.
Der ganze Körper der Leuchte ist eine aus
Stahlblech angefertigte moderne Konstruktion mit schrägen Kanten. Bei der
Produktion des Körpers werden keine
Kunststoffteile benutzt. Der Raster wird
mit Stahldrähten verstärkt und gegen
Ausfall gesichert.
Module mit Farbwiedergabeindex von
CRI > 80 benutzt.
Alle Leuchten können als dimmbare
Leuchten hergestellt werden ggf. mit

LED Svítidla typu Best Clean se vyznačují
velice propracovanou konstrukcí a jejich provedení zaručuje ty nejlepší parametry včetně
podmínky na omezení jasu. Omezeného jasu
L<1000 cd/m2 je dosaženo při vyzařovacím
úhlu nad 60°. Svítidla jsou tedy vhodná i do
prostor, kde se využívají monitory.
Základní těleso svítidla je vyrobeno z ocelového plechu tl. 0,5 mm a opatřeno bílou
práškovou barvou odolnou vůči desinfekčním
a čisticím prostředkům. Standardní odstín bílá
RAL 9003, jiné odstíny např. RAL 9010 nebo
RAL 9006 jsou možné po domluvě.
100 lm/W:
Pro laboratoře je normou např. vyžadováno
Ra>80. Pro ordinace a operační sály je normou
vyžadováno Ra>90. Požadovaný index je nutno specifikovat při objednání!
Optický kryt z matného tvrzeného bezpečnostního skla je ke svítidlu připevněn pomocí
velice kvalitních neodymových permanentních
magnetů. Sklo tedy není drženo žádným přídavným rámečkem nebo uzávěry a při čištění
jsou omezena nepřístupná místa (různé spáry)
na minimum. Tento kryt je ke svítidlu dále fixován pomocí bezpečnostních ocelových lanek,
aby ani při výměně světelných zdrojů nemohl
spadnout.

Pro otevření svítidla je nutno použít přísavku
(objednává se zvlášť).
Stupeň krytí je IP65
Veškeré elektrokomponenty montované
do svítidel i svítidla samotná jsou schválena
k bezpečnému provozu. Na všechna svítidla
bylo ve smyslu zákona č. 22/97 Sb. dle ustanovení §13 odst. 5 v platném znění vydáno
„Prohlášení o shodě”.
Svítidla jsou vyráběna pro jmenovité napětí
230 V/50 Hz a standardně vybavena bezšroubovou svorkovnicí pro připojení přívodních
vodičů s plným jádrem do průřezu 2,5 mm2.
Připojení svítidla k elektrické síti je možno řešit
i pomocí konektorů typu gesis popř. wago.
Všechna svítidla je možno vyrobit ve stmívatelném provedení, popř. doplnit o nouzový zdroj.
Svítidla jsou svou konstrukcí předurčena do čistých prostor i té nejvyšší kategorie (operačních sálů, JIP, výroba léků), tedy
do prostor s vysokými bezpečnostními nároky, jako jsou např. farmaceutické společnosti,
nemocnice, výrobce elektronických součástek
atd.
Best Clean LED Luminaires
Precision workmanship and elaborate design of Best Clean luminaires ensure the best
parameters including luminance control.
Controlled luminance L<1000 cd/m2 can be
reached at an emission angle above 60°. Therefore, these luminaires are suitable for workplaces with monitors as well.
The body of the luminaire is made of 0,5
mm thick steel sheet. It is provided with a
white powder coat finish resistant to cleaning
agents and disinfectants. RAL 9003 is used by
default. Other RAL colours such as RAL 9010 or
RAL 9006 are available upon request.100 lm/W.
100 lm/W:
The standard requires the following values:
e.g. Ra>80 for laboratories, Ra>90. for surgeries and operating theatres. The desired index
needs to be specified in the purchase order.
An optical cover made of matt toughened safety glass is fixed to the luminaire with
high-quality neodymium permanent magnets.
No additional frame and locks are used to support the glass. The hard-to-clean surfaces (such as
joints) are therefore minimized. The cover is also
fixed to the luminaire with safety steel wires that
prevent it from falling down while the light sources are being replaced.
A suction cup is necessary for opening the
luminaire (to be ordered separately).
Protection: IP65
All electro components used in the luminaires
as well as the luminaires themselves have been
approved for safe operation. A “Declaration of Conformity” has been issued for all the luminaires in
accordance with s.13 ss.5 of Act No. 22/97 Coll. as
amended.
The luminaires are intended for 230V/ 50Hz nominal voltage. They are equipped with screwless terminal boards for connecting supply conductors
with solid core up to S=2,5 mm2. The connection
of the luminaire to the electrical network can also
be done with gesis or wago connectors. All the
luminaires can be produced in a dimmable version and equipped with emergency power units.
The design determines these luminaires for
installation in high standard cleanrooms
(operating theatres, intensive care units, pharmaceutical plants) – i.e. for rooms with high
safety requirements such as pharmaceutical
companies, hospitals, producers of electronic
components etc.

Best Clean LED Leuchten
Eine präzise Verarbeitung und hochentwickelte Konstruktion der BEST CLEAN Leuchten gewährleisten die besten Parameter
einschließlich Leuchtdichtenreduzierung. Begrenzte Leuchtdichte L<1000 cd/m2 wird bei
einem Ausstrahlungswinkel oberhalb 60° erreicht. Die Leuchten sind deswegen auch für Räume mit Bildschirmen geeignet.
Der Grundkörper der Leuchte ist aus Sta-
hlblech Dicke 0,5 mm angefertigt. Während der
Anfertigung wird der Grundkörper mit weißer
Farbe pulverbeschichtet, die gegenüber Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmitteln resistent ist.
Standardweise wird RAL 9003 benutzt, andere
RAL-Farben sind nach Vereinbarung auch möglich - z.B. RAL 9010 oder RAL 9006.
100 lm/W: ELKOVO Čepelík benutzt Qualitäts LED
Chips mit Wirkungsgrad höher als 100 lm/W.
Die Norm erforder Ra>80 für Beleuchtung von
Labors. Für Sprechzimmer und Operationssäle
wird Ra>90 erfordert. Der gewünschte Index
soll in der Bestellung angegeben werden!
Eine optische Abdeckung aus mattem ESG-Sicherheitsglas wird zu der Leuchte mit hochwertigen Neodymmagneten fixiert. Das Glas
wird also mit keinem Zusatzrahmen und keinen
Verschlüssen fixiert und die für Reinigung
schwer zugängliche Flächen (z.B. Fugen) werden dadurch mimimalisiert. Die Abdeckung
wird zu der Leuchte auch mit Sicherheitstahlseilen fixiert, damit sie auch während Austausch
der Leuchtstoffquellen nicht ausfallen könnte.
Das Öffnen der Leuchte erfolgt mit einem Saugnapf
(muss separat bestellt werden).
Schutzart: IP65
Alle in die Leuchten montierten Elektrokomponente
und auch die Leuchten selber wurden für sicheren
Betrieb genehmigt. Eine „Konformitätserklärung“ im
Sinne des tschechischen Gesetzes Nr.22/97 SG gemäß
Artikel 13 Abs. 5 in der Fassung zuletzt geändert wurde
für alle Leuchten ausgestellt.
Die Leuchten werden für Nennspannung 230V/ 50Hz
hergestellt, und werden standardweise mit einer
schraublosen Klemmleiste für Anschluss von Zuführungsdrähten mit vollem Kern bis S=2,5 mm2 ausgestattet. Der Anschluss der Leuchte zu dem Stromnetz
kann auch mit gesis ggf. wago Stecker gesorgt werden.

FOR CLEANROOMS
LED svítidla pro čisté prostory se vyznačují
propracovanou konstrukcí využívající pokrokových technologií.
Základní těleso svítidla je vyrobeno z ocelového plechu tl. 0,5 mm a opatřeno bílou
práškovou barvou odolnou desinfekčním
a čisticím prostředkům. Standardní odstín bílá
RAL 9003, jiné odstíny např. RAL 9010 nebo
RAL 9006 jsou možné po domluvě. Stupeň
krytí je IP54 a u podhledových svítidel i IP65.
100 lm/W:
Např pro laboratoře je normou vyžadováno
Ra>80. LED, pro ordinace a operační sály je
normou vyžadováno Ra>90. Požadovaný index je nutno specifikovat při objednání!
Optický kryt je ke svítidlu připevněn pomocí
hliníkového rámečku drženého bajonetovými
uzávěry. Tento kryt je ke svítidlu dále fixován
pomocí bezpečnostních lanek. Pro otevření
svítidla je nutno použít šroubovák.
Druhy krytů:
Bezpečnostní tvrzené sklo v matném provedení. Omezeného jasu L<1000 cd/m2 je dosaženo při vyzařovacím úhlu nad 60°. Svítidla
jsou tedy vhodná do prostor, kde se využívají
monitory i do prostor, kde se využívá laseru.
ELKOVO Čepelík
Strukrutované plexi a opálové plexi
jsou levnější variantou svítidla.
Strukturovaný kryt je ve svítidle z důvodu čištění
umístěn hladkou stranou ven.
Veškeré elektrokomponenty montované
do svítidel i svítidla samotná jsou schválena
k bezpečnému provozu. Na všechna svítidla
bylo ve smyslu zákona č. 22/97 Sb. dle ustanovení §13 odst. 5 v platném znění vydáno
„Prohlášení o shodě”.
Svítidla jsou vyráběna pro jmenovité napětí
230 V/50 Hz, standardně vybavena bezšroubovou svorkovnicí pro připojení přívodních
vodičů s plným jádrem do průřezu 2,5 mm2.
Připojení svítidla k elektrické síti je možno
řešit i pomocí konektorů typu gesis popř.
wago. Všechna svítidla je možno vyrobit
ve stmívatelném provedení, popř. doplnit
o nouzový zdroj.
Svítidla jsou svou konstrukcí předurčena do
čistých prostor (operačních sálů, JIP, výroba
léků), tedy do prostor s vysokými bezpečnostními nároky, jako jsou např. farmaceutické společnosti, nemocnice, výrobce elektronických součástek atd.
LED luminaires for cleanrooms boast an elaborate design and state-of-the-art technologies.
The body of the luminaire is made of 0,5 mm
steel sheet. It is provided with a white powder
coat finish resistant to cleaning agents and disinfectants. RAL 9003 is used by default. Other
RAL colours such as RAL 9010 or RAL 9006 are
available on request. Protection: IP54 and for
recessed luminaires even IP65.
100 lm/W:
The standard requires Ra>80 for laboratories.
LED lighting for in medical surgeries and operating theatres has to be Ra>90. The required index needs to be specified in the purchase order!
Bayonet joints and an aluminium frame are used
to fix an optical cover made of toughened safety glass to the luminaire. The cover is also fixed
with safety steel wires that prevent it from falling
down while the light sources are being replaced.
A screwdriver is needed for opening the luminaire.
Types of covers:
Matt hardened safety glass - controlled luminance L<1000 cd/m2 can be reached at an emission angle above 60°. Therefore, these luminaires
are also suitable for workstations with monitors
and laser.
Structured plexi cover and opal cover are a
cheaper version of the luminaire.
The plain side of the structured cover is turned outwards for easier cleaning.
All electro components used in the luminaires
as well as the luminaires themselves have been
approved for safe operation. “Declaration of Conformity” has been issued for all luminaires in accordance with provisions of s.13 ss.5 of Act No.
22/97 Coll. as amended.
The luminaires are intended for 230V/ 50Hz
nominal voltage. They are equipped with screwless terminal boards for connection of supply
conductors with solid core up to S=2,5 mm2. Connection of the luminaire to the electrical network
can also be done with gesis or wago connectors.
All the luminaires can be manufactured in a dimmable version and equipped with emergency
power units.
The design determines these luminaires for installation in cleanrooms (operating theatres,
intensive care units, pharmaceutical plants) – i.e.
for rooms with high safety requirements such as
pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, producers
of electronic components etc.

LED Leuchten für Reinräume haben eine hochentwickelte Konstruktion und enthalten die modernsten
Tehnologien.
Der Grundkörper der Leuchte ist aus Stahlblech
Dicke 0,5 mm angefertigt. Während der Anfertigung
wird der Grundkörper mit weißer Farbe pulverbeschichtet, die gegenüber Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmitteln resistent ist. Standardweise wird RAL
9003 benutzt, andere RAL-Farben sind nach Vereinbarung auch möglich - z.B. RAL 9010 oder RAL 9006.
Schutzart IP54 und bei Einbauleuchten sogar IP65.

ELKOVO Čepelík benutzt Qualitäts LED Chips mit Wirkungsgrad höher als 100 lm/W.

Für Sprechzimmer und Operationssäle wird Ra>90 erfordert. Der gewünschte Index soll in der Bestellung
angegeben werden!
Eine optische Abdeckung wird auf die Leuchte mit
einem Aluminiumrahmen und Bajonettverschlüssen
befestigt. Die Abdeckung wird auf die Leuchte auch
mit Sicherheitstahlseilen befestigt, damit diese auch
während Austausch der Leuchtstoff-quellen nicht herausfallen könnte. Das Öffnen der Leuchte erfolgt mit
einem Schraubenzieher.
Optische Abdeckungen:
Gehärtetes Sicherheitsglas in matter Ausführung. Begrenzte Leuchtdichte L<1000 cd/m2 wird bei
einem Ausstrahlungswinkel oberhalb 60° erreicht. Die
Leuchten sind daher auch für Räume mit Laser geeignet.
Strukturierte Plexiabdeckung und Opalabdeckung
sind eine billigere Variante dieser Leuchte.
Für einfache Instandhaltung ist die flache Seite der
strukturieten Abdeckung nach außen gedreht.
Alle in die Leuchten montierten Elektrokomponente
und auch die Leuchten selber wurden für sicheren
Betrieb genehmigt. Eine „Konformitätserklärung“ im
Sinne des tschechischen Gesetzes Nr.22/97 SG gemäß
Artikel 13 Abs. 5 in der Fassung zuletzt geändert
wurde für alle Leuchten ausgestellt.
Die Leuchten werden für Nennspannung 230V/ 50Hz
hergestellt, und werden standardweise mit einer
schraublosen Klemmleiste für Anschluss von Zuführungsdrähten mit vollem Kern bis S=2,5 mm2 ausgestattet. Der Anschluss der Leuchte zu dem Stromnetz kann auch mit gesis ggf. wago Stecker gesorgt
werden.
