Name: Martin Brix
Position: Finance Director

Personal information:
Martin joined LeasePlan after finishing his Economical studies 15
years ago. He has changed several finance and risk management
positions within the group. In the years 2007-2012 he participated as
Finance Director at a start up of LeasePlan Romania, which turned out
to be the most successful start up for LeasePlan globally. Since 2012
he is back in LeasePlan Czech Republic.
He is married with 3 children. His hobbies are travelling, beach volleyball, and football.
Vision for running and developing of AmCham Finance Committee:
I would like to continue in the work that has been already started.
Finance Committee should serve as a meeting platform where AmCham members openly speak about
their business challenges and where they actively exchange their experiences, news or best practices.
In the previous years I have already participated in several workshops from finance, risk management or
procurement area. I would like to continue in opening important topics within the AmCham community
and discussing them with relevant experts during workshops so that the Finance Committee Meetings
bring an added value to the daily business of AmCham members.
