Řada pracovních a konferenčních židlí FIERO se na první pohled
odlišuje svým nezaměnitelným a originálním designem. Subtilnost
konstrukce, strohé až minimalistické tvary, ale zároveň i vysoce

vlastnostmi této řady. Nosné části kovové podnože jsou vyrobeny
z profilů čtvercového nebo obdélníkového průřezu a podepírají

Model navazující na úspěšnou řadu FERMATO se zdůrazněným akcentem na dřevěné části a na celkovou
vizuální subtilnost. Nosná konstrukce podnože tzv. “pérovka” je tvořena z jaklového nerezového profilu,
který přechází v područky z masivního dřeva. Čalouněný sedák je z vnější strany chráněn dřevěnou lamelou,
která končí až v oblasti područek. Opěrák židle je k sedáku pružně uchycen, a spolu s pérující podnoží,
umožňuje tzv. “dvojí pérování”, což přispívá k celkovému komfortu sezení. Díky použití výrazných dřevěných
prvků v kombinaci s ušlechtilou nerezí, lze tuto řadu modelů použít do jídelních setů nebo případně jako

visual subtlety. The base of this chair consists of a Jakl stainless profile, which verges into armrests made of
solid wood. The upholstered seat is protected from the outer side by wooden lamella, which ends in the level

Dieses Modell knüpft an die erfolgreiche Reihe FERMATO an und setzt den Akzent auf die hölzernen Teile
und auf das subtile Design insgesamt. Die Konstruktion des tragenden Gestells als sog. “Blattschläger“
ist aus rechteckigem rostfreiem Profil gefertigt, das an den Armlehnen in massives Holz übergeht. Die
gepolsterte Sitzfläche wird an ihren Seiten durch Holzlamellen geschützt, die bis an die Armlehnen reichen.

Subtilní vzhled barové židle AIRY je dán

front legs. These are of a rectangle crosssection and are fitted with a shaped tube.

seat is made of shaped beech plywood
and it is supplemented by two decorative

variants of corner sofas and also ‘U‘sofas .You can choose between the variant
with and without storage space. You can have low back cushions, with height
and position adjustable extenders which come into two sizes. You can choose
fixed or foldable armrest, which enlarges the lying area by 50cm when folded.
We have counted for the function of casual bed. Removable back cushions
can be with inner positioning or without. These features bring high comfort

Zwei- sowie Dreisitzer, verschiedene Varianten der Eckgestaltung sowie der

Tato nejluxusnější řada konferenčního sezení se vyznačuje vysokým
komfortem sezení, který je zaručen jednak samotnými rozměry
bohatě čalouněných dílů a také konstrukční skladbou sedáku
s použitím pružin – tzv. „vlnovců“. Strohé kubistické tvary jsou
protknuty ladnou křivkou tvarované překližky tvořící nosnou část
čalouněného opěradla. Jednotlivé prvky řady tvoří skladebný

Our conference tables’ unique design focuses on
organic and futuristic shapes and conservative, almost
minimalistic shapes. Their main characteristic is the
well-proven combination of wood, or glass, and a
metal base. Advantages of these models are a wide
variety, originality, wide range of shapes and preciseness of the workmanship. An extra option is offered
along with some of our models and that is an atypical adjustment of the dimensions upon customer’s
needs.

FORM, spol. s r.o. zahájila svou podnikatelskou
činnost v prosinci roku 1991 a navázala tak na letitou
spolupráci jednotlivých pracovníků z dřívějších
let. Od samého počátku podnikání klade vedení
společnosti důraz na řemeslnou kvalitu, správnou
ergonomii sezení a osobitý design.
Během uplynulých let se podařilo vybudovat vlastní
kovovýrobu, truhlářskou dílnu včetně lakovny,
čalounickou a šicí dílnu a vlastní autodopravu.
Nedílnou součásti - srdcem společnosti je vývojové
a dlouholetou zkušenosti v oboru. Vedle stěžejní vlastní
výroby byla navázána úzká spolupráce s předními
evropskými výrobci nábytkových komponentů
(kříže, mechaniky, písty), především z Německa a Itálie.
V současné době společnost zaměstnává více jak
50 pracovníků různých profesí - designéry, architekty,
truhláře, čalouníky a zámečníky.
Hlavním sortimentem společnosti je sedací nábytek,
především pak kancelářské, konferenční a pracovní
židle. Charakteristickým znakem většiny modelů
je kombinace kovu s masivním dřevem, případně
s tvarovanou bukovou lamelou.
Samotná výroba je zajišťována jednotlivými dílnami
vybavenými moderní technologií, a zaměřenými
na určitou řemeslnou dovednost. Nedílnou součástí
výrobních prostor jsou rovněž skladové plochy
o rozloze více jak 1000m ² , které zabezpečují plynulý

chod výroby. Díky vlastnímu výrobnímu zázemí
a operativnosti je společnost FORM schopna reagovat
na podněty a potřeby uživatelů a zákazníků.
Dlouhodobou strategií firmy jsou investice
do moderní technologie, investice do vývoje nových
výrobků s osobitým designem a vysokými funkčními
dovednostmi a investice do kvalitních propagačních

Filozofií společnosti je vytvořit vlastní nezaměnitelný
rukopis vyráběného nábytku, nabídnout ucelené
řady jednotlivých sortimentů a uplatňovat nejnovější
trendy, komponenty a technologie pro výrobu
nábytku.
Form, spol. s r.o. has established its business
in December 1991 and had followed the previous
cooperation between co-workers from the past. The
management of our company places emphasis on high
quality craft, proper sitting ergonomics and original
design.
We have managed to built our own metal workshop,
carpentry and varnishing workshop, upholstery and
sewing workshop and have set own transport service
during the past years. Our Development Department
and Design Department consist of a number of erudite
employees with many years of experience in the field
and therefore are an integrated part of our company
and so called ‘heart of the company’. Apart from
our own production, we have set a close cooperation
with the leading European manufacturers of furniture
components (bases, mechanics, pistons) coming
mainly from Germany and Italy.
Our company currently employs more than fifty people
of many different professions – designers, architects,
carpenters, upholsterers, locksmiths and many more.
Our main product range is seating furniture, especially
office and conference chairs. The combination
of metal and solid wood or shaped beech lamella is
the characteristics of most of our models.
Production itself is provided by individual workshops,
which are equipped with modern technology. Besides

manufacturing area on the premises of our company,
there are more than a thousand m2 of storage area,
which helps smooth running of our production. Thanks
to our own production facilities, our company is able
to operate with different requirements coming from
our customers.
Our overall strategy is to invest into modern
technology and into the development of new originally
designed highly functional products and to invest into
quality marketing materials.
Our philosophy is to create original and unique style
of our own manufactured furniture, to offer complete
series in our wide product range and to apply
the newest trends in components and technology
within the furniture manufacturing.
Die Firma FORM, spol. s r.o. begann ihre
unternehmerische Tätigkeit im Dezember des Jahres
1991 und knüpfte damit an eine jahrzehntelange
Zusammenarbeit einzelner Mitarbeiter an. Von Anfang
an legte die Unternehmensführung höchsten Wert auf
handwerkliche Qualität, Ergonomie und individuelles
Design.
Im Laufe der vergangenen Jahre ist es uns gelungen,
eine eigene Metallverarbeitung, Tischlerei
einschließlich Lackiererei, Polsterwerkstatt und
Näherei sowie eine eigene Autowerkstatt zu eröffnen.
Ein integraler Bestandteil - das Herz des Unternehmens
ist die Entwicklungs- und Projektierungsabteilung mit
einer Anzahl exzellent ausgebildeter und langjährig
erfahrener Mitarbeiter. Neben der essentiellen
eigenen Produktion wurde eine enge Zusammenarbeit
mit führenden europäischen Herstellern
von Möbelkomponenten geknüpft (Fußkreuze,
Mechanik, Kolben), vornehmlich aus Deutschland und
Italien.
Derzeit beschäftigt das Unternehmen mehr als
50 Mitarbeiter aus verschiedenen Berufen - Designer,
Architekten, Tischler, Polsterer und Schlosser.
Das Hauptsortiment des Unternehmens bilden
Sitzmöbel, vor allem Büro-, Konferenz- und
Arbeitsstühle. Das charakteristische Merkmal
der Mehrzahl der Modelle ist eine Kombination
aus Metall und massivem Holz oder geformtem
laminiertem Buchenholz.
Die eigenständige Produktion wird durch einzelne
Werkstätten sichergestellt, die über moderne
Technologien verfügen und auf eine bestimmte
handwerkliche Fertigkeit spezialisiert sind. Ein nicht
wegzudenkender Bestandteil der Produktionsräume
sind ebenfalls die Lagerflächen mit einer Ausdehnung
von mehr als 1000m ² , die einen fließenden
Produktionsablauf sichern. Dank des eigenen
Herstellungsumfeldes und der Operativität ist
das Unternehmen FORM in der Lage, auf die Anstöße
und Bedürfnisse der Benutzer und Kunden
zu reagieren.
Die langfristige Strategie der Firma ist die
Investition in moderne Technologie, die Investition
in die Entwicklung neuer Produkte mit individuellem
Design und hoher Funktionalität und die Investition
in qualitativ hochwertiges Werbematerial.
Die Unternehmensphilosophie ist die Gestaltung
