Obecné pokyny k montáži a přepravní pokyny
Montáž, údržba i čištění smí být prováděny pouze kvalifikovanými firmami. Úkony popsané v těchto pokynech mohou vykonávat výhradně kvalifikované firmy. Pro montáž mohou být použity pouze dodané materiály a součásti.
Před montáží a zapojením systému Solcrafte se seznamte s místními standardy a nařízeními. Systém ohřevu vody
nesmí být zvedán za spoje, trubky, ventily nebo závity. Vyvarujte se nárazům a mechanickému namáhání systému
ohřevu vody, především solárního skla, zadní stěny a napojení trubek.
Výrobce není zodpovědný za poškození stavby, zařízení atd. plynoucí z nesprávné montáže.
Stavba – plochá střecha
Montáž je možno provádět pouze na střešních plochách nebo jejich dílčích částech s dostatečnou nosností. Před instalací systému Solcrafte musí být nosnost střechy nebo nosné konstrukce ověřena statikem v souladu s místními
předpisy. Zvláštní pozornost v průběhu kontroly by měla být věnována kvalitě nosné konstrukce v místě uchycení
šroubového spoje, který zajišťuje zařízení systému Solcrafte. V oblastech s pravidelným hustým sněžením (poznámka: 1 m3 prachového sněhu ~ 60 kg / 1 m3 mokrého sněhu ~ 200 kg) nebo silnými větry musí být celá nosná
konstrukce v souladu s normou DIN EN 1991-1-3, 4 nebo místními zákonnými normami. Statická kontrola musí
věnovat pozornost lokálním zvláštnostem (fénům, vzduchovým proudům a vírům atp.), které mohou zvyšovat zatížení konstrukce. Při volbě místa montáže dbejte na to, aby maximální zatížení nepřekročilo nosnost konstrukce
kvůli napadlému sněhu nebo silným větrům. Bezpečná vzdálenost od okraje a hřebenu střechy je alespoň 1 m.
Poznámka: Montáž systému Solcrafte je zásahem do (existující) struktury střechy. Obyvatelná podkroví nebo nedostatečný sklon střechy obvykle vyžadují dodatečná opatření, např. bednění střechy, proti průsaku vody kvůli větrným tlakům a tajícímu sněhu. Rozsáhlejší řešení doporučujeme nejprve zajistit bedněním na ocelové konstrukci.
Užití betonových zátěžových bloků a kabelových výztuh jako prostředků ochrany součástí systému chrání střešní
pláště před protržením v průběhu montáže. Pro zvýšení tření mezi střechou a betonovými zátěžemi užijte gumové
rohože, abyste zabránili poškození střešního pláště. Pro dodatečnou ochranu před nárazovými větry jsou potřeba
ocelová lana vhodné tloušťky (obvykle 5mm/minimální pevnosti v tahu 1450 N/mm2).

Ochrana před blesky a přepětím
V souladu s platnými předpisy na ochranu proti bleskům EN 62305, části 1–4, a místními přepisy, systém Solcrafte
nemá být napojen na ochranu budovy před blesky. Musí být dodržena bezpečná vzdálenost minimálně 1 m od vodivých předmětů, a to nejlépe do strany. V případě montáže na kovové nosné konstrukce konzultujte autorizovaného
specialistu na ochranu před blesky. Kovové prvky systému Solcrafte a všechny části krytí nebo upevnění musí být
připojeny na hlavní sběrnici přepěťové ochrany autorizovaným elektrotechnikem v souladu s platnými předpisy.

Montážní návod
Přívod vody
Systém Solcrafte musí být napojen na vodovodní vedení 3/4“ závitem s vnějším vinutím a plochým těsněním. Před
utažením se přesvědčte, že je těsnění řádně umístěno. K utažení použijte momentový klíč, nepřesáhněte však moment 40 Nm. Pokud k připojení nepoužíváte ohebné trubky, pamatujte na jejich zajištění proti tepelné roztažnosti,
např. expanzními ohyby, ohebnými hadicemi. Vždy používejte potrubí vhodné pro sanitární použití s odolností proti
teplotě vody alespoň 100 °C. Izolujte potrubí vhodným materiálem přiměřené tloušťky, abyste omezili ztrátu tepla
a bránili zamrzání vedení.
Náklon systému Solcrafte/Obecné
Systém Solcrafte je přizpůsoben naklonění od 10 ° do maximálně 70 °. Systém spojení musí být chráněn proti vstupu znečištění, např. prachu.
Záruka
Délka záruky je 5 let. Tato prodloužená doba záruky je aplikovatelná pouze, pokud je údržba prováděna pověřenou firmou a řádně dokumentována. Montáž kvalifikovanou firmou a dodržení montážních instrukcí bez výjimky
je nutnou podmínkou pro uplatnění záručního práva. Záruční lhůta běží od chvíle předání systému jednou a jeho
přijetí druhou smluvní stranou. Jakost vody podléhá značným regionálním rozdílům, a v některých případech může
způsobit problémy v důsledku koroze a usazování vodního kamene. Výrobce nepřijme reklamaci z důvodu koroze
zapříčiněné vodou. Je nebytné upozornit, že požadavky na určitou jakost vody pro provoz nezaručují, že ke korozi
zařízení nedojde. Tyto požadavky jsou zamýšleny jako vodítko, jehož účelem je zabránit poškození kritických součástí systému. Souhrn kritických parametrů vody je uveden v těchto pokynech v sekci „Požadavky na jakost vody“.

Návod k obsluze
Obecné
Systém Solcrafte umožňuje nepřetržitý provoz pouze v oblastech bez mrazů. Pokud teplota klesne za určitých podmínek pod 0 °C (min. -5 °C), systém Solcrafte musí být chráněn a/nebo vypuštěn a zakryt. V oblastech s teplotami
pod bodem mrazu, v nichž není systém Solcrafte vypouštěn, musí být vybaven přídavným tělesem ochrany proti
mrazu (200 W). Používání ohřevného tělesa (1 kW/2 kW) neochrání systém před poškození mrazem. Na místě musí
být přívod studené i teplé vody izolován nebo zateplen, aby se zamezilo jeho zamrznutí. Směšovač teplé vody, který
reguluje teplotu vody, musí být instalován na výpusti teplé vody. Poskytnutý pojistný ventil musí být instalován v
přívodu studené vody do systému Solcrafte, aby se omezil přetlak vody ve vodním okruhu.
Pokyny k obsluze a plnění
Systém Solcrafte je dodáván s ochrannou vrstvou na skle. Tato vrstva nesmí být sňata dříve, než je systém naplněn vodou, aby nedošlo k poškození součástí případnou kumulací tepla. Sejměte ochrannou vrstvu po naplnění
systému, neboť jinou funkci neplní. Doporučujeme vrstvu sejmout nejpozději dva týdny po montáži, aby nedošlo
k usazení lepidla na povrchu skla. Plnění a výplachy se musí provádět tak dlouho, dokud není jisté, že v systému
není žádný zbytkový vzduch. Maximální provozní tlak uvedený na plaketě typu systému nebo v montážním návodu
nesmí být překročen. Před otevřením přívodu vody a naplněním nádrže vodou před uvedením systému do provozu
se ujistěte, že všechny ochranné komponenty byly namontovány v souladu s nákresem hydraulického připojení (v
kapitole „Schéma hydraulického připojení“ těchto pokynů) v montážním návodu. Nedoporučujeme používat vodu
jako pitnou dříve než dva týdny od prvního uvedení do provozu.
Pokyny k údržbě/Vypouštění systému
Systém Solcrafte musí být každý rok vizuálně kontrolován, zda není poškozen, neprotéká, není znečištěn; doporučujeme pravidelnou každoroční kontrolu kvalifikovanou firmou. Údržba či opravy vyžadují, aby byla ze systému
Solcrafte zcela vypuštěna voda, za takových okolností musí být celý systém překryt reflektivní látkou či fólií, aby
nedošlo k poškození případnou akumulací tepla.
Pokyny k obsluze ohřívacího tělesa/ochraně před mrazem (není součástí dodávky)
Aby se zabránilo poškození nebo zničení systému Solcrafte, používejte výhradně výrobcem předepsaná ohřívací
tělesa/tělesa ochrany proti mrazu. Míra usazení vodního kamene na tělesech musí být kontrolována. Tělesa musí
být vodního kamene zbavována nebo zcela vyměňována podle potřeby.
K dispozici jsou dva typy tepelných rezistorů jako volitelné příslušenství:
–Těleso ochrany proti mrazu (200 W)
–Ohřívací těleso (1 kW/2 kW)
Zvýšení efektivity
Podnikněte následující kroky pro zvýšení efektivity systému Solcrafte:
–Používejte, pokud možno, teplou vodu odpoledne (např. pro sprchování)
–Časový spínač (vč. nočního spínače) používejte pouze v kombinaci s ohřívacím tělesem, nikoliv s tělesem ochrany
před mrazem
Provozní tlak
Maximální provozní tlak ve vodním okruhu nesmí přesáhnout 4 bary, pokud je to nezbytné, musí být instalován
