For our client; an international pharmaceutical company we are looking for
Customer Service Representative with French/English
Location: Prague
What is it about?











Receive and respond to all incoming AP and / or Procurement queries via phone
call and email from external suppliers and affiliates (AP/Procurement) on a day-today basis within the given language scope
For complex queries, investigate, capture and record them and if necessary
forward to Customer Service Team Lead for support resolving them. Inform the
customer of the answer to their initial query.
Log calls, query details and the response given to the query
Log complaints and escalate to Customer Service Team Lead
Monitoring of Backlog and proactively follow up with assigned Teams
Suggest improvement initiatives to keep the P2P SSC moving toward an „e“
environment
Support team members in resolving complex queries captured and recorded by
Customer Service Representatives
Meet dashboard metrics related to Customer Service
Assist and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Provide all Customers with a high standard of Customer Service relating to P2P
process queries
Ensure timely handling and resolution of all customer querie

Requirements









Strong customer focus orientation
Strong language skills, depending on the allocated customer group (English +
French)
Strong communication skills
Excellent phone skills
Team player with the abilities to work independently
Time management skills
Problem solver
Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, policies & procedures as well as SAP &
ARIBA applications – advantage but not required
Ability to work with MS Office software packages
