NOMAS je kovový magnetický dotyk s permanentním magnetem a s Ms šroubem a je
určen pro přenos svářecího proudu na svařovanou část pro ruční svařování. Dotyk se vyznačuje lehkostí konstrukce a snadnou manipulací, zejména ve výškách, na velkých průměrech svařovaných částí a také umožňuje svařovat materiály do pravého úhlu. Přítlačná síla je 180 N
a celý povrch je pozinkován. Magnet je chráněn polyamidovou vložkou. Hmotnost dotyku je
0,8 kg. Uchycení svářecího kabelu je provedeno Ms šroubem M12 a kabelovým okem. Maximální svářecí proud je 160 A.
NOMAS ist ein Berührungskontakt aus Metall mit einem Dauermagneten und einer Messingschraube und ist für die Übertragung von Schweißströmen auf das Schweißteil für das Handschweißen bestimmt. Der Kontakt zeichnet sich durch leichtgewichtige Konstruktion und einfache Handhabung aus, insbesondere bei Arbeiten in der Höhe, bei großen Durchmessern der geschweißten Teile und ermöglicht auch, Material im rechtem Winkel zu schweißen. Die Andruckkraft beträgt 180 N und die gesamte Oberfläche ist verzinkt. Der Magnet ist durch eine Polyamideinlage geschützt. Der Kontakt wiegt 0,8 kg. Das Schweißkabel ist mit einer Messingschraube der Größe M12 und einem Kabelschuh befestigt. Die maximale Schweißstromstärke beträgt

welded part for manual welding. The contact features lightweight design and easy handling, especially at heights and on largediameter welded parts. It also enables right-angle welding. The pressing force is 180 N and the whole surface is zinc coated.
The magnet is protected by a polyamide insert. The contact weight is 0.8 kg. The welding cable is connected using a MS M12

PRIMA je pomocný magnetický přípravek a je určen pro přidržení svařovacích součástí vedle
sebe, u sebe nebo v 8 různých polohách a úhlech. Toto uchycení usnadňuje svařování. Přípravek má přítlačnou sílu až 200 N na celou styčnou plochu. Je vybaven permanentním magnetem a polyamidovou ochrannou vložkou magnetu.

Lagen und Winkeln bestimmt. Diese Art der Befestigung vereinfacht das Schweißen. Die Vorrichtung hat eine Andruckkraft von
bis zu 200 N über die gesamte Berührungsfläche. Sie ist mit einem Dauermagneten und einer Polyamideinlage zum Schutz
des Magneten versehen.
PRIMA is an auxiliary magnetic fixture designed to hold together welded parts: either side by side or in 8 other different positions and angles. This clamping makes welding much easier.
