New way of laser head clamping to optimise its rotating to work position .
Improved focusing of laser head on the working area by using two red points.
Ethernet connection with superior PC (notebook is advantage) allows to prepare data far from
laser (without laser) or to use remote control of system HCP20.
Optimalization of working box designed for storing of the whole laser system. The box is smaller,
more mobile and also adapted for loading to car and moving in a hall. It is equipped with rotary
drum for careful placing of laser head and optical cable.
Manual travel X, Y, Z for quick setting of laser head working position.
Motor travel X,Y,Z for very precise moving of laser head to work position. KEY button on the
control board allows to lock the axis in the chosen place without any aberration.
Block of power supply of clamping magnet is newly equipped except UPS function also with
acoustic alarm for line voltage fault.
HCP20 meets the hardest demands for mobile, quick and precise engraving of the large tools
and molds.
Frequent moving and visiting our customers is now without any problem and risk.

HCP 10
is the ultra compact pulsed fiber laser offering first class performance and advanced
software features. Thanks to state-of- the-art technology HCP 10 allows fast marking on metal and
plastic material increasing systems productivity typical for automotive and electronics industry.
Ultra compact dimension allows ease mechanical installations in the production line or inside a
machines where limited space is always a key issue. With the smallest scanning head of the market
place (112x298x90 mm), HCP 10 drastically simplifies systém design and machine integration. Available
with 10W and 20W laser power emission, HCP 10 is very simple to set up and to parameterise using
Lighter software suite. Thanks to Lighter ease of use HMI, operator can design any kind of label, with
logo, text, datamatrix, bar codes. HCP 10 implements Embedded Marking Controller (EMC) for complete
system control in “Stand Alone Mode” or “Master –Slave Mode”.
HCP 10 is equipped with up to 4indipendent axys controls ( X,Y,Z, rotative axys) to implement MultiLayers and Rotating Marking and to change marking head position.Dedicated encoder input is applied
for Marking On Fly even in accelerated and un-costant speed conditions. Low Power consumption and
excellent power efficiency are classified at top in its category.
Elegant and compact portable box
HCP Fiber Laser System in the portable box is
equipped with all the necessary components to
get to any place quickly. Simple and quick installation
allows to mark light and small parts on the table
of the box.We mark big pressing moulds by strong
electromagnet that is fixed to a mould and positioning
system.

The various parts of the laser can interact with the marking system. Marking set consists of two parts:
PCI electronic board (iMarkPCI) that ensures control signals flow to the laser and an efficient software
(Lighter) that provides graphical user interface for marking designs and marking process automation.
Graphic editor of software Lighter creates and edits strings, shapes, barcodes, matrix codes.
It is also able to import logos in raster and vector format.
