Results of the internal grant on mechanical faculty 2005 Department 352 VŠB – TU Ostrava Title: Smart instrumentation and wireless networks Solver: Ing. Petr Wojciaszyk Budget (thousand Kč): 6 Results and outputs: ¾ Byly formulovány vlastnosti a možnosti bezdrátových sítí v inteligentní instrumentaci. Na jejich základě byla vybrána a popsána technologie ZigBee a její elementy. Were formalized characteristics and possibilities wireless rush in intelligent instrumentation. On their base was chosen and circumscribed technology ZigBee and her elements. ¾ Wireless standard ZigBee communicates in license-free band with radio frequencies 868 MHz/915 MHz/2,4 GHz. ¾ Used board 13192DSK with the ZigBee chip MC13192 is used in the laboratory task PC and ZigBee, which includes 8- bit MCU MC9S08GT60 and acceleration sensors. ¾ The MCU senses sensor’s voltage on the A/D converter. Captured data are sent through the SPI interface to the ZigBee chip. This chip provides wireless connection and the communication with the second node. The second node transfers data to PC over the RS232 interface (or RS232 to USB converter too). Publication outputs: WOJCIASZYK, P. Inteligentní senzory a bezdrátové sítě. In Proceedings of XXX.
