HALLENSPIELREGELN CZ - INDOOR RULES IN CZ – HALOVÁ HERNÍ PRAVIDLA CZ
1.
Es wird ein Spielball der Größe 5 verwendet. The ball size is to be 5. Hraje se s míčem velikosti 5.
2.
Die Teamstärke beträgt 4 Feldspieler + 1 Torwart. Es wird fliegend gewechselt. The team size is 5-a-side (4 field players plus 1 goalkeeper).
Flying substitution is possible. Hrají 4 hráči v poli + 1 brankář, střídání probíhá hokejovým způsobem.

Die Abseitsregel ist aufgehoben. There is no offside. Ofsajd neplatí.

Der Torwart darf Rückpässe nicht mit der Hand aufnehmen. The goalkeeper is not allowed to pick up back passes with the hand. Brankář nesmí
chytat rukou zpětnou přihrávku (malá domů).
5.
Beim Anstoß und bei Spielfortsetzungen (Ausnahme Schiedsrichterball) müssen die Spieler der gegnerischen Mannschaft mindestens fünf Meter vom
Ball entfernt sein. At kick-off and all standard situations (corner, free kick etc.) players of the opponent team have to keep a minimal distance
of 5 meters. Při výkopu nebo rozehrání (kromě míče od rozhodčího) musí stát bránící hráč min. 5 metrů od míče.

Alle Standardsituationen (außer Elfmeter) müssen innerhalb von 5 Sekunden ausgeführt werden. Ansonsten wird der Gegner mit der Ausführung
beauftragt. All standard situations have to be executed within 5 seconds. Otherwise the opponent gets the right to execute them. Rozehrání
jakékoliv standardní situace (kromě penalty) musí být zahájeno do 5 sekund, jinak přichází o výhodu a rozehrává soupeř.

Bei der Ausführung von Strafstößen müssen alle Feldspieler mit Ausnahme des Strafstoßschützen im Spielfeld außerhalb des Strafraumes und
mindestens fünf Meter vom Ausführungspunkt entfernt sein. At penalties all players have to keep a distance of 5 meter from the penalty spot
and keep out of the penalty area. Při penaltě musí stát všichni hráči na hřišti mimo pokutové území a dodržet vzdálenost 5 metrů.

Bei einem Seitenausball ist das Spiel durch Einwerfen fortzusetzen. If the ball goes out, the throw-in is classically over the head. Při postranním
autu pokračuje hra vhazováním.
9.
Bei Abstoß, Abschlag oder Abwurf muss der Ball in der eigenen Hälfte von einem weiteren Spieler oder dem Hallenboden / Bande berührt werden. Ist
dies nicht der Fall, gibt es auf der Mittellinie einen Freistoß für die gegnerische Mannschaft. Diese Bestimmung gilt für jegliches Spiel des Torwarts
aus dem Strafraum heraus, wenn er zuvor den Ball kontrolliert hatte. After goal kicks or throw-outs / kick-outs of the goal-keeper the ball has to
be touched by a player, the floor or the board in the own-half. Otherwise the opponent gets a free-kick at halfway line. This rule counts for
all situations when the goal-keeper plays the ball out of control. Při výkopu, odehrání nebo odhozu se musí míč dotknout na vlastní polovině
dalšího hráče nebo hrací plochy nebo mantinelů, v opačném případě je proveden volný kop ze střední čáry protivníkem. Toto nařízení platí na
jakoukoliv hru brankáře z trestného území, když měl před tím míč pod kontrolou.
10. Berührt der Ball die Hallendecke oder einen nicht zum Spielfeld gehörenden Gegenstand, muss der Schiedsrichter einen Freistoß unterhalb des
Berührungspunktes verhängen. Erfolgt diese Berührung innerhalb des Strafraumes, so ist der Freistoß auf der Strafraumgrenze auszuführen. If the
ball touches the ceiling or some part which does not belong to the pitch (e.g. basketball basket, lamps), the opponent gets a free-kick under
the spot. If it will be in the penalty area, the free-kick will be given on edge of the penalty-area. Dotkne-li se míč stropu haly nebo předmětu
nepatřícímu k hracímu poli, musí rozhodčí nařídit přímý kop pod místem dotyku.
11. Strafen: gelbe Karte / Zeitstrafe für 2 Minuten / gelb-rote Karte / Feldverweis. Penalties: yellow card / player sent 2 minutes off / red card. Nach
gelber Karte muss die betreffende Mannschaft zunächst 2 Minuten mit einem Spieler weniger spielen, kann sich dann aber wieder ergänzen. Erzielt
während der Strafzeit die gegnerische Mannschaft ein Tor, so kann der fehlende Spieler sofort wieder ergänzt werden (dies gilt nicht, wenn beide
Mannschaften in gleicher Unterzahl spielen). Fehlen zwei Spieler, so gilt diese Regelung zunächst für die erste Strafzeit, bei einem evtl. weiteren
Gegentor auch für die zweite. Der mit roter Karte belegte Spieler darf erst am nächsten Spiel seiner Mannschaft wieder teilnehmen (Matchstrafe).
After a yellow card the respective team has to play with 1 player less for 2 minutes. After each goal of the opponent 1 player may be resubstituted, unless the opponent also has 1 player sent off the pitch. After red card the player has to pause for the rest of the match. Tresty:
žlutá karta /vyloučení na 2 minuty/ červená karta /vyloučení na zbytek utkání/. Po obdržení žluté karty hraje mužstvo 2 minuty v oslabení, po uplynutí
trestu se hráč vrací do hry. Pokud v této době střelí protivník branku, může být potrestaný hráč nahrazen jiným (to neplatí, pokup hrají obě mužstva ve
stejném oslabení). Chybí-li 2 hráči, platí pravidlo nejprve pro první trest, pak eventuelně po brance protivníka i pro druhý. Hráč, který obdrží červenou
kartu, je vyloučen do konce zápasu a smí se zúčastnit až dalšího zápasu.
12. Die Zahl der Spieler einer Mannschaft darf durch Zeitstrafen nicht auf weniger als drei verringert werden. Alle weiteren Strafen werden solange
ausgesetzt bis wieder ein Spieler auf’s Feld kommt. A team cannot be reduced through penalties to less than 3 players. All further penalties are
postponed until a player returns on the pitch. Počet hráčů nesmí být vyloučením snížen na méně než tři, všechny další tresty jsou pak odloženy,
dokud se hráč nevrátí na hřiště.
13. Alle abgebrochenen Spiele werden mit 2:0 Toren gewertet bzw. mit dem günstigeren Ergebnis zum Zeitpunkt des Abbruchs. All interrupted matches
end 2:0 or according to a higher score at the moment of the interruption. Všechny přerušené zápasy končí výsledkem 2:0 nebo výhodnějším
výsledkem v momentě přerušení.
14. Bei Punktgleichstand wird die Platzierung ermittelt durch 1. direkten Vergleich, 2. Tordifferenz, 3. den mehr erzielten Toren / Minitabelle, 4.
Elfmeterschießen. In the event of a tie on points, the final result will be decided on 1. the head-to-head record, 2. the goal difference, 3. the
team having scored the most goals / mini table, 4. a penalty shoot out. Při shodném počtu získaných bodů rozhoduje o umístění: 1. přímé
srovnání, 2. rozdíl branek, 3. kdo vstřelil více branek, 4. Penalty.
15. Enden Spiele in der K.O.Runde unentschieden, findet sofort ein Siebenmeterschießen statt. If there is a draw in the matches in the knock-outmode, there will be immediately a penalty shoot out. Končí-li zápasy ve vyřazovacím kole nerozhodně, střílí se penalty.
16. Zum Siebenmeterschießen benennt jeder Verein 6 Spieler, von denen einer der Torwart sein muss. To the penalty shoot out each team sends 6
players (5 field players plus one goal keeper). Penalty střílí z každého týmu 6 hráčů, jedním z nich musí být i brankář.
