The firm HASIL a.s. owns more than 70 certificates of fire resistance of products, allowing to cover an extraordinarily wide spectrum of types of fire closures for building openings. It is easy to process, of long lifetime, irreplaceable characteristics and distinctive appearance. It is pleasant to touch and it refines the style of people’s homes in the form of numerous objects. Products in which wood has been used since way back are doors and windows. The basic requirement for doors, protection of people’s homes from external influences, was gradually extended by functional and aesthetic demands. Thus, modern doors and windows of the present days often have to comply with conflicting, formerly incompatible demands. The present system of wooden panels of the company HASIL a.s. makes it possible to assemble products with the required parameters. Thanks to a selection of panels, glazing, cassettes, frames as well as solid walls, we are able to adjust both doors and windows with fire resistance in terms of appearance to the non-fire ones while assuring their fire resistance of EI I EW from 15 to 60 minutes. With our complete assortment of wooden products, we can offer doors, windows as well as solid walls of various variants and designs. They can be installed both in interior and facades, with fire as well as non-fire design. They can contribute to a unique character of interiors in new buildings and respect demands made as for reconstructed historical buildings. STEEL Aluminium has become an essential material used in structures of door and window frames and facades. Thanks to its modern representative appearance, lightness, durability and resistance to weather conditions, aluminium structures became favourites in modern architecture. Disconnected thermal bridging in a special design allows for certain types of profiles to resists fire load. With regard to the profiles variability, we can react to customers’ wishes flexibly. The applied system of aluminium profiles enables us to offer structures with fire resistance ranging from 15 to 60 minutes in the EI or EW design. Using automatic spraying, the fire resistance can be increased up to EI of 180 minutes. ALUMINIUM Steel is a traditional and still a top-quality material which is in combination with other materials unrivalled in fire conditions. For its mechanical characteristics, it is most in demand in operations with the highest fire resistance. As a rule, steel products are intended for use in interiors. However, thanks to surface treatment with zinc coating, they can also be installed in external settings. Doors or solid glazed walls of steel reach fire resistance of up to 60 minutes, in full smooth design up to 120 minutes.
