Lieferumfang:
• 1 vormontierter Liftomat mit zwei Kugelgelenken, drei
Distanzscheiben, einer selbstsichernden Mutter (8 mm)
und zwei Sicherungsstiften für jeweiligen Kugelkopf
• 1 Halterungsschiene
• 1 Montageanleitung

třemi distančními podložkami, jednou samosvornou maticí (8
mm) a dvěma pojistnými kroužky hlav kulových čepů

• 1 pre-assembled Liftomat with two ball-and-socket joints,
three spacers, one self-locking nut ( 8 mm ) and two
locking pins for each ball

disques d’écartement, un écrou à freinage interne (8 mm)

Benötigte Werkzeuge:
je ein 10er- und ein 13er-Schlüssel. Werkstattmontage wird
empfohlen. Für die Montage sind zwei Personen unbedingt
erforderlich.
Potřebné nářadí: K montáži bude zapotřebí dvou osob, klíč
č.10 a č.13. Montáž doporučujeme svěřit odbornému servisu.
Required tools:
one 10-mm wrench and one 13-mm wrench. Shop assembly
recommended. It is absolutely necessary to perform the
assembly with two persons.
Outils nécessaires: une clé de 10 et une clé de 13. Il est
recommandé de faire effectuer le montage dans un atelier. Le
montage requiert absolument la présence de deux personnes.
1. Open the hood. Place a cloth between the end of the hood
and the fender to avoid scratches.
1. Ouvre le capot. Introduire un chiffon entre l’extrémité du
capot et les ailes afin d’éviter des éraflures.
2. One person keeps the hood open until the assembly of the
Liftomat is completed. The second person performs the
necessary assembly steps. First remove the original mounting
rod including rubber sleeve.
2. L’une des personnes maintient le capot ouvert jusqu’à ce que
le montage du Liftomat soit achevé. L’autre personne réalisera
les étapes de montage suivantes: retirer tout d’abord la barre
de fixation d’origine avec le manchon en caoutchouc.
3. Remove the nuts of the original mounting. Hold the hood with
one hand.
3. Desserrer les écrous de la fixation d’origine. Maintenir le
capot en position d’une main.
4. Position the supplied mounting rail and slightly tighten the
original nuts. Secure the Liftomat to the rail with the self-locking
nut (13-mm wrench, oppose with 10-mm wrench). Do not
tighten the nut firmly.
4. Positionner le rail de support cijoint et serrer légèrement les
écrous d’origine. Fixer le Liftomat à l’aide de l’écrou à freinage
interne (utiliser la clé de 13 avec la clé de 10 comme
contrepoids). Ne pas serrer l’écrou à fond.
5. Remove the original screw in the fender with a 10-mm
wrench. Loosen the locking pin at the angle joint at the lower
end of the Liftomat. Remove the screwable ball from the ball
socket and grease it slightly.
5. Desserrer la vis d’origine de l’aile à l’aide d’une clé de 10.
Débloquer la goupille de blocage du joint à angles qui se trouve
à l’extrémité inférieure du Liftomat. Retirer la rotule à visser de
sa cavité et la graisser légèrement.
6. Screw down the ball in the fender, press the socket against
the ball and secure it with the supplied pin. Please ensure that
the pin is locked.
6. Visser la rotule contre l’aile, presser la cavité contre la rotule
et la bloquer à l’aide de la goupille cijointe. Vérifier
absolument que la goupille est parfaitement enclenchée!
7. Hood is lowered by the person who is holding it and adjusted
in such a way that the distance between A column and fender is
analogue to the other side. Re-open the hood, tighten the
screws of the mounting rail and the self-locking nut of the
Liftomat.
7. La personne qui tient le capot le fera descendre avec
prudence et l’ajustera de sorte que la distance entre la colonne
A et l’aile soit identique à celle de l’autre côté. Soulever de
nouveau le capot et serrer les vis du rail de support et l’écrou à
freinage interne du Liftomat.
We recommend to paint the mounting rail in the color of
the car.
Pour des raisons esthétiques, nous recommandons de
vernir le rail de support de la couleur du véhicule.
Important note: the pressure tank must not be damaged as
the Liftomat is under pressure.
Note importante: le Liftomat est sous pression, le réservoir à
pression ne doit donc pas être détérioré.
1. Öffnen der Haube. Legen Sie einen Lappen zwischen
Hauben-Ende und Kotflügel, um Kratzer zu vermeiden.
2. Eine Person hält die Haube bis zum Abschluss der Montage
des Liftomats auf. Die zweite Person führt die folgenden
Montageschritte durch. Zunächst Entfernung der OriginalBefestigungsstange samt Gumimuffe.
3. Entfernen der Muttern der Original-Halterung. Mit einer Hand
die Haube festhalten.
4. Anlegen der mitgelieferten Halterungsschiene und leichtes
Anziehen der Original-Muttern. Mit der selbstsichernden
Mutter (13er-Schlüssel, mit 10er-Schlüssel dagegenhalten)
Liftomat an der Schiene befestigen. Mutter nicht festziehen.
5. Entfernen der Original-Schraube im Kotflügel mit 10erSchlüssel. Lösen des Sicherungsstiftes am Winkelgelenk am
unteren Liftomat-Ende. Entnahme des verschraubbaren
Kugelkopfes aus der Pfanne und diese leicht einfetten.
6. Verschrauben des Kugelkopfes im Kotflügel, Pfanne gegen
Kugelkopf drücken und mit dem mitgelieferten Stift sichern.
Unbedingt prüfen, dass dieser Stift eingerastet ist!
7. Haube von der Person, die sie hält, vorsichtig herunterlassen
und so justieren, dass der Abstand zwischen A-Säule und
Kotflügel analog zur anderen Seite ist. Haube wieder öffnen,
Schrauben der Halterungsschiene und die selbstsichernde
Mutter des Liftomats festziehen.
Aus optischen Gründen empfehlen wir die
Halterungsschiene in Wagenfarbe zu lackieren.
Wichtiger Hinweis: der Liftomat steht unter Druck, deshalb
darf der Druckbehälter nicht beschädigt
werden.
1. Otevřete kapotu. Pro vyloučení poškrábání kapoty a blaníku
vložte mezi tyto díly např. kus staré textýlie.
2. Je zapotřebí, aby vždy jedna osoba držela kapotu a to až do
konce montáže plynové vzpěry a druhá osoba prováděla
montáž dle následujících kroků, především pak odstranění
originálního připevnění kapoty.
3. Odstraňte matice originálního připevnění kapoty a současně
jednou rukou pevně přidržujte kapotu.
4. Přiložte dodaný držák profilu J a lechce dotáhněte originální
matice. Pomocí samosvorné matice (klíč č.13 a naproti přidržet
klíčem č.10) připevněte vzpěru k držáku. Matku nedotahujte.
5. Klíčem č.10 odmontujte originální šroub v blatníku. Vyjměte
pojistné kroužky obou konců kulových čepů a vyjměte je z jejich
uložení. Čepy lehce namažte mazacím tukem.
6. Zašroubujte kulový čep do blatníku a vraťte plynovou vzpěru
uložením nazpět do kulových čepů. Spoje zajistěte
demontovanými pojistnými kroužky. Bezpodmínečně se
ujistěte, že je uložení kulových čepů pojistnými kroužky
správně zabezpečeno!
7. Kapotu, jež drží druhá osoba zkuste opatrně spustit dolů a
nastavte správnou vzdálenost mezi sloupkem a blatníkem tak,
jak je tomu na druhé straně vozu. Po seřízení kapotu opět
otevřete a dotáhněte obě matice držáku včetně samosvorné
matice.
Pro lepší vzhled doporučujeme nalakovat držák profilu J
do barvy vozu.
Důležitá poznámka: Plynová vzpěra je pod stálým
tlakem.Tělo plynové vzpěry nesmí být poškozeno.
