and promotional events of various characters with

Black Light Theatre history begins back to ancient
China, where they had their origins in "Shadow Play" projection of shadows on the canvas, when using
candles. In last decades this theatre genre grows
with use of modern techniques - particularly UV light.
In 70tees the home of black theater became Prague
where foreign tourists still seek this genre as one
of the characteristics of our country. Czech black light
theatres also travel around the world and organize
a successful world tours.
In recent years the genre began to be popular part of
the special annual events, celebrations or business and
new products presentations.

We are self-sufficient - direction, script, choreography,
music, costumes, stage props and its implementation
makes our experienced team. HILT is flexible - we are
able to settle even in a small space and adapt the
design and choreography. Likewise, we play full-lenght
performances in major theatres, festivals and gala
nights.

Czech television has dedicated to a theme of black light
theater their entire morning show Good morning.
In detail with visual examples it explaines what black
light theatre is and what is the history of the theatre
group HILT.
A short montage of several different shows demonstrations
comes
from
the
full-length
performances and also from the events according
to the client.
From 2015 HILT will present its new show
Cinderella with live played violin parts
Besides to our own work we realize our clients own
designs often with their accurate sketches. We always
consult your proposal and the possibility of its
implementation.
Our experiences we have gained in working with large
global clients. Among them launch events cars for Tata
Motors, Nissan and Mazda. Likewise, smaller product
launch events - Motorola RAZR or Club Beer.
Black light theatre in conjunction with advertising brings
"the live tale" on the stage directly in front of spectators
eyes.

First view of our videos certainly raises the question
of what all we need to implement the show. The truth
is that the impression of the black light show looks very
difficult. We have to disabuse you. We are able
to realize the show almost everywhere if there is little
space to move and the possibility of absolute darkness.
Daylight is our absolute enemy. We need the best
non-lustrous
black
background
for
us
as well as the floor. UV lamps we can bring our own.
What what is necessary the most - absolute darkness
and switch off all the lights for the show in the place
where it runs. The whole process and other
implementation depends on our choreography and
tricks, which we adapt to its area.
Full-length show that was debut of HILT. The show took
place at the „Theatre Radka Brzobohateho“ and its
music was composed by Ondřej Brzobohatý, Czech
national legends in theatre and film.
However, there are exceptions, for example when the
show is held in the daylight (when the sunshine does
not shine directly into the area where the show takes
place). For such an event we require our clients to built
the special stage covered from all sides - examples of
these are shown below.
The Painted World brought us the price of BRM festival
in India. Later it was enriched by vivid vocals and it has
become the first black light theatre musical show.
In cases where an entire show is 60 minutes long or
about 30 minutes, we have the technical requirements,
of course, more demanding. We need extra side
curtains, where the actors and dancers can start from
and a black sail at the back of the stage as the passage
for dancers and actors.
HILT team is composed of artists who deal with black
light theater genre for years. Everyone gathered their
experiences in various Prague theatres. The idea is to
link many different experiences in single group where
for all of us the black light theatre is our interest and the
life hobby.
