Převzala jsem právní zastoupení společnosti (název firmy), se sídlem (adresa) a obracím se
na vás v následující záležitosti:
Byla mi předána k právnímu vymáhání pohledávka za vaši společnost ve výši (částka) EUR,
která vznikla neuhrazením faktury č. (číslo faktury), vystavené dne 19. 9. 2008, splatné 3. 10.
2008.
O úhradu dluhu jste byli vyzváni již přípisem klienta ze dne 19. 11. 2008. Do dnešního dne
však klient neeviduje zaplacení dlužné částky.
Vyzývám vás k úhradě dlužné částky ve výši (částka) EUR a to ve lhůtě do 15. 3. 2009. Po
marném uplynutí lhůty jsem zmocněna řešit neprodleně záležitost soudní cestou.

You have been requested to settle this debt by the client´s official letter dated 19 November
2008. Nevertheless the client has not registered the payment to be made.
This letter shall serve as your final notice before pursuing further legal means. Unless the
client receives payment in the amount of (částka) EUR within 15 March 2009, I shall be
forced to immediately resolve the matter by legal proceedings.

POČÍTAČOVÁ PRACOVIŠTĚ
5.1. Počítačové pracoviště je určeno k využívání elektronických informačních zdrojů (včetně
CD-ROM) klášterní knihovny a k zpřístupnění volně dostupných vědeckých dat
z internetu.
5.2. Uživateli je zakázáno používat na počítačích v klášterní knihovně jiné programové
vybavení než to, které je mu v nabídce poskytnuto.
5.3. Veškeré získané informace a data (v jakékoliv formě a na jakémkoliv médiu) slouží
výhradně osobní potřebě uživatele a jeho studijním účelům. Není dovoleno je dále
rozšiřovat, rozmnožovat, kopírovat, prodávat nebo jinak využívat, zejména ke
komerčním účelům.

COMPUTER WORKSTATIONS
5.1. Computer workstations are meant for use of electronic information sources (including
CD-ROMs) of the library of Muzeum Brněnska and for making freely accessible data
from the internet available.
5.2. Library users are forbidden to use any other programmes than those which are offered
to them on the computers in the library of Muzeum Brněnska.
5.3. All information and data obtained (in any form and on any type of medium) serve solely
for personal use of the user and their study purposes. It is forbidden to further spread,
reproduce, copy, sell or otherwise use these copies for commercial purposes.

Hannah comes from and where she is going are much the same: people die.
Hannah’s father died of AIDS when she was four years old. A child without a father is an
orphan in Uganda. Hannah is Nobody’s child.

Bosé nohy Hannah tiše kráčí po cestě lemované suchou trávou. Hannah však nejde po
pěšině, vybírá si trávu. Alespoň ta ji dělá společnost. Hannah je dítětem Nikoho.
Za 10 let svého života prožila Hannah jen málo pěkného, Uganda je pro ni světem bez
radosti a naděje na život. Když jde, tak nespěchá. Nemá totiž kam. Odkud přichází a kam
kráčí se v mnohém neliší: lidé všude umírají.
Otec Hannah zemřel na AIDS, když jí byly 4 roky. V Ugandě je dítě bez otce považováno za
sirotka. Hannah je dítětem Nikoho.

Úvod
Je neděle 1. prosince 1805. Nad krajinou mezi Brnem a Slavkovem, která se nazítří stane
bojištěm, se vyjasnilo, nižší polohy během noci zahalila hustá přízemní mlha, která částečně
skryla asi 74 tisíc francouzských vojáků. Proti nim stojí téměř 90 tisíc Rusů a Rakušanů.
Bitevní plány
Podle plánu rakouského generála Weyrothera mělo čelo spojenecké armády sestoupit
brzy ráno po západním svahu Prateckého návrší, napadnout Francouze, zatlačit je
západně od Brna a odříznout jim ústupovou cestu na Vídeň. Na severním křídle zamýšleli
spojenci provést obchvat zprava, kterým měl být bitevní záměr dovršen.

197 jaar geleden, zaten hier 240 genodigden aan lange tafels van een diner te
genieten, dat werd afgesloten met een groots vuurwerk. Het feest ter gelegenheid van het
gereedkomen van de pyramide met grootse legermanoeuvres had de week daarvoor, op 12
oktober 1804, al plaatsgevonden. Stelt u zich eens voor wat een indruk dit vreemde
monument toen moet hebben gemaakt: een getrapte Egyptische piramide van 36 meter
hoog, bekroond door een 13 meter hoge obelisk op het hoogste punt van de uitgestrekte,

na hostině, která byla zakončena velkým ohňostrojem. Slavnost, která byla uspořádána
s největšími vojenskými manévry u příležitosti dokončení pyramidy se konala týden předtím,
12. října 1804. Představte si, jaký dojem musel tenkrát takový neznámý monument
vzbuzovat: vícestupňová egyptská 36 metrů vysoká pyramida, na které se jako koruna tyčil
13-ti metrový obelisk na nejvyšším místě rozsáhlé, tenkrát bezlesé vřesovité ploše
utrechtských pahorků.

One of the examples of revitalized languages is the Hawaiian language
which belongs to a group of the so-called Polynesian languages. In the 19 t h
