Achtung:
Zur Montage sollte unbedingt eine Hebebühne benutzt werden. Die Temperatur
muss um 20°C betragen. Es ist darauf zu achten, dass kein Lack auf die vorgesehenen Klebeflächen gelangt.
1. Die drei vorgezeichneten Bohrlöcher auf der Spoiler-Lippe mit einem Bohrer
Ø 5,5 mm durchbohren.
2. Nunmehr wird die Hilfe einer zweiten Person benötigt. Die Spoiler-Lippe anhalten
und mit einem Stift die Konturen und die Bohrlöcher auf dem Stossfänger anzeichnen.
3. Die drei vorgezeichneten Löcher auf dem Stossfänger mit einem Bohrer Ø 2,5 mm
durchbohren.
4. Die vorgezeichnete Klebefläche auf dem Stossfänger sorgfältig mit Waschbenzin
reinigen.
5. Auf der Innenseite der Spoiler-Lippe die aufgezeichnete Klebefläche mit Waschbenzin reinigen und auf die Klebefläche mit einem Pinsel den Primer auftragen; ca. 20
Minuten ablüften lassen. Danach den Kleber mit kleinen Abständen auftragen siehe
Zeichnung Nr. 5.
6. Nun wird wiederum die Hilfe einer zweiten Person benötigt. Die Spoiler-Lippe innerhalb der angezeichneten Kontur andrücken und mit den 3 Schrauben befestigen die
Schrauben vorsichtig anziehen aber nicht überdrehen !, da sonst die Spoiler-Lippe
beschädigt werden kann. Eventuell austretenden Kleber sofort mit Waschbenzin
entfernen.
7. Nunmehr lt. Zeichnung Nr. 7 von außen die Spoiler-Lippe am Stossfänger mit Gewebe-Klebeband fixieren.
8. Der Fahrbetrieb kann nach sechs Stunden aufgenommen werden. Nach 24 Stunden
kann das Fahrzeug durch die Waschanlage fahren.
POZOR!
- Při montáži je zapotřebí dobrý přístup k přední části vozu zespod pro vrtání děr
a montáž šroubů.
- Montáž a schnutí spoileru musí probíhat v prostředí s teplotou kolem 20°C. Při
lakování spoileru dbejte na to, aby nebyly přelakovány plochy určené k lepení.
1. Dle tří vylaminovaných značek zespod spoileru vyvrtejte díry o průměru 5,5 mm.
2. Nejlépe za pomoci druhé osoby přiložte spoiler nanečisto k přednímu nárazníku
a označte si obrys včetně zespod vyvrtaných děr přímo na nárazník vozu.
3. Vyznačené díry na nárazníku provrtejte vrtákem průměru 2,5 mm.
4. Důkladně odmastěte celou vyznačenou plochu nárazníku technickým benzinem.
5. Dále pokračujte odmastěním vnitřní strany vlastního spoileru. Poté ošetřete dle obr.5
spoiler přípravkem Betaprime, který nanesete ve slabé vrstvě štětečkem na odmastěné
plochy spoileru. Po zavadnutí Betaprimeru naneste lepidlo Betalink K1 v podobě přerušované housenky - viz. obr.5.
6. Opět za pomoci druhé osoby přilepte spoiler k nárazníku a zafixujte zespod třemi
šrouby, které nedotahujte až "nadoraz" ! Nešetrným dotáhnutím šroubů může dojít
až k poškození spoileru.
7. Obvod spoileru zafixujte páskou k nárazníku vozu - použijte kvalitní pevnou pásku,
nejlépe s textilním vláknem. Případné vytlačené lepidlo odstraňte technickým benzinem.
8. Vozidlo je schopné dalšího provozu zhruba po 6-ti hodinách od dokončení montáže.
Po dobu dalších 24 hodin by neměla být použita myčka.

The pack contains:
1 FGRP spoiler lip, light-colored
1 bottle of primer Betaprime
2 tubes of one-component adhesive Betalink K1
1 instructions for use of adhesive
3 screws 5 x 40

Attention:
It is absolutely necessary to use a car lift for the assembly. The temperature
should be around 20°C. Make sure that no paint can get on the surface to which
the adhesive will be applied.
Attention :
Lors du montage, utiliser impérativement un pont élévateur. La température ambiante doit être d'env. 20°C. Veiller à ce que les surfaces prévues au collage ne
soient pas couvertes de vernis.
1. Bore the marked spots on the spoiler lip with a Ø 5.5 mm drill.
1. Percer trois trous aux endroits marqués sur la lèvre de spoiler à l'aide d'un foret Ø 5,5.
2. Now you need the help of a second person. Hold up the spoiler lip and mark the outlines and drill holes with a pencil on the bumper.
2. Demander à une deuxième personne de vous aider. Placer la lèvre de spoiler et
marquer les contours et les trous de perçage sur le pare-chocs à l'aide d'un stylo.
3. Bore the marked spots on the bumper with a Ø 2.5 mm drill.
3. Percer les trous marqués sur le pare-chocs à l'aide d'un foret Ø 2,5 mm.
4. Thoroughly clean the marked adhesive surface on the bumper with solvent.
4. Nettoyer soigneusement la surface prévue au collage sur le pare-chocs avec de
l'essence à nettoyer.
5. Clean the marked adhesive surface on the inside of the spoiler lip with solvent and
apply the primer with a brush to the adhesive surface. Let it dry for approx. 20 minutes.
Then apply the adhesive with small intervals see figure no. 5.
6. Now you need the help of a second person again. Apply slight pressure to the
spoiler lip within the marked outlines and fix it with the 3 screws carefully tighten the
screws, but do not over-tighten them ! the spoiler lip may be damaged. Please remove any surplus adhesive immediately with solvent.
5. Nettoyer la surface de collage marquée à la face intérieure de la lèvre de spoiler
avec de l'essence à nettoyer et appliquer du primaire sur la surface de collage à l'aide
d'un pinceau ; laisser aérer pendant env. 20 minutes. Appliquer ensuite la colle en respectant de petits écarts voir croquis nº 5.
7. Now fix the spoiler lip to the bumper from the outside with fabric adhesive tape
according to figure no. 7.
6. Demander encore à une deuxième personne de vous assister. Fixer la lèvre de
spoiler dans les contours marqués et la serrer avec les trois vis - serrer soigneusement
les vis tout en n'exerçant pas trop de pression !, car sinon la lèvere de spoiler risque d'être détériorée. Enlever immédiatement d'éventuelles quantités de colle excédentaire avec de l'essence à nettoyer.
8. After six hours, the vehicle is ready for driving. The vehicle can be driven through
a carwash after 24 hours.
7. Fixer ensuite la lèvre de spoiler sur la face extérieure du pare-chocs à l'aide d'un ruban adhésif en tissu selon le croquis nº 7.
