S tanding M enu
At the turn of the last century the building of the pub and inn „Hospoda“ served
as a hitching station where coachmen changed their teams of horses for fresh ones on their way
over Ještěd to Poland and Germany. The fact this building has been a pub for over
one hundred years stands behind the reason for preserving the name
„Homestead Pub“ – „Hospoda Domov“
Standing Menu
Our kitchen is open Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 22:30.
On Sunday from 11:00 to 16:30.
Dear visitors, please allow us to bring to your attention that there is a 5,- Kč mandatory
condiment charge added to every meal order. This charge includes an offer of our home-made bread
and rolls as well as the condiment tray at your disposal.
Part of the waiting staff duties is to present you with the cash register receipt of your payment.
Please request one from your servers if they fail to do so.
The dishes in our menu were created by master chef, Mr. Norbert Hojda,
a member of the Czech Culinary Association National team.
