Podmínky pro udělení atestace:
EU – vybrané otázky evropské integrace I. Vyučující: PhDr. Martin Polášek PhD., konzultační hodiny ST 16:40-18:15 (místnost 4008), komunikace mimo konzultační hodiny mailem [email protected] Doba a místo konání: akademický rok 2012/13, zimní semestr, UT 11:40-13:15, místnost 2075 Forma atestace: Z Podmínky atestace: Úspěch v písemném testu. Účast v hodinách není podmínkou atestace. Pokud se student rozhodne, může jít cestou samostudia, viz sekce Literatura. Vstupní požadavky: Pasivní znalost angličtiny. Základní věcné znalosti o EU (typu: kdy byly podepsány zakládací smlouvy, které jsou hlavní instituce EU a jaký je jejich vzájemný vztah, která země zrovna předsedá Radě EU apod.) Kurs je určen spíše studentům 2. a 3. ročníku, není to však podmínka. Anotace: Celý dvousemestrální kurs EU – vybrané otázky evropské integrace je zamýšlený jako vysokoškolský úvod do studia Evropské unie. Jeho cílem však není jenom postihnout vybrané problémy evropské integrace, ale také – a možná především – demonstrovat na studiu evropské integrace a EU možnosti různých metodologických přístupů a ukázat propojení s jinými oblastmi politologie. V užším smyslu bude základní optikou spíše optika komparativní politologie než teorie mezinárodních vztahů. Výuka bude kombinovat výklad vyučujícího a diskusi se studenty nad některými texty. Náplní kursu nebudou ani dějiny evropské integrace, ani prostý popis institucí nebo znění smluv. Tyto znalosti jsou vstupním požadavkem a studenti jej mohou získat samostatným studiem. Pitrová / Evropská unie (CDK 2009, 2. vydání) a webové stránky EU http://europa.eu V zimním semestru bude pozornost věnována především základním analytickým přístupům, pracovně rozděleným do následujících okruhů: 1. federalismus 2. funkcionalismus a neofunkcionalismus 3. intergovernmentalismus a liberální intergovernmentalismus 4. governance (supranational governance, multi-level governance, regulatory state) 5. systémová teorie a možnosti komparativní politologie 6. nové institucionalismy (racionální volby, historický, sociologický) 7. konstruktivismus a diskurzivní přístupy Literatura Literatura je pracovně rozdělena podle jednotlivých okruhů, ale protože okruhy se v praxi prolínají, prolíná se i literatura. Vzdor svému rozsahu se přirozeně jedná jen o velmi úzký výběr. Další literaturu bude vyučující doporučovat přímo v rámci výkladu. Literatura ke každému okruhu je členěna na literaturu obecnou, vysvětlující daný přístup v širším měřítku a na literaturu k EU, aplikující daný přístup přímo na problémy evropské integrace či EU. Účast v hodinách není podmínkou atestace, studenti se mohou připravovat i samostudiem. Tituly označené tučně by měli studenti přečíst, pokud nebudou navštěvovat hodiny a přitom chtějí překonat minimální bodovou hranici v zápočtovém testu. Stejně tak by jich studenti měli využívat tehdy, budou-li sice hodiny navštěvovat, ale některému problému dobře neporozumí. Tyto texty budou umístěny v Moodlu, či budou jinak elektronicky dostupné. Ostatní tituly budou sice také ve výkladu zohledněny, ale jejich četba není pro překonání minimální bodové hranice v zápočtovém testu nutná, mají studentům sloužit zejména v případě hlubšího zájmu o daný problém a jako oreintační základ pro psaní seminárních prací v LS. Texty označené ČETBA NA HODINU by měli studenti přečíst před danou vyučovací hodinou, pokud se v ní chtějí účastnit seminárních diskusí. Ke každému titulu je připojena poznámka o místě, kde je ho možné získat. (Aby byl studentům ušetřen čas se sháněním literatury a oni jej mohli věnovat přímo studiu.) Mimo jmenované místo je však často možno titul získat i jinde a to buď v tomtéž vydání, nebo ve vydání jiném.
