This FIS Word Cup will be organized on the newly built tracks and reconstructed
stadium Vysočina Arena, which hosted very successful IBU World Championships
Biathlon 2013.

Liability
The participants own ski association must insure the competitors and each Athlete
must have signed the FIS Athlete’s Declaration. The Organization Committee takes
responsibility only for their own part.
Area and tracks
Map over the area and track profiles will be available on our web:
www.vysocinaarena.cz. We are ready to host all of you in venue Vysočina Arena
Nové Město na Moravě.
Accommodation
Teams will be accommodated in full accordance with the Rules of FIS Cross
Country World Cup 2013/14. OC ensures accommodation for teams in mostly
renovated hotels with prices from 40 € to 75 € / day.

Important: Please use FIS Online Registration System for booking and please
specify your hotel in the remark in the online registration system.

Deadline until December 1st, 2013. For room cancellation after December 31st,
2013 the FIS World Cup Rules. Payment conditions: payment in cash or credit

Reimbursement
According World Cup Rules for 2013/14. All other details you will get in the Team
info after arriving to NMNM. All payment will be done by bank transfer.
Travel costs, Transport
Transports from Prague Airport Václav Havel to Nové Město na Moravě can be
organized by the OC on request. One transport is free of charge according FIS rule
8.4. Price list for additional transport Prague Airport – NMNM / NMNM – Prague
Airport:
1-4 persons – 150 € (personal car – one way)
5-7 persons – 200 € (minivan – one way)
8-40 persons – 500 € (bus – one way)
Payment conditions: cash only during accreditation. Transport requests have to be
sent to the OC through the FIS Online Registration System until December 20th,
2013. The transportation between the hotels and the stadium will be provided free
of charge by the organizer on request.
Participants can also use planed common bus transport from NMNM to Sklarska
Poreba. In this case we recommend to use Vaclav Havel Prague Airport for entry to
CR. Additional information on NMNM web.
Accreditation
The FIS season accreditation and FIS season parking cards will be valid. Requests
for additionnal accreditation and parking cards must be send via the FIS Online
System. Requested additional accreditation and parking cards can be picked up
at: Accreditation Office located directly at the stadium

Waxing facilities (World Cup Rules Art. 14)
Wax cabins: available from 07/01/2014 at 09:00. Keys for the waxing cabins will
be issued at a deposit of 50 EUR per key at the Office Area.
Waxing trucks: teams arriving with trucks have to inform the OC before
20/11/2013 with exact measurements of the truck and details of the needs
Training possibilities
The course for training will be open from Tuesday 07/01/2014.
Regulations of radio equipment
The import, export and the operation of radio equipment in Czech Republic is
regulated by national law. Permits for the use of radio transmission equipment
must be requested according to national specifications.

Regulations of Visa
The teams coming from visa duty countries are obliged to obtain an entry visa
for their entry into Czech Republic. The entry visa will be issued by competent
representation offices of the Czech Republic Embassy. Please check with your
embassy if you need a visa for Czech Republic. For an official letter of invitation,
please send a request to email: [email protected]
Flower ceremony
The competitors ranked one through three in all the competitions are requested
to present themselves for the flower ceremony in the center of the stadium
immediately after the end of the competition. The start numbers must be worn at
this occasion.
