ACCOMPANYING PROGRAM: EXCURSION TO PEGAS NONWOVENS In the afternoon of October 4th, 2016 excursion to PEGAS NONWOVENS will be conducted. One bus is scheduled for the tour from Mikulov, hence the amount of excursion participants is limited to 20 persons and the Organization Committee reserves the right to stop taking applications once the bus capacity is fulfilled. PEGAS NONWOVENS SA is one of the leading global producers of nonwoven textiles for use primarily in the personal hygiene products market. PEGAS supplies its customers with spunmelt polypropylene and polyethylene based textiles principally for use in disposable hygiene products (such as baby diapers, adult incontinence and feminine hygiene products) and, to a lesser extent, in construction, agricultural and medical applications. Currently PEGAS runs two plants with a total of 8 production lines in the Czech Republic and one production line in Egypt. Visit of high speed production line of nonwoven strip is scheduled. There are applied new camera strip inspection systems for automatic detection of defects, applicable also to steel strips. Come explore how is different the production of nonwovens from producing of steel strip. If you are interested to participate in the excursion, you need to specify it in the binding registration form and fill in all required information. LEDNICE-VALTICE AREA VISIT In the afternoon of October 4th 2016 also Lednice-Valtice Area visit will be conducted. The Lednice-Valtice Cultural Landscape is spread over the site of a mighty 12th century border castle. Today it is the home of a romantic château, a picturesque village and in particular a jewel of landscape architecture of unprecedented proportions. The notional milestone at the beginning of the long period of development of this whole area is the end of the 14th century, when the Liechtenstein family obtained a share of the land. The current area, measuring almost 300 km2, is the result of landscaping based on English parks, and thanks to this baroque architecture meets the neo-gothic château and small follies in the romantic style. The Lednice-Valtice Cultural Landscape, as one of the treasures of UNESCO's World Cultural Heritage, was inscribed in its list in 1996. Between the 17th and 20th centuries the ruling Dukes of Liechtenstein transformed their domains into one huge park, where the baroque and neo-gothic architecture of their chateaux are married with smaller buildings and a landscape that was fashioned according to the English principles of landscape architecture. If you are interested to participate in the excursion, you need to specify it in the binding registration form and fill in all required information. The amount of excursion participants to PEGAS NONWOVENS is limited and the Organization Committee reserves the right to stop taking applications once the visit capacity is fulfilled. Organization committee reserves the right of a change program conference.
