Sie sind Bestandteil unserer Garantiebedingungen.
The maintenance instructions are valid for
GIGANT-axles and GIGANT suspensions.
They are part of our guarantee conditions.

Zur Erhaltung der vollen Einsatzbereitschaft
sowie der Verkehrs- und Betriebssicherheit
sind nachfolgende Wartungsarbeiten in den
vorgeschriebenen Intervallen durchzuführen.
In order to guarantee full operation,
traffic and operational security the following
maintenance works have to be carried out
in the mentioned intervals.

Poznámky k provozu
Vor Antritt jeder Fahrt hat sich der Fahrer
davon zu überzeugen, dass die Brems- und
Luftfederanlage betriebsbereit ist.
Bei einer Luftfederanlage darf nur in Fahrstellung gefahren werden. Der Luftfederbalg
darf auch nach einer Schnellentladung oder
Kranverladung keine Falten aufweisen.
Before each journey the driver has to check
whether the brake and air suspension
installation are ready for operation. In case
of an air suspension installation it is only
allowed to drive in driving position. The air
bellow should not show any wrinkles even
after quick unloading or crane loading.
Před každou jízdou se má řidič přesvědčit, zda je brzdová soustava a soustava
vzduchového pérování provozuschopná.
U soustavy vzduchového pérování smí
být ježděno pouze v jízdní poloze. Měch
nesmí při prudkém vyložení nebo naložení jeřábem vykazovat žádné změny.

Prüfen Sie den ABS-Sensor auf
Beschädigung und Verschiebbarkeit (Verschiebekraft 100
- 200 N). Streichen Sie die
Buchse und den ABS-Sensor
mit Spezial-Silikonfett ein und
setzen Sie die Buchse ein.
Stecken Sie den Sensor in den
Sensorhalter (Bild 1302).
Schieben Sie vor jeder Nabenmontage den ABS-Sensor bis
zum Anschlag in die Buchse.
