Applications and information:
Fill in a separate application for each dog. The age of the dog at the day of the show is decisive for classification to the class. It is
necessary to attach to each application a double-sided copy of the pedigree, otherwise the application will not be accepted.
If an evidence of satisfying conditions for work class or winner class is not attached to the application, the dog will be moved to
open class.

Follow the instructions in the system. Remember that the system ALWAYS automatically confirms the registration to the e-mail
provided by you. Respect the size of attachments, if any problem occurs, send the attachments by e-mail. In case the message
confirming the registration is not delivered and you cannot see the show for which you are registering in your profile in old
registrations - the application HAS NOT BEEN REGISTERED!!!!!

The registration of the dog for the show will be confirmed 10 days before the show by sending the entrance sheet to your email. The organizer is not responsible for incorrectly filled in application. Provided photocopies will not be returned.

Competitions:
Best couple – a dog and a bitch of the same breed who have the same owner and who were judged at the show
Best kennel group – a breeder may register to this competition a group of at least three dogs from his own breed who were
judged at the show and are offspring of at least two different dogs or bitches; the breeder does not have to be the owner of the
registered dogs
Best stud dog/bitch – a stud dog/bitch with at least 5 offspring judged at the show may be registered to the competition; type
and quality of breeding is evaluated; the stud dog/bitch does not have to be judged at the show in ordinary classes
Best baby of the Special Show (BIS Baby) – compete dogs and bitches from the baby class who obtained grade “very
promising 1”
Best puppy of the Special Show (BIS Puppy) – compete dogs and bitches from the puppy class who obtained grade “very
promising 1”
Best veteran of the Special Show (BIS Veteran) – compete dogs and bitches who obtained BOV
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE PARTICIPATION IN THE SHOW:

2. dog’s certificate of vaccination (or passport containing a valid vaccination)
Prizes: each judged dog will obtain a critique and a diploma. Prizes are awarded to first four evaluated dogs in all classes, to
winners of the titles and competitions.
Prizes donated by the breeders:
Breeders-sponsors who want to donate a prize, will announce that in writing to the organizer and specify under what terms (to
what breed, to what competition, to what categories, or to what individuals) they will donate the prize. The breeders-sponsors
will be named in the catalogue. The prizes does not have to be donated only to official winners, but may be e.g. provided to the
youngest/oldest dog at the show, for all second, third, or fourth places, for all puppies participating in baby classes etc.
Veterinary conditions:
All dogs present at the show must be clinically healthy!
All dogs must have the passport for small animals or the certificate of vaccination (under the act no. 166/1999 Coll., on
veterinary care and on change of some related acts (veterinary act), as amended). All dogs must have a valid vaccination against
rabbies in accordance with section 4 (1) (f) of the veterinary act from the age of 4 months. Dogs belonging to breeders from the
member states of the EU and third countries must fulfil conditions determined in the Regulation of the European Parliament and
Commission no. 998/2003 dated 26 May 2003. As a valid vaccination it is considered to be a basic vaccination after 21 days from
the date it was done. Further, as a valid vaccination it is considered to be a revaccination during effectivity of the previous used
vaccine. Dogs who did not undergo the veterinary inspection, may not be present at the show!
General provisions:
If not stated otherwise, the provisions of the Show Rules of the Bohemian and Moravian Cynological Union shall apply. The show
is accessible to all collie rough, collie smooth and sheltie dogs and bitches, registered in any of the studbooks acknowledged by
the FCI. Dogs owned by the citizens of the Czech Republic who are residents at the territory of the Czech Republic must be
registered in the studbook of the Bohemian and Moravian Cynological Union - this applies to imported individuals (article 11 (c)
of the Show Rules of the Bohemian and Moravian Cynological Union).
By filing an application to the show the exhibitor undertakes to conform to all provisions of the Show Rules of the Bohemian and
Moravian Cynological Union, these rules, and instructions of the show committee. The show is accessible to all dogs and bitches,
registered in the studbooks acknowledged by the FCI, who at the day of the show accomplished the age required for the
respective class. Imported dogs must be registered in Czech studbooks. In case of failure to evidence respective certificates for
winner class, work class and honours class the dog will be moved to open class. Allocation to classes conforms to the FCI Show
Rules and is indicated at the application. Organizer of the show has no liability for any damage caused by a dog or by an exhibitor,
nor for a death or loss of the dog. Free movement of dogs is not allowed. Each dog must be on a string, biting dogs must have
a muzzle. It is prohibited to leave tied dogs without supervision! Dogs who are not named in the catalogue, sick dogs, dogs
suspected to be sick, dogs after an injury, bitches in heat, bitches in second half of gravidity, nursing bitches, dogs in the
ownership of the persons who are prohibited to participate in shows, and dangerous dogs - biting and aggressive to both humans
and dogs - are excluded from the participation in the show. Excluded are also dogs with surgical or other removal of an exterior
defect.
Dog owners are obliged to keep the area of the show clean and tidy and are prohibited to damage the area. Sale of puppies is
forbidden at the show. Legal regulation must be observed (especially laws in the field of the veterinary care and the protection of
animals against cruelty). In case that an exhibited dog has more owners (they must be indicated in the pedigree), the catalogue
contains names of all co-owners, but only one contact address.
Changes of exterior of a dog carried out by a hair spray, powdering, dying, by a basic hair trimming, and long lasting tying of the
dog at the table at the show is forbidden. Violation of these rules may result in excluding the dog from the show.
Exhibitors are obliged to observe the FCI Show Rules, these rules, and instructions of the show committee, to behave politely and
in a sportsmanlike manner, to which they bind themselves by filing the application.
In case the show will not take place due to matter-of-fact reasons, the fees will be used for paying the costs connected to the
preparation of the show. Exhibitor agrees with the publication of his address in the catalogue. The show committee reserves
the right to change judges in case of necessity. The organizer has no liability for undelivered applications.
Protests:
Protest against judge’s decision is not admissible. It is possible to file a protest only for formal reasons against violation of show
rules and these rules. Protest has to be filed in writing together with providing a security of CZK 500, only during the show. If the
protest is not admitted, the security will forfeit to the organizer of the show.
