NÁVOD K POUŽITÍ
ZÁRUÈN?PODM?NKY
DALAP GmbH garantuje efektivní provoz zaøízení v souladu s technickými podmínkami prùtoku, uvedenými v
tomto návodu. Záruka se vztahuje na konstrukèní a materiálové vady zaøízení. Následující záruka platí na území
Evropské unie.
Záruka se vztahuje na bezplatnou opravu, popø. výmìnu výrobku, ve lhùtì 24 mìsícù ode dne nákupu.
Reklamace musí být vyøízena ve lhùtì 30 dní ode dne doruèení reklamovaného výrobku prodejci nebo výrobci.
Následující záruka nevyluèuje, neomezuje, ani nijak nepopírá zákonná práva kupujícího.
Záruka se nevztahuje na níže uvedené vady vzniklé v dùsledku:

mechanického poškození, zneèištìní,

transformace,
?
konstrukèních zmìn,
?
èinností spojených s ochranou a èištìním zaøízení,
?
nehod,
?
pøírodních katastrof, chemických a atmosférických vlivù,

nesprávného skladování,

neoprávnìných a neautorizovaných oprav a neodborné manipulace se zaøízením,
?
nesprávné instalace zaøízení.
V tìchto a obdobných pøípadech se záruèní nároky zamítají.
Zákazník má právo na bezplatnou opravu, popø. výmìnu vadného zaøízení, odstranìním ostatních vad zaøízení,
termín "oprava" nezahrnuje èinnosti uvedené v manuálu (údržba, èištìní), které je zákazník povinen provádìt
sám.
Rozhodnutí o záruèních nárocích uèinìná výrobcem DALAP GmbH se považují za koneèné.
POZOR!
Pøipojení na elektrickou sí musí být provádìna odborným elektrikáøem! Pøed údržbou musí být ventilátor
odpojen od elektrické sítì! Elektrické zaøízení musí být pøipojeno na spínaè, který má vzdálenost mezi kontakty
všech pólù více než 3 mm. Ventilátor musí být uzemnìn! Je tøeba zabránit zpìtnému toku plynu do místnosti z
otevøeného komínu. Ventilátor by nemìl být používán v místnostech s vyšší vlhkostí a jako protivýbušný
ventilátor. Výrobce si vyhrazuje právo provádìt konstrukèní zmìny, vyplývající z technického pokroku.

AP HOBBY jsou navrženy tak, aby hospodárnì odvìtrávali vydýchaný vzduch spolu s: vlhkostí nebo
nepøíjemnými pachy. Jsou navrženy tak, aby podporovaly gravitaèní vìtrání. Pomocí vzduchovodù, které mají
správný prùmìr, mùžou vìtrat i v malých místností. Mohou být použity jak v rámci veøejných služeb, tak i v
domácnosti jako jsou: koupelna, WC, kuchyò, ložnice, obývací pokoj, kanceláø, veøejné toalety, restaurace,
èekárny, prádelna, sušárna, obchod atd.
KONSTRUKCE
AP HOBBY ventilátor se skládá z:
- asynchronního jednofázového motoru, vyznaèujícího se tíchým režimem ve vztahu k úèinnosti
- krytu a vrtule, která je vyrobena z kvalitního ABS plastu
- montážní základny, která zajišuje rychlou a snadnou instalaci ventilátoru

INSTALACE
AP HOBBY jsou instalovány mezi vzduchovody, které mají prùmìry 100 mm nebo 125 mm. Po rozbalení
ventilátoru je nutné zkontrolovat stav ventilátoru (trhlinky, deformace - vrtule by nemìla drhnout).
Doporuèujeme ventilátor zkontrolovat kvùli potenciální škodì, která by mohla být zpùsobena dopravou.
Pokud je ventilátor v poøádku, mùžeme ho nainstalovat - pøipravte elektrické konektory ventilátoru
- umístìte ventilátoru do vzduchovodu
- v pøípadì flexi potrubí použijte, pro upevnìní, svorku
- v pøípadì PVC potrubí použijte, pro utìsnìní, univerzální lepicí pásku
- pøipojte ventilátor k elektrické síti

VYUŽITÍ
AP HOBBY nevyžaduje èasté a podrobné kontroly*. Jsou konstruovány pro nepøetržitý provoz. Nejménì jednou
za rok musí být ventilátor demontován a vyèištìn. Motor by mìl být kontrolován stejnì tak.
* V závislosti na podmínkách místa, kde je ventilátor instalován.

DALAP GmbH assures the efficient operation of the device in accordance with the technical-exploitation
conditions attached hereto. The guarantee covers constructional and material defects of devices. The following
guarantee is valid within the European Union.
The guarantee covers free reparation or free replacement within 24 months from the date of a purchase.
The following guarantee does not exclude, limit, nor suspend the powers of a buyer.

The guarantee does not cover defects arising as a result of:

mechanical forces,debris etc.,

constructional changes,

activities connected with maintenance and cleaning of the devices,

accidents,

natural disasters, chemical and atmospherical factors,

improper storing,
?
unauthorized replacement or reparation,
?
improper installation of the device.
Guarantee claims shall be refused thereat.
The realization of a client´s rights shall happen by the reparation or free replacement of the defective device,
removal of other defects of the device, the term „reparation” does not cover the activities provided in the manual
(maintenance / cleaning), that is considered the users responsibility.
The complaint shall be considered within 30 days from the day the product is delivered to the producer or the
seller.
Decisions made by DALAP GmbH connected with the guarantee claims are considered final.
CAUTION!
Connecting with the electric network should be carried out by professional electrician with SEP qualifications!
Before any work is started the fan should be disconnected from the electricical supply! The electrical installation
should have a switch with the distance between the contacts poles no less then 3 mm. The fan must be earthed!.
The inverse flow of gases to the room from an open chimney hole or other devices such as open fires need to be
avoided. Fans should not be used in rooms having high levels of humidity or as anti-explosion fans. The
producer reserves the right to introduce constructional changes, arising from continual technical progress.

AP HOBBY are designed to effectivelly exhaust air, along with: humidity or unpleasant smells . They are
designed to support gravitational ventilation. By means of ventilation ducts, having the proper diameter, AP
HOBBY fans can effectively transport air from/to small rooms. They can be used both in public utility or household
rooms such as: bahtroom, toilet, kitchen, bedroom, living room, office, public toilets, restaurants, waiting room,
laundry, drying house, shops etc.

- asynchronous induction single-phase motor, adjusted to the continuous running S-1, characterized by the silent
work in relation to its efficiency

INSTALLATION
AP HOBBY fans are installed between ventilation ducts having typical diameters of 100 mm and 125 mm. After
the fan is unpacket the condition of the fan’s casing should be checked (cracks, deformations - a propeller should
not scrape the tunnel).
It is recommended to perform the above mentioned activities in regards to potential damages that may occur
during transport.
If the above mentioned failures have not been found the installation of a fan in its place of destination can be
started - prepare electrical connectors of the fan
- place the fan in the ventilation duct
- in the case of flexible ducts, a duct clip should be clamped on a fan’s tunnel
- in the case of the installation with PVC the fan should be placed in the duct and sealed with a universal tape
- connect the fan to the electrical network

EXPLOITATION
AP HOBBY fans do not require frequent and detailed surveys*. They are adjusted to the constant work.
At least - once a year the fan should be demounted and cleaned. The motor should be checked as well.
* Depending on the conditions in a place that a given fan is installed in.
MAINTENANCE
In order to remove impurities from the fan’s inside you should - disconnect the fan from the electric network
- demount the fan
- in the case of a high level of impurities the propeller should be disassembled
- wash all the details with a moist cloth with a small amount of detergent (watch out not to water the motor)
- after wiping all the elements of the fan they should be installed again
- install the fan in the place of destination
- connect the fan with the network
MOTOR’S MAINTENANCE
Each motor should be checked regularly (not less than once each years), depending on the conditions in which it
operates. The survey includes cleaning and external examination of the motor and security. It should be
performed by a qualified person.

AP HOBBY wurden entwickelt, um effizient verbrauchte, feuchte Luft oder unangenehme Gerüche aus Bädern,
Küchen, Schlafräumen, öffentlichen Toiletten usw. abzusaugen. Das Gerät ist für den Einbau in Absauganlagen
oder Luftkanäle mit gleichem Durchmesser geeignet.
Die Dalap GmbH übernimmt die Garantie für den einwandfreien Betrieb des Gerätes bei zweckgemäßem
Gebrauch in Übereinstimmung mit den aktuellen technischen Bestimmungen. Die Garantie umfasst alle
Mängel, welche auf Konstruktions- oder Materialfehler des gekauften Gerätes zurückzuführen sind.Die
folgende Garantieerklärung gilt für das Gebiet der Europäischen Union.

INSTALLATION
Die Garantie umfasst kostenlosen Ersatz innerhalb von 24 Monaten ab dem Zeitpunkt des Erwerbs.
Die gesetzlich gültigen Rechte des Käufers werden nicht ausgeschlossen oder gemindert.
Ausschluss

unerlaubte Wiedergutmachung

unsachgemäße Installation des Gerätes.
In diesen Fällen werden die Gewährleistungsansprüche verweigert.
Der AP HOBBY wird zwischen zwei Lüftungsrohre mit DN 100 oder DN 125 montiert. Nach dem Auspacken
sollte der Lüfter auf sichtbare Transportschäden (Risse, Verformungen, schleifender Propeller) überprüft
werden. Bei sichtbaren Transportschäden darf der Lüfter nicht in Betrieb genommen werden.
Bereiten Sie nun die elektrischen Anschlüsse vor
- Installieren Sie den Luftkanal
- Bei flexiblen Rohrleitungen müssen Befestigungsklammern genutzt werden
- PVC Rohre werden mit Universal Klebeband abgedichtet
- Schließen Sie den Lüfter an die Stromversorgung an
Reklamationen sind innerhalb von 30 Tagen ab Erhalt der Ware beim Hersteller oder Verkäufer des Produktes
anzuzeigen.
VORSICHT! Schalten Sie den Strom vor der Installation des Ventilators ab. Das Anschließen an das Stromnetz
sollte immer von einer Elektro-Fachkraft mit den erforderlichen Qualifikationen durchgeführt werden!
Diese Garantievereinbarung erfolgt auf Grundlage der allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen der Dalap GmbH
und gilt als bindend.
Der Begriff “Wiedergutmachung“ bezieht sich ausschließlich auf die Erfüllung der Käuferrechte in Bezug auf
Reparatur, kostenlosen Ersatz des defekten Gerätes und die Beseitigung von Mängeln, nicht jedoch auf
Schäden, welche durch nicht durchgeführte Wartung oder Reinigung des Gerätes (wie im Handbuch
beschrieben) entstehen, da dies in der Verantwortung des Käufers liegt.
INSTANDHALTUNG UND PFLEGE
Der AP HOBBY ist für einen Einsatz im Dauerbetrieb ausgelegt und sollte regelmäßig und gründlich (mindestens
einmal jährlich*) ausgebaut und gereinigt werden, dabei muss auch der Motor überprüft werden.
Vorsicht!
*Abhängig vom Einsatzort des Ventilators
- Vor dem Reinigen ist der Lüfter vom Stromnetz zu trennen
- Trennen Sie die Halterung und entnehmen Sie den Lüfter.
- Im Falle gröberer Verschmutzungen entfernen Sie den Ventilator
- Wischen Sie alle Teile mit einem feuchten Tuch und etwas Spülmittel ab (Achten Sie darauf, dass kein Wasser
in den Motor gelangt!)
- Nach dem Trocknen setzen Sie alle Teile wieder zusammen
- Installieren Sie den Lüfter wieder an seinem Bestimmungsort
- Verbinden Sie das Gerät wieder mit dem elektrischen Netz
Das Anschließen an das Stromnetz sollte von einem professionellen Elektriker mit SEP Qualifikation
durchgeführt werden! Vor der Wartung oder Reinigung des Gerätes muss dieses vom Stromnetz getrennt
werden! Bei der Installation sollte auf einen Abstand zwischen den Kontakten von höchstens 3mm zu den Polen
im Schalter geachtet werden. Eine komplette Erdung des Gerätes ist nicht erforderlich. Das Hereinströmen von
Gasen in den Raum aus Kaminöffnungen oder anderen Feuerstellen ist zu vermeiden. Die Ventilatoren dürfen
nicht in Räumen mit erhöhter Feuchtigkeit oder als Geräte zum Explosionsschutz verwendet werden. Der
Hersteller behält sich das Recht baulicher und Technischer Veränderungen im Rahmen von konstruktiven
Erneuerungen vor.
MOTORPFLEGE
Jeder Motor sollte einmal jährlich (abhängig von den Einsatzbedingungen) überprüft werden. Die Überprüfung
darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal (Elektriker) durchgeführt werden.
