INSTRUCTIONES DE MONTAGE
Wer diese Edelstahl-Zierde des Fabia-Tachos selbst einbauen möchte, sollte
etwas Geduld und Fingerspitzengefühl mitbringen.
Doporu¶ujeme pozorn∆ prostudovat návod k montáΩi. V pªípad∆ pochybností o
své technické zru¶nosti, sv∆ªte tuto práci odbornému servisu.
If you want to fit this decorative stainless steel ring to the Fabia speedometer,
you will need a little patience and a gentle touch.
Si vous souhaitez procéder au montage de ces enjoliveurs en acier inox du
tachymètre Fabia, vous devrez faire preuve d’un peu de patience et de doigté.
Vor dem Einbau ist die Lenksäule nach unten zu verstellen.

Volant seªídíme na nejniΩ¢í bod a do polohy jízdy v pªímém sm∆ru. Tahem
sm∆rem k sob∆ vyjmeme plastovÿ kryt umístn∆nÿ mezi prachovkou posunu
volantu a samotnÿmi palubními pªístroji. Demontujeme dva Torx-¢rouby (TX
20) viditelné po odejmutí krytu ve spodní ¶asti palubních pªístrojπ.
Before fitting, adjust the steering column downwards.
Avant le montage, descendez la colonne de direction.

Use a screwdriver to remove the lower cover of the dashboard casing and
release the two screws (TX 20) on the housing brackets with a Torx
screwdriver.

Enlevez le revêtement inférieur du tableau de commande à l’aide d’un
tournevis et desserrez les deux vis (TX 20) des fixations du boîtier à l’aide
d’un tournevis Torx.
Tahem sm∆rem k sob∆ za spodní ¶ást palubních pªístrojπ uvolníme tento
celek a vyklopíme sm∆rem k volantu. Po odklopení palubních pªístrojπ
demontujeme kabelové svorkovnice. Na pravé stran∆ pomocí slabého
¢roubováku odjistíme západku pojistky svorkovnice a jejím otevªením
vysuneme z konektorπ. Na levé stran∆ zatáhneme prstem za pojistku
svorkovnice sm∆rem do leva a sou¶asnÿm tahem od palubních pªístrojπ
rovn∆Ω uvolníme z konektorπ. Celÿ komplet vyjmeme.

Carefully pull the housing with the instruments forwards so that the plug
connections at the rear can be disconnected. These are secured so that the
retaining tab must be pressed outwards with a screwdriver on the left and
the holding clip removed on the right.

Retirez avec précaution le boîtier avec les instruments de manière à ce que
les fiches arrières puissent être desserrées. Celles-ci sont bloquées. Vous
devez donc, à l’aide d’un tournevis, pousser l’étrier gauche vers l’extérieur
tout en tirant l’arceau de fixation vers la droite.

Pull the housing with all the instruments the whole way out and remove it
by carefully pressing out the eight clips from the eyes in the cover.

Retirez complètement le boîtier avec tous les instruments et enlevez-le en
sortant les huit étriers des colliers du cache.

Entfernen Sie mit Hilfe eines Schraubenziehers die untere Abdeckung des
Armaturengehäuses und lösen Sie die beiden Schrauben (TX 20) der
Gehäuse-Halterungen mit einem Torx-Schraubenzieher.

Ziehen Sie vorsichtig das Gehäuse samt Instrumenten-Teil so nach vorn,
dass die rückwärtigen Steckverbindungen gelöst werden können. Diese sind
gesichert. Links muss deshalb mit einem Schraubenzieher die Halteklammer
heraus gedrückt werden, und rechts ist der Haltebügel heran zu ziehen.

Nehmen Sie das Gehäuse mit Instrumentarium ganz heraus und entfernen
Sie es durch behutsames Herausdrücken der acht Klammern aus den
Laschen der Blende.
4./5. Führen Sie zunächst die Edelstahlringe nacheinander gemäß Zeichnung ein,
ohne die Schutzfolie der Klebefläche abzuziehen (ein „Trockenversuch“
sozusagen) und justieren Sie die Ringe so, dass die abgeflachte Unterseite
plan aufliegt.

Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang mit enfernter Schutzfolie. Dabei muss darauf
geachtet werden, dass die Klebefläche nicht die Instrumenten-Aussparung
berührt. Durch leichtes Andrücken kleben die Ringe sofort fest.
Beim Rückbau rasten die Klammern des Gehäuses wie von selbst in die Laschen
der Blende ein. Achten Sie auf die ordnungsgemäße Sicherung der Steckverbindungen des Instrumententeils. Ansonsten verläuft der Rückbau des Armaturengehäuses analog zum Ausbau.
Generell empfehlen wir für den Einbau Ihren Skoda-Partner.
Lieferumfang: 2 Tacho-Edelstahlringe (selbstklebend).

Komplet palubních pªístrojπ drΩí pohromad∆ pomocí osmi západek. Tyto
západky je nutno odjistit postupn∆ za sou¶asného nepatrného tahu sm∆rem
od sebe. Tímto zpπsobem rozd∆líme celek na tªi hlavní ¶ásti.
4./5. Usazení krouΩkπ vyzkou¢íme „na sucho“-viz montáΩní nákres, aniΩ bychom
odd∆lili krycí folii samolepek. Provlékneme jej ze zadní strany do prostoru
pod prπhlednÿ plast tak, Ωe ho nato¶íme rovnou plochou do boku,
prostr¶íme a pªeto¶íme, aby rovná plocha lícovala se spodní rovnou plochou
pªístrojπ. Posléze op∆t vyjmeme.
6.
Pomocí vaty navlh¶ené v technickém benzínu odmastíme dosedací plochu
pro krouΩky. Sejmeme krycí folii samolepek z nerezovÿch krouΩkπ,
nacvi¶enÿm postupem provlékneme do plastového dílu, usadíme pªesn∆ na
dosedací plochy a pro dosaΩení potªebné adheze samolepící pásky s citem
pªimá¶kneme. Pªi této operaci se vyvarujte kontaktu prstπ s odkrytou
samolepkou. KrouΩky musíte usadit na poprvé na své místo. Pªípadná dal¢í
korekce polohy sniΩuje pevnost spojení.
Pªi zp∆tné kompletaci a montáΩi palubních pªístrojπ postupujeme v obráceném
poªadí demontáΩe.

4./5. First fit the stainless steel rings as shown in the drawing without removing
the protective foil on the adhesive surface (a dry run, so to speak) and
adjust the rings in such a way that the flat lower side lies flush.

Repeat the process with the protective foil removed. Take care that the
adhesive surface does not come into contact with the cut-out for the
instruments. Press gently to secure the rings.
When reassembling the housing, the clips automatically fit into the eyes in the
cover. Make sure that the plug connections of the instruments are correctly fitted.
Otherwise, follow the above instructions in the reverse order to fit the panel.
In general we recommend that the work be carried out by your Skoda partner.
4./5. Introduisez tout d’abord les enjoliveurs l’un après l’autre selon le croquis
sans enlever la feuille protectrice de la surface adhésive (il s’agit d’un «essai
à sec») et ajustez les enjoliveurs de manière à ce que la face inférieure
aplatie soit couchée à plat.

Répétez la procédure après avoir enlevé la feuille protectrice. Veillez à ce
que la surface collante n’effleure pas l'évidement des instruments. Exercez
une légère pression et les enjoliveurs adhéreront immédiatement.
Lors du remontage, les étriers du boîtier s’enclenchent automatiquement dans les
colliers du cache. Veillez à ce que les fiches du bloc-instruments soient bloquées et
correctement protégées. Le remontage s’effectue par analogie au démontage.
Set contains: 2 stainless steel speedometer rings (self-adhesive).
De façon générale, nous vous recommandons de vous adresser à votre partenaire
Skoda pour le montage.
