PANCAKES
Ingrediens: 400 ml milk
2 eggs
200 g plain flour
pinch of salt
oil for frying
Instructions:
1) Whisk the eggs with the milk and a pinch of salt.
2) Slowly admixed flour and still you have to whisk.
3) Pour thin dough into a hot pan by ladle.
4) Fry the pancakes on both sides.
5) Serve with jam and sugar.
