Zur MINI-EM der Deutsch-Tschechischen
Fußballschule (DTFS) in Rehau begrüße ich die
teilnehmenden Mannschaften, Schiedsrichter,
Zuschauer, Medienvertreter und alle ehrenamtlichen Helfer, die mit ihrem freiwilligen Engagement eine solch anspruchsvolle Veranstaltung
überhaupt erst möglich machen, im Namen des
Bayerischen Fußball-Verbandes (BFV) sehr
herzlich! Das grenzübergreifende Turnier hat in
den wenigen Jahren seines Bestehens bereits
einen großen Bekanntheitsgrad erworben, weil es eine internationale
Talentschau mit namhaften Teams darstellt, gleichzeitig aber auch für die
Gäste aus nah und fern eine reizvolle Begegnungsstätte bietet, um
europaweit Freundschaften zu schließen. Die DTFS zeichnet sich dadurch
aus, dass sie Kindern nicht nur Talentförderung vermittelt, sondern
ebenso viel Wert auf die Persönlichkeitsentwicklung junger Menschen
legt und sie entsprechend pädagogisch begleitet und betreut. Besonders
freue ich mich darüber, dass wir im Rahmen dieser interkulturellen
Veranstaltung die Antirassismus-Kampagne des BFV präsentieren
können. Der stetige Wandel in unserer Gesellschaft stellt den Sport vor
wichtige Aufgaben. Der BFV wird deshalb über seine Arbeitsgruppe
„Gemeinsam und fair“ in der Zukunft persönlichkeitsbildende und
erzieherische Funktionen stärker unterstützen, um den Vereinen ein
stabiles Fundament zu geben und um den gesellschaftlichen Verantwortungen und Herausforderungen wie Gewaltphänomenen, mit denen wir
immer häufiger konfrontiert werden, auch angemessen und wirkungsvoll
begegnen zu können. Dazu gehören insbesondere gemeinsame
Anstrengungen, um Fair Play als wichtigen Bestandteil des menschlichen
Zusammenlebens gerade im Sportbereich zu praktizieren. Aus diesen
vielen guten Gründen habe ich gerne die Schirmherrschaft für die MINIEM übernommen. Als seinen Beitrag zum guten Gelingen stellt der BFV
qualifizierte Schiedsrichter und erstklassige Bälle für die Begegnungen
zur Verfügung. Freuen wir uns also gemeinsam auf spannende und vor
allem faire Spiele!

Jménem Bavorského fotbalového svazu srdečně vítám na MINI ME
Česko-německé fotbalové školy v Rehau účastnické týmy, rozhodčí,
diváky, zástupce médií a všechny dobrovolné pomocníky, díky jejichž
dobrovolnému angažmá bylo možné vůbec takovouto náročnou akci
uspořádat! Přeshraniční fotbalová soutěž se po několika málo letech
svého trvání již těší velké známosti a je velmi ceněna, neboť představuje
mezinárodní přehlídku talentů v týmech zvučných jmen, současně ale také
nabízí hostům z blízka i z daleka úžasné místo setkání. Zde lze navazovat
kontakty v celoevropském měřítku a uzavírat nová přátelství. Českoněmecká fotbalová škola se vyznačuje zejména tím, že nejen že
zprostředkovává dětem a mládeži náročnou podporu talentů, nýbrž také
klade důraz na rozvoj osobnosti a srdečnosti mladých lidí, přičemž jsou
jim věnovány odpovídající pedagogické vedení a péče. Raduji se
obzvláště z toho, že v rámci této mezikulturní akce můžeme prezentovat
kampaň proti rasismu Bavorského fotbalového svazu. Neustálé změny
v naší společnosti staví před sport velice důležité úlohy. Bavorský

fotbalový svaz se proto bude skrze svou pracovní skupinu „Společně
a férově“ v budoucnosti silněji zaměřovat na výchovné a osobnost
vytvářející funkce, aby tak položil stabilní základ sportovních sdružení. Tak
budeme přiměřeně a účinně zvládat společenskou zodpovědnost a různé
výzvy, jako například fenomény násilí, s nimiž jsme v dnešní době stále
častěji konfrontováni. K tomu rovněž patří zejména společné snahy
praktikovat myšlenku „fair play“ zejména ve sportu, jako důležitou součást
lidského soužití. Ze všech těchto dobrých důvodů jsem také rád převzal
záštitu nad MINI ME. Přispěním Bavorského fotbalového svazu jsou pro
utkání k dispozici kvalifikovaní rozhodčí a prvotřídní míče. Těšme se tedy
na napínavá a především také férová utkání!

In the name of the Bavarian Football Association (BFV) I would like to
welcome all participating teams, referees, fans, the media to the MINI EM
of the Czecho-German Football School (DTFS) and all volunteers who
make such an ambitious project possible. This cross-border tournament
may have a short history, yet, the MINI EM has gathered a big popularity
as it is a huge international exhibition of football talents from prestigious
clubs. Furthermore, it offers all local, national and international guests an
exciting chance to make friends throughout Europe. The host DTFS is
doing excellent work not only in promoting the football talent in children,
but also in providing professional pedagogical assistance helping the
children to develop their personality. I am particularly happy that we can
present the anti-racism campaign of BFV at this intercultural event. The
on-going changes in society put important tasks to the sports. For this
reason, the BFV task force “Together and fair” would like to reinforce
pedagogical and personality-building methods in the future. We want to
strengthen the ground building work within the clubs so that they can
maintain their social responsibility. Furthermore, this enables us to
respond effectively to current phenomena of increasing violence. We
would like to put special emphasis on our efforts to practise fair play as
an important part of human society and especially in sports. For these
good reasons I am delighted to take the patronage over the MINI EM.
Our contribution to the success of this event will be qualified referees
and first-class balls for the games. Let us look forward to exciting and
mainly fair games!

Vážení fotbaloví příznivci,
je pro mne velikým potěšením sledovat vývoj
turnaje, který svým rozměrem přesahuje více než
hranice dvou států. Minimistrovství Evropy
(MINI ME) není jen měřením sil týmů z celého
kontinentu, ale hlavně velkou oslavou fotbalu.
Mladí fotbalisté během turnaje získávají další
zkušenosti nejen na hřišti, ale i při dalších
aktivitách, které k turnaji patří. To jim umožní
rozvoj všech jejich schopnosti a dovedností, ale napomůže i formovat
jejich osobnost. A v rozvoji osobnosti v přátelské atmosféře a při soubojích vedených duchu fair-play vidím hlavní přínos tohoto turnaje. A je
jedno, zda z chlapců v budoucnu vyrostou profesionální fotbalisté nebo
fotbal zůstane pouze koníčkem, který je bude provázet ve volných chvílích.
Všem účastníkům přeji krásné chvíle prožité na hřišti i mimo něj.
Dear football fans,
It is a great pleasure for me to follow the development of a tournament
whose size is crossing the borders of more than two countries. The
MINI EM is not only a sports competition with teams coming from all over
Europe, but also a big football festival. The young football players are
gathering new experiences during the tournament, not only on the pitch,
but also beyond. This is developing their skills and abilities and helps
them forming their personality. In my opinion the main impact of the
tournament is that the children develop their personality in friendly
atmosphere and the peaceful competition in the spirit of fairplay. And it
does not matter whether the boys later on will become professional
players or whether football will be only their hobby which they enjoy
in their leisure time. I wish all participants a pleasant stay with nice
moments on the football pitch and beyond!

Sehr geehrte Fußballfreunde,
es ist eine große Freude für mich, die Entwicklung eines Turniers zu
verfolgen, das in seinem Umfang die Grenze von mehr als zwei Staaten
überschreitet. Die MINI-EM ist nicht nur ein Kräftemessen von Mannschaften aus ganz Europa, sondern vor allem ein großes Fußballfest.
Die jungen Fußballer sammeln im Laufe des Turniers neue Erfahrungen,
nicht nur auf dem Platz, sondern auch bei den Rahmenaktivitäten, die
zum Turnier gehören. Das ermöglicht ihnen die Weiterentwicklung ihrer
Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten, hilft ihnen aber auch bei der Persönlichkeitsbildung. Gerade in der Persönlichkeitsentwicklung in freundschaftlicher Atmosphäre und im friedlichen Wettstreit im Geiste des Fairplay
sehe ich den Hauptbeitrag dieses Turniers. Und dabei ist es egal, ob aus
den Jungs später einmal Profifußballer werden oder der Fußball nur ein
Hobby bleibt, das sie in ihrer Freizeit ausüben.
Ich wünsche allen Teilnehmern schöne und erlebnisreiche Stunden auf
und neben dem Spielfeld!

Most top teams in Europe are a cosmopolitan
blend of races, backgrounds and religions. We
are all proud of the diversity of our club sides, it
is a strength of European competitions.
Ask any elite player and they will tell you they are
interested in team mates who can be relied upon,
who can perhaps make a telling pass, a crucial tackle
or runs into space. They will tell you that football is
a universal language that holds no racial barriers.
UEFA’s position on racism has been unequivocal. We have a long term
relationship with FARE, the Football Against Racism in Europe network,
and are actively working to increase tolerance and tackle discrimination.
Football is not the cause of racism but it is the game’s responsibility to
ensure it has no presence in our stadiums and or on our pitches.
Violence is a different problem that occurs for many reasons and requires
a different response. We at UEFA are working with experts in the field,
including fan groups, to make sure we are listening, learning and taking
action to ensure everything possible is being done.
Keep yourself safe, keep our stadiums safe and show zero tolerance for
violence or racism.

Die meisten europäischen Spitzenmannschaften bestehen aus einer
kosmopolitischen Mischung aus Sportlern unterschiedlichster
Abstammung, Herkunft und Religion. Wir alle sind stolz auf die Vielfalt in
unseren Teams, sie ist eine der Stärken der europäischen Wettbewerbe.
Jeder Spitzenfussballer wird zustimmen, dass es wichtig ist, Mannschaftskameraden zu haben, auf die man sich verlassen kann, die in der Lage
sind, den entscheidenden Pass zu spielen, einen wichtigen Zweikampf zu
gewinnen und die Lücke in der Abwehr des Gegners zu finden. Jeder von
ihnen wird auch beipflichten, dass Fussball eine universelle Sprache ist, in
der die Herkunft keine Rolle spielt.
Die Haltung der UEFA zu Rassismus war stets unmissverständlich. Auf
der Basis unserer langjährigen Zusammenarbeit mit FARE, dem Netzwerk
„Fussball gegen Rassismus in Europa“, engagieren wir uns aktiv für mehr
Toleranz und gegen Diskriminierung.
Fussball ist nicht die Ursache für Rassismus. Wir müssen jedoch dafür
sorgen, dass für Rassismus in unseren Stadien kein Platz ist.
Ein anderes Problem ist die Gewalt, die vielerlei Ursachen hat und gegen
die ein anderer Ansatz gewählt werden muss. Die UEFA arbeitet in
diesem Bereich mit Experten und Fangruppierungen zusammen, hört
aufmerksam zu, lernt viel Neues und ergreift Massnahmen, um sicherzustellen, dass alles Menschenmögliche unternommen wird.
Helfen Sie mit, für sich selber und unsere Stadien Sicherheit zu schaffen
und Gewalt keine Chance zu geben!

Většina z top týmů Evropy jsou kosmopolitní směsí ras, míst původu
a náboženství. Jsme pyšní na tuto různorodost našich klubů, spočívá v ní
síla evropských fotbalových soutěží. Zeptejte se jakýchkoli elitních hráčů
a oni Vám řeknou, že chtějí spoluhráče, kteří je osloví přihrávkou, zastaví
soupeře či naběhnou do volného prostoru. Řeknou Vám, že fotbal je
univerzální jazyk, který nespočívá na žádných rasových bariérách.

Postoj UEFA vůči rasismu je jednoznačný. Máme dlouhodobé kontakty
s FARE, organizací „Footbal Against Racism in Europe“, a aktivně
spolupracujeme na zvyšování tolerance a vymýcení diskriminace.
Fotbal není příčinou rasismu, ale je zodpovědností pořadatelů fotbalových
utkání zajistit, aby se rasismus nevyskytoval na stadiónech anebo na
našich hřištích.
Násilí je odlišný problém, který se vyskytuje z mnoha důvodů a vyžaduje
odlišnou reakci. My v UEFA pracujeme s experty v dotyčné oblasti, včetně
fanklubů, čímž je zajištěno, že nasloucháme, učíme se a činíme tak vše, co
je možné učinit.
Dávejte na sebe pozor, pomozte udržet bezpečí na našich stadiónech
a projevte nulovou tolerance vůči násilí a rasismu.

svým na každoroční nejdůležitější události Česko
– německé fotbalové školy, na MINI ME.
Karlovarský kraj považuje přeshraniční spolupráci
ve všech oblastech za velice důležitou. Proto jsem
velice rád, že se tato mezinárodní soutěž koná
právě v našem regionu. Fotbalové naděje
z proslulých klubů z celé Evropy celý rok pilně
trénují, aby ukázaly, že mají velký talent a zažily tento pro ně jistě velký
fotbalový svátek. Dovolte mi tedy, abych jim popřál hodně vstřelených
gólů a skvělé sportovní výsledky. Celému organizátorskému týmu a Vám
všem, divákům, přeji úspěšný průběh turnaje a pěkné fotbalové zážitky.

v Rehau část v pořadí již čtvrtého MINI ME po nadšeném úspěchu v roce
2006. UEFA, berlínské ministerstvo zahraničí a mnozí další sponzoři
rozeznali mimořádnou hodnotu této mezinárodní fotbalové akce pro děti
a přislíbili velkolepou podporu. Jménem vlády Horních Frank (Oberfranken)
u nás srdečně vítám všechny zahraniční fotbalové týmy, děkuji všem
zodpovědným a pomocníkům za jejich mimořádnou angažovanost a přeji
všem účastníkům mnoho přátelských kontaktů ve férových sportovních

Region to MINI EM, the annual sporting highlight of Czecho-German
Football School. Karlovy Vary Region considers cross-border co-operation
as its vital interest in every area. For this reason I am very glad that this
international competition takes place in our region. Promising talents of
prestigious clubs from all over Europe have been training hard to show
their skills here and to experience this great football festival. I would like
to wish all of you many goals and good results. I wish all the organisators

We are very happy that one part of the fourth MINI EM of the CzechoGerman Football School is taking place in Rehau again. In 2006 the
tournament was a great success. UEFA, the Foreign Office in Berlin and
a row of many other partners acknowledge the special value of this

V dnešním světě je mnoho starostí, bolestí, strastí
i špatné nálady. Pokusme se alespoň část toho
negativního změnit akcemi, jako je tato naše
dnešní, aby bylo vidět mezi námi více úsměvů,
více přátelství a dobré nálady. Místem dnešního
setkání sportovních fanoušků je naše krásné
město Františkovy Lázně, které Vás tímto všechny
vítá a přeje všem mnoho úspěchů a příjemnou
zábavu.

In der heutigen Welt gibt es viele Sorgen, Schmerzen, Leid und schlechte
Stimmung. Versuchen wir wenigstens einen Teil dieses Negativen mit
Aktionen wie der heutigen zu ändern, damit zwischen uns mehr Lächeln
zu sehen ist, mehr Freundschaft und gute Stimmung. Der Ort, an dem
sich all die Sportfreunde begegnen, ist unsere schöne Stadt Františkovy
Lázně, die Sie hiermit alle herzlich willkommen heißt und allen viel Erfolg
und angenehme Unterhaltung wünscht.
Liebe Mitbürgerinnen und Mitbürger,
liebe Fußballfreunde aus nah und fern,
Zum vierten Mal wird von der Deutsch-Tschechischen Fußballschule in diesem Jahr eine
Mini-Europameisterschaft für Vereinsfußball
durchgeführt. Zum zweiten Mal nach 2006 findet
die Endrunde in Rehau statt. Die Veranstaltung im
letzten Jahr war ein Riesenerfolg. Teilnehmen
werden 14 Jugendmannschaften des Jahrgangs
1996 aus 10 Ländern. Ich wünsche allen teilnehmenden Fußballern gute,
faire und verletzungsfreie Spiele. Die Zuschauer bitte ich, die jungen Fußballer anzufeuern und wünsche Ihnen gute Unterhaltung bei spannenden,
hochklassigen Spielen. Mein Dank gilt Gerald Prell, der es ermöglicht hat,
dass die Finalrunde der MINI-EM in Rehau stattfinden kann sowie den
Sponsoren, welche die Finanzierung des Turniers gesichert haben. Diese
Meisterschaft im Herzen Europas soll dazu beitragen, dass die Jugend in
Europa zusammenfindet und im sportlichen Bereich in der Region neue
Akzente gesetzt werden.

milí přátelé a příznivci fotbalu z blízka i z daleka,
In today’s world there is a lot of sorrow, grief, pain and bad mood. Let us
try to change at least part of these negative things by projects as the one
today that there will be more smile, more friendship and good mood. The
place where all those sport friends meet is our nice town of Františkovy
Lázně which welcomes you and wishes all a lot of success and pleasant
entertainment.
V tomto roce pořádá Česko-německá fotbalová škola již čtvrté MINI ME ve
fotbalu klubů. Již podruhé, po roce 2006, se závěrečné utkání koná v Rehau.
Loňská akce se setkala s obrovským úspěchem. Účastníky je 14 žákovských mužstev ročníku 1996 z 10 zemí. Přeji všem zúčastněným fotbalistům
dobrou, férovou hru bez zranění. Vás diváky prosím, abyste povzbuzovali
každého z našich mladých fotbalistů a přeji Vám dobrou zábavu při napínavých prvotřídních utkáních. Můj dík patří Geraldu Prellovi, který umožnil
konání závěrečného utkání MINI ME v Rehau, jakož i sponzorům, kteří
zajistili financování celé akce. Toto mistrovství v srdci Evropy má přispět
k tomu, aby mládež Evropy nacházela cestu k sobě a aby byly ve sportu
našeho regionu vytyčeny nové stěžejní body.

Fellow citizens, dear football fans,
For the 4th time the Czecho-German Football School has organised the
tournament MINI EM in club football. After 2006 the final round takes
place in Rehau for the 2nd time. In the last year, the event was a huge
success. This year 14 Under 11s youth teams from 10 nations will take
part. I wish all participating football players good and fair games without
injuries. I would like to ask the fans to support the boys and wish you all
great entertainment with exciting and top-class games. I would like to say
thank you to Gerald Prell who brought the final round to Rehau and to all
the sponsors who financed the tournament. This championship in the heart
of Europe shall contribute to bringing the European youth together and
shall bring new highlights in sport to our region.

Die Deutsch-Tschechische Fußballschule ist ein
europaweit einmaliges Projekt der Talentförderung. Wir wollen Kindern nicht nur professionelles Fußballtraining bieten. Über den Fußball
sollen bei uns Nachwuchskicker aus Deutschland
und Tschechien auch die Sprache und Kultur des
Nachbarn spielerisch kennen lernen. Deshalb
trainieren unsere Schüler über Jahre hinweg auf
beiden Seiten der Grenze gemeinsam Fußball
und lernen parallel dazu in einem Sprachkurs
Deutsch und Tschechisch. Einmal pro Jahr möchten wir das europäische
Fenster noch ein bisschen weiter öffnen. Bei der MINI-EM begegnen sich
dann namhafte Fußballklubs aus ganz Europa. Premiere feierte die MINIEM am 1. und 2. Mai 2004 anlässlich der Erweiterung der Europäischen
Union. Damals traten Traditionsklubs aus Deutschland und allen EUBeitrittsländern gegeneinander an, um ihren „Europameister“ zu ermitteln.
Mittlerweile ist die MINI-EM zu einer festen Einrichtung im europäischen
Jugendfußball geworden. In diesem Jahr haben erstmals der Bayerische
und der Böhmisch-Mährische Fußballverband die Schirmherrschaft über
das Turnier übernommen, und die UEFA beteiligt sich als Hauptpartner an
der MINI-EM. Unsere hochkarätigen Partner fördern die Idee, dass
200 Talente aus 10 Nationen um den Turniersieg kämpfen und ein
zweitägiges, großes, buntes Fußballfest feiern. Sie fördern die Idee, dass
der europäische Fußballnachwuchs am ehemaligen „Eisernen Vorhang“
gemeinsam ein Zeichen für friedliche Verständigung setzt. „Gegen
Rassismus und Gewalt“ lautet daher in diesem Jahr unser gemeinsames
Turniermotto. Bedanken möchten wir uns an dieser Stelle bei allen
Förderern, Sponsoren und den vielen freiwilligen Helfern, ohne die die
MINI-EM der Deutsch-Tschechischen Fußballschule wohl kaum mehr
wäre als eine schöne Idee. Wir wünschen allen Nachwuchskickern,
Betreuern, Eltern und Zuschauern viel Spaß, faire, spannende Spiele
und ein unvergessliches Fußballwochenende!

Koordinator Česko-německá fotbalová škola
Česko-německá fotbalová škola je v evropském měřítku unikátním
projektem práce s talenty. Dětem nechceme nabídnout pouze
profesionální fotbalový trénink, prostřednictvím fotbalu by se malí
fotbalisté z Německa a Česka měli seznámit také s jazykem a kulturou
sousední země. Proto naši žáci dlouhodobě společně trénují na obou
stranách hranice a paralelně k tomu se v jazykovém kurzu učí německy
nebo česky. Jednou ročně se snažíme okno do Evropy otevírat ještě
o trochu více. Při každoročním MINI ME se pak setkávají věhlasné
fotbalové kluby z celé Evropy. Premiéru mělo MINI ME 1. a 2. května
2004 u příležitosti rozšíření Evropské unie. Tenkrát proti sobě nastoupily
tradiční týmy z Německa a ze všech zemí přistupujících do EU, aby se
utkaly o titul „mistra Evropy“. V současné době je již MINI ME pevnou
součástí evropského mládežnického fotbalu. V tomto roce poprvé převzaly
Bavorský a Českomoravský fotbalový svaz záštitu nad celou akcí. UEFA
se na MINI ME podílí jako hlavní partner. Naši VIP partneři podporují ideu

soupeření 200 talentů z 10 národů a oslav
dvoudenního pestrého fotbalového svátku.
Podporují ideu mírového porozumění evropské
fotbalové mládeže v místech bývalé „železné
opony“. Naše společné heslo pro tento rok zní
„Proti rasismu a násilí“. Na tomto místě bychom
chtěli poděkovat všem donátorům, sponzorům
a mnoha dobrovolným pomocníkům, bez jejichž
podpory by se z MINI ME Česko-německé
fotbalové školy stalo sotva něco více než pěkný
nápad. Všem fotbalovým žákům, trenérům, rodičům a divákům přejeme
příjemnou zábavu, férovou a napínavou hru a nezapomenutelný fotbalový

The Czecho-German Football School as a project promoting football
talent is unique in European terms. It is not only a professional approach
to training that we would like to provide to the kids. Football at the same
time helps the young German and Czech footballers in their attempt to
acquire knowledge of the language and culture of the neighbouring
country in a fun way. Therefore, our school children on both sides of the
border have been practising football for years while at the same time
learning German and Czech in language courses. Once a year we would
like to open this European window even more. At the MINI EM renowned
clubs from all over Europe meet. The first tournament took place on
1 May and 2 May 2004 on the occasion of the Enlargement of the
European Union: then the tournament hosted traditional teams from
Germany and all of the newly accessing countries competing against
each other for the title „Mini Champion of Europe“. Meanwhile the MINI
EM has become one of the top events in European youth football. This
year, the tournament is under the patronage of the Bavarian and Czech
Football Associations for the first time. UEFA has become the general
partner in 2007. These top-class partners support our idea that 200
young football talents from all over Europe fight for the title and celebrate
a big fancy two-day football festival. They support the idea that some of
the best European youth teams are setting a common sign for peaceful
understanding on both sides of the former Iron Curtain. For this reason
our joint tournament motto will be “Against Racism and Violence”. At this
point we would like to say a big thank you to all our fans, sponsors and
volunteers without whose contribution our MINI EM would be nothing but
a good idea. We hope all young footballers, coaches, parents and fans
enjoy themselves during the tournament that they have fair and thrilling
matches and experience a football weekend to remember.

Top-Klubs, ist diese Veranstaltung eines der attraktivsten Turniere in
diesem Altersbereich. Hier bei der MINI-EM haben einige der talentiertesten Nachwuchsspieler Europas die Möglichkeit, sich mit den Besten
ihres Jahrgangs zu messen. Auch für mich ist es bei internationalen
Begegnungen immer wieder auf’s Neue interessant, sich mit Spielern
auszutauschen und neue Kulturen kennen zu lernen. In diesem Jahr freue
ich mich, diese Veranstaltung mit der Jugendfußballinitiative fD21 zu
unterstützen. Wir werden nicht nur in Rehau und Franzensbad am
attraktiven Rahmenprogramm mitwirken, sondern das Turnier auf unserer
Homepage unter www.fD21.de ausführlich begleiten. Ich wünsche allen

Milí hráči, milí hosté,
se stále stejně hvězdným obsazením mezinárodních vrcholných klubů je
tato akce jednou z nejatraktivnějších v této věkové kategorii. Zde, na
MINI ME, mají někteří z nejtalentovanějších žákovských hráčů možnost
poměřit své síly a schopnosti s těmi nejlepšími stejného věku. Také pro
mě jsou tato mezinárodní setkání pokaždé zajímavá, mohou se setkávat
s hráči a poznávat nové kultury. Těší mě, že v tomto roce je akce
podporována mládežnickou fotbalovou iniciativou fD21. Budeme se
podílet nejen na atraktivním rámcovém programu v Rehau a Františkových
Lázních, ale také budeme obsáhle sledovat celou akci na naší internetové

With the same top-level range of international teams taking part every
year, this event is one of the most attractive tournaments in this category.
Here at the MINI EM some of the most talented players from Europe
have the chance to compete against the best from their age-group. When
I have international matches, it is interesting for me as well to exchange
views with other players and to get to know new cultures. I am happy that
I can promote this event with the youth football initiative fD21 (fußball
D21). We will participate in the attractive framework programme in Rehau
and Františkovy Lázně. We will also report on our website www.fd21.de
on the tournament. All participants may enjoy a tournament full of
success, with great games and many goals!

CZ Od svého založení v roce 1896 se FC Curych
vypracoval na jeden z nejúspěšnějších klubů ve
Švýcarsku. Současní mistři Švýcarska mají na svém
kontě již deset titulů. K úspěchům na mezinárodním poli
patří mimo jiné také dvojnásobný postup do semifinále
v Poháru mistrů evropských zemí. Zastavit FC Curych se podařilo až Realu
Madrid a anglickému rekordmanovi v počtu mistrovských titulů FC Liverpool
v roce 1964 resp. 1977. V oblasti podpory mládeže existuje již více než čtyři roky
projekt dětského fotbalu „LetziKids“, který díky nově založenému FC Zürich
Academy nabízí další profesionální perspektivy.
CZ Tradiční Everton Football Club byl založen v roce
1878 a patří k Top Five anglické Premier League. Klub
mající své sídlo v liverpoolském Goodison Parku patří do
anglické „horní sněmovny“ hvězdných stálic a je v něm
zastoupen vice než 100 sezónami. Vrcholné tituly získali
„Toffees“ nebo „Blues“ (jak své hráče láskyplně nazývají
fanoušci) naposledy v osmdesátých letech, když se Everton
stal vítězem anglického poháru a v roce 1985 i vítězem evropského poháru
mistrů. Práce s mládeží je pro „Blues“ prioritou a přivedla na výsluní fotbalu
vrcholové hráče, jako je Wayne Rooney. U11 patří k nejlepším týmům Anglie.

CZ Sportovní klub Slavia založený pražskými studenty
v roce 1896 patří k českým klubům s nejdelší tradicí. Může
se pochlubit úspěšnou minulostí, zejména mezi světovými
válkami. Tenkrát Slavia Praha několikrát vyhrála Středoevropský pohár (předchůdce Poháru UEFA) a zařadila se
tak mezi evropskou špičku. Jedním z vrcholů dosažených
v nedávné minulosti byl postup do semifinále Poháru UEFA v roce 1996. Kromě
toho se hráči hrající tradičně v červenobílých dresech v tomtéž roce stali také
českým mistrem. Více než desítka mistrovských titulů kompletují slávistickou
sbírku úspěchů.
CZ V roce 1893 přivedli mladí sportovci na svět Athletic
Club Sparta, který se následně vypracoval na nejlepší klub
v Čechách. Sparta se stala 32krát českým nebo československým mistrem. Na mezinárodním poli se Sparta zaps
ala 3 vítězstvími ve Středoevropském poháru a pravidelnou
účastí v Poháru UEFA. V moderním tréninkovém centru na
Strahově se v poslední době klade stále větší důraz na
výchovu vlastního dorostu. Tradiční rudý dres je importovaným artiklem. V roce
1906 přivezl tehdejší prezident z cesty po Anglii trikoty londýnského Arsenalu,
a tím položil základní kámen typického sparťanského hracího oděvu.

DE Der im Jahr 1896 von Prager Studenten gegründete Sportklub Slavia ist
einer der traditionsreichsten tschechischen Vereine. Der Klub blickt auf eine
erfolgreiche Geschichte zurück, insbesondere in der Zeit zwischen den beiden
Weltkriegen. Damals gewann Slavia Prag mehrmals den Mitropa-Pokal (Vorläufer
des UEFA-Cups). Einer der Höhepunkte der jüngeren Geschichte war das
Erreichen des UEFA-Cup-Halbfinales 1996. Außerdem holten die traditionell in
Rot-Weiß Spielenden im selben Jahr auch die tschechische Meisterschaft. Mehr

EN Established in 1896 by Prague students Sportovní klub Slavia is one of the
most traditional Czech clubs. Slavia boasts a rich history with a lot of highlights,
especially those dating back to the period between the two World Wars. Then
Slavia won the Mitropa Cup (the predecessor of the UEFA Cup) several times.
Its more recent past peaked in 1996 with the club going as far as the semi-final
of the UEFA Cup. Moreover, the players with their traditional red and white kits
became the Champions of the Czech Republic the same year. The successful
history of Slavia is highlighted by more than a dozen championship titles.
EN In 1893 a group of young sportsmen from Prague brought Athletic Club
Sparta to life. The club went on to become the best football club in Bohemia
thereafter. Sparta has claimed 32 titles as Czech(oslovak) champions.
Internationally Sparta made a name for itself by winning the Mitropa Cup 3 times
and making regular appearances in the UEFA Cup. The club operates a new
training centre in Strahov that provides solid support to the youth. The traditional
dark red jersey was after all “imported”: in 1906 the president at that time
brought the Arsenal London jerseys from his trip to England, thus laying the
foundation to the typical colour of the Sparta outfit.

Legia Warszawa
CZ Klub pojmenovaný po svém prvním hřišti „Stadtwerder“
patří ke špičkovým týmům ze severu Německa a za svou více
než stoletou historii se může pochlubit četnými úspěchy. Hráči
jako Rudi Völler a úspěšný trenér Otto Rehhagel dovedli klub
víckrát na špici tabulky německé první ligy. Mistrovství Německa
se zelenobílým podařilo vyhrát již čtyřikrát, naposledy v roce
2004. V tomtéž roce si hráči Werderu zajistili – popáté v historii
klubu – i německý pohár.
CZ Legia Warszawa Tým z polské metropole byl založen
v roce 1916 pod jménem WKS Legia Warszawa. Aktualní
polský mistr má na kontě dalších 7 titulů. V polském Poháru,
Superpoháru a Poháru ligy zaznamenala Legia úspěch celkem
16krát. Špičkový klub z polského hlavního města se tak řadí
k nejvěhlasnějším týmům v zemi. V posledních letech Legia
sází na intenzivní práci s mládeží. Není tedy divu, že žákovská
družstva klubu se mezitím propracovala mezi ta nejlepší
v Polsku.

4 times; the last time they emerged victorious was in 2004. The same year

DE Das Team aus der polnischen Hauptstadt wurde 1916 unter dem Namen
WKS Legia Warszawa gegründet. Bis heute kann der aktuelle polnische
Meister auf 7 weitere Titel zurückblicken. Damit zählt der Topklub aus
Warschau zu den renommiertesten Teams im Lande. Seit einigen Jahren setzt
man bei Legia auf eine intensive Jugendarbeit: Nicht umsonst zählen die
Nachwuchsmannschaften des Vereins mittlerweile zu den besten in Polen.

CZ „Centrální sportovní klub armády“ byl založen v roce 1923.
Současný mistr Ruska patří ke špičkovým klubům v zemi
a získal dalších 7 sovětských a 2 ruské tituly. V roce 2005
získal klub, nazývaný fanoušky láskyplně „koně“, rovněž pohár
UEFA. Jedním z hlavním sponzorů klubu je Roman Abramovič,
který vlastní také klub Chelsea Londýn. V juniorském fotbalu je
CSKA ruskou špičkou a dokázal zvítězit v mnoha mistrovstvích.

DE Der „Zentrale Sportklub der Armee“ wurde im Jahr 1923 gegründet. Der
aktuelle russische Meister zählt zu den Spitzenklubs im Lande und hat weitere
7 sowjetische und 2 russische Titel errungen. 2005 gewann der Klub, der von
den Fans liebevoll „Koni“ („die Pferde“) genannt wird, außerdem den UEFAPokal. Einer der Hauptförderer des Vereins ist Roman Abramowitsch, der auch
Chelsea London besitzt. Im Jugendfußball ist ZSKA Spitze in Russland und
hat zahlreiche Meisterschaften für sich entschieden.

FK Dukla Banská Bystrica
CZ FK Dukla Banská Bystrica je jedním z nejsilnějších
fotbalových klubů Slovenska. Armádní klub byl založen
v roce 1965. Dukla se pohybuje v horní části první slovenské
fotbalové ligy. Kromě toho se klub kvalifikoval již třikrát pro

CZ Turecké město Trabzon leží na pobřeží Černého moře
poblíž Kavkazu. Klub Trabzonspor vznikl v roce 1967 spojením
čtyř lokálních fotbalových klubů. O devět let později se
Trabzonspor stal prvním klubem mimo Istanbul, kterému se
podařilo získat titul tureckého mistra. Pět dalších titulů a sedminásobná výhra tureckého Poháru udělaly z Trabzonsporu
tureckou špičku. Tomu napomohla i intenzivní práce s juniory.
Momentálně je 9 hráčů z klubového dorostu zastoupeno v prvoligovém
mužstvu Trabzonspor, čímž se nemůže pochlubit žádný jiný turecký tým.
CZ Klub založený v roce 1900 patří k těm
nejproslulejším vůbec. Hráči jako Franz Beckenbauer,
Gerd Müller nebo Sepp Maier navždy ovlivnili historii
FC Bayern a nasměrovali ho na dráhu rekordmana.
Celkem 20krát vyhrál Bayern boj o titul mistra. Navíc si

CZ Lotyšský klub JFC „Skonto“ Riga se za 15 let své
existence vypracoval na špičkový tým lotyšské „Virsliga“.
14krát za sebou se tento klub stal mistrem a jeho vítězná
série byla zastavena teprve v roce 2005. Pak se Skonto
muselo poprvé spokojit s titulem „vicemistra“. Od roku 2004
provozuje Riga největší sportovní školu pro mládež v Pobaltí.
U11 je špičkovým týmem v Pobaltí a dosud tam zvítězila na
všech turnajích.
CZ V roce 1893 založili mladí stuttgartští ragbyoví hráči
fotbalový klub „Stuttgarter Fußballverein 93“. Z něj vznikl
současný „Verein für Bewegungsspiele Stuttgart“ (Klub
pro pohybové hry Stuttgart), který si v německém fotbale
vypracoval stabilní pozici a řadí se k nejlepším provoligovým
týmům. Švábům se v boji o německý pohár podařilo uspět
celkem třikrát. K tomu je nutné připočíst čtyři tituly mistra.
VfB na sebe už dlouho upozorňuje vynikající prací s dorostem. Mnoha hráčům

DIE ANTIRASSISMUS-KAMPAGNE DES BFV
Der Bayerische Fußball-Verband (BFV) kämpft im
Jahr 2007 gemeinsam mit seinen Vereinen mit einer
neuen Kampagne gegen Rassismus und Gewalt im
Fußball. Nach der offiziellen Präsentation der
Kampagne Anfang Februar wird die Aktionsreihe in
Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Vereinen fortgesetzt.
Die MINI-EM in Rehau ist mit ihren teilnehmenden Top-Mannschaften
aus ganz Europa ein Musterbeispiel für ein interkulturelles Jugendturnier
und ein deutliches Zeichen dafür, dass auf bayerischen Fußballplätzen
„kein Platz für Gewalt“ ist. Rehau ist in diesen Tagen vielmehr der
Austragungsort eines professionellen Turniers, bei dem trotz des
sportlichen Ehrgeizes das gemeinsame und faire Miteinander im
Vordergrund steht.
Die bisherigen Aktionen rund um die Antirassismus-Kampagne waren
alle ein voller Erfolg. BFV-Präsident Dr. Rainer Koch hält die Aktion
daher für äußerst bedeutsam und ist der absoluten Überzeugung:
„Egal ob Profis, Amateure oder Jugend: Gemeinsam und fair heißt das
Motto in unserer bayerischen Fußballfamilie, das wir thematisieren
müssen und nicht Gewalt“.
Herzstück der Kampagne – auch hier bei der MINI-EM in Rehau – sind
die „Goldenen Regeln des Fair Play“.
THE ANTI-RACISM CAMPAIGN OF BFV
In 2007 the Bavarian Football Association (BFV) together with its
clubs is fighting in a new campaign against racism and violence in
football. After the official presentation in the beginning of February, the
campaign has continued with co-operation with further clubs.
The MINI EM in Rehau with its top-range of teams from all over Europe
is a prime example of an intercultural youth tournament and a clear
sign against violence on Bavarian football pitches. Rehau is in fact the
home of a professional tournament where, despite sporting ambition,
joint and fair cooperation is most important.
The campaigns around our anti-racism campaign have been a
complete success so far. The president of BFV, Dr. Rainer Koch,
considers the action as extremely important and he is absolutely
convinced: “It doesn’t matter whether we have professionals, amateurs
or youths: together and fair is the motto in our Bavarian football family;
this is what we want to talk about, not the violence problem”
The heart of the campaign – also here, during the MINI EM in Rehau
– are the “golden rules of fair play”.
PĚT „ZLATÝCH PRAVIDEL FAIR PLAY“
Podporujeme fair play, nenásilí a toleranci ve fotbalu, protože máme tento sport rádi. Proto dbáme následujících zásad:
1. Jsme upřímní a dbáme psaných i nepsaných pravidel. K fotbalu patří vítězství i porážka, budeme důstojně vyhrávat, ale i důstojně prohrávat!
2. Jsme tolerantní a poslechneme všechna rozhodnutí rozhodčího!
3. Bereme naše soupeře jako partnery a ne jako nepřátele. Proto se cítíme také zodpovědní za fyzickou a duševní nedotknutelnost našich
partnerů!
4. Jsme pro férový sport a víme, že férový fotbal a radost z něj jsou možné jen při upřímnosti, toleranci, ochotě pomoci a zodpovědnosti!
5. Zejména se chováme dobře ke spoluhráčům a hráčům našich partnerů, kteří jsou jiného původu, jiné barvy pleti, jiného náboženství nebo
světonázoru, neboť oni chtějí být přijímáni stejně jako my. Proto vystupujeme semknutě proti násilí, rasismu a nepřátelství k cizincům
a prosíme všechny, aby projevovali solidaritu s těmito našimi cíli!
DIE FÜNF „GOLDENEN REGELN DES FAIR PLAY“
Wir unterstützen Fair Play, Gewaltfreiheit und Toleranz im Fußball, weil wir unseren Sport lieben. Darum beachten wir die folgenden
Grundsätze:
1. Wir sind aufrichtig und beachten die geschriebenen und ungeschriebenen Regeln. Zum Fußball gehören Sieg und Niederlage, wir werden
mit Anstand gewinnen, aber auch mit Anstand verlieren!
2. Wir sind tolerant und akzeptieren alle Entscheidungen des Schiedsrichters!
3. Wir achten unseren Gegner als Partner und betrachten ihn nicht als Feind. Daher fühlen wir uns auch für die körperliche und seelische
Unversehrtheit unserer Partner verantwortlich!
4. Wir sind für fairen Sport und wissen, dass nur durch Aufrichtigkeit, Toleranz, Hilfsbereitschaft und Verantwortung fairer Fußballsport möglich
ist und die Freude daran erhalten bleibt!
5. Wir achten insbesondere auch die Mitspieler und Spieler unserer Partner, die anderer Herkunft, Hautfarbe, Religion und Weltanschauung
sind als wir, denn auch wir wollen stets so akzeptiert werden wie wir sind. Daher treten wir geschlossen gegen Gewalt, Rassismus und
Fremdenfeindlichkeit ein und bitten alle, sich mit uns in dieser Zielsetzung solidarisch zu erklären!

We support Fair Play, prevention of violence and tolerance in football because we love our sport. That is why we obey the following principals:
1. We are honest and we obey the written and unwritten rules. To football belong victory and defeat, we will win with but also lose with dignity!
2. We are tolerant and accept all decisions of the referee!
3. We respect our opponent as a partner and do not treat him as an enemy. Thus, we feel responsible for the physical and psychical integrity
of our partner!
4. We want fair sport and we know that fair football is only possible through honesty, tolerance, readiness to help and responsibility. This alone
preserves the joy in this sport!
5. We particularly respect the players of our partners who are of different background, different skin colour, different religion or ideology than
we are. It is us as well who want to be accepted as we are. Therefore, we stand up together against violence, racism and xenophobia and
