both stand-alone congress centres, including, for example, the venue of a successful meeting of

The city of Zlín is the natural capital of Eastern Moravia, a university town and the administrative centre of the Zlín region. The city became world-famous thanks to the Baťa’s footwear factory. Its economic and cultural potential, as well as the number of high-quality accommodation and gastronomy

The Elektra City Cultural Centre,
Luhačovice
The Elektra City Cultural Centre is an ideal venue for congresses, cultural
events and concerts for up to 600 guests. The individual rooms are located next to each other, and can be used in many different combinations.
The complex offers a full range of technical facilities, as well as production
and catering services. Two galleries are located in the KD building; there is
also an information centre, restaurant and the Elektra disco club.

The Academia Centre, located in Mostní Street, Zlín, is part of Tomáš Baťa
University. Its well-equipped meeting rooms are available for hire, as are the
capabilities to organise and provide a full service to congresses and conferences, seminars, cultural and social events or fashion shows. The total
capacity is 945 seats in 8 rooms. The full service also includes catering,

The capacities of the Fontána I and II Hotels are suitable for medium-sized
national and international congresses, conferences, company presentations,
training events, business meetings or various motivational events. The hotel has
2 congress rooms (380 seats) and 9 lounges (272 seats), with technical equipment, and offers catering services. The hotels, with a total accommodation capacity of 571 persons in 270 rooms, are located on the outskirts of the spa
town of Luhačovice, close to an artificial lake in the valley of the Olšava river.
For relaxation after taxing discussions, there is the Relaxation and Rehabilitation
Centre of the Fontána II Hotel, offering classic and underwater massage, hot
stone massage, cup massage and oxygen therapy. The hotel complex also hosts
a fitness centre, sauna, heated indoor swimming pool and tennis courts with
a hard surface. There is also an automated bowling alley (two lanes), a court for
ball games, pétanque and minigolf. Additional services include hair styling, cosmetics, manicure, internet, an exchange office and full secretarial services.

All the prerequisites for organising social events are fulfilled in the spa park’s
landmark: the Social House, extensively reconstructed in 2008. The building includes a congress room seating up to 230 persons, 7 lounges for
8–80 persons, two restaurants each seating 160 persons, a dance floor and
a wine restaurant with live music for 130 persons. The conference rooms
are highly flexible, with modern equipment and providing full comfort; they
can satisfy a wide range of individual needs. All the rooms are laid out so as
to maximise the use of daylight. Conferences, congresses, seminars, company events, business meetings, balls, parties, weddings or team-building

just 25 minutes’ drive from the regional capital, Zlín. The conference centre
of the hotel offers a room seating 200 persons and four lounges, all with

Napajedla Chateau
The chateau boasts beautiful congress rooms with a total capacity of 368
persons. There are historic rooms available on the first floor of the chateau
– the Mirror Hall, the Dutch Lounge, the Baroque Lounge and the Dining
Room. On the ground floor, four new rooms have been reconstructed recently – the blue, the gold, the green and the pink lounges. Refreshments
may be located in the foyer of the chateau, in front of the mirror hall.
The Napajedla Chateau has a unique wine cellar with an excellent selection.
The cellar spreads over several levels, creating a unique atmosphere and an
excellent mosaic for a broad spectrum of congress and social events.

The villa of Tomáš Baťa, Zlín’s greatest entrepreneur, was built in 1909–1911
and was very simple for its time. The design of the house and the surrounding
area was created by renowned architects and builders: J. Kotěra, F. Thomayer, F. L. Gahura, František Kysela and V. Karfík. The interior is decorated with
exquisite architectural style, artistry and craftsmanship. Today, the villa is the
seat of the Tomáš Baťa foundation and is one of the most attractive locations
in the Zlín region for organising congresses and business, social and cultural
events. The architectural design of the villa and the variability of its interior, the
technical and audiovisual equipment of its rooms and lounges and the complex of supporting services, including catering, all ensure that your events will
be first-rate. The villa has a total capacity of 108 seats in 4 rooms. In summer

Niva Spa Houses, pozlovice The Niva I and II spa houses are practically designed, mutually independent complexes with suitable facilities
