properties of WEFAPRESS St 1000® by

Wegen der hohen Schmelzviskosität kann WEFAPRESS® St 1000® nur durch Reib- oder Stumpfschweißen gefügt
werden. Beim Stumpfschweißen werden die zu verschweissenden und gesäuberten Flächen am Heizspiegel bei
200 bis 220 °C so lange unter geringem Anpreßdruck erwärmt, bis auf beiden Seiten eine Schicht von etwa 4 mm
plastisch geworden ist.
Unter dem Anpreßdruck von 10 bis 20 kp/cm2 werden die Teile bis zum Erkalten gegeneinander gedrückt. Handelt es sich bei den zu ver­schweißenden Teilen um Blöcke über 30 mm Dicke, so ist ein Anpreßdruck von 50 kp/
cm2 und mehr erforderlich. Hierfür werden häufig Pressen oder spezielle Schweißvor­richtungen
eingesetzt.

Z důvodu vysoké viskozity taveniny je možné spojovat díly z plastu Wefapress® St 1000® pouze třecím svařováním

4 mm. Obě části se pak přitlačí k sobě pod tlakem 10-20 kP/ cm2 a nechají vychladnout. Pokud se mají svařovat
díly s tloušťkou větší než 30 mm, je nutné použít tlak větší než 50 kP/ cm2. V těchto případech se často používají
lisy nebo speciální svařovací stroje.

Following receipt of your order we will send you an Order
Confirmation; indicating our expected delivery date and usually production will start one day later.
Delivery will normally be effected on the date shown on
the Order Confirmation; however, possible exceptions could
be due to our dependency on some outside suppliers and
at holiday times.
Normally goods which are in stock will be despatched following your order being processed. However, goods from
stock which are ordered before 11 a.m. may be despatched
the same day at your special request.
In the event of you urgently requiring a particular item
which is out of stock, please contact us and we will try to
accommodate your request for a quick turn round, although

We regret that there is no right of return for goods produced to customers drawings or measurements. However,
