IBA have moved to new premises in Plaská 5, Prague 5 - Újezd

Zámecké Zahrady
IBA have designed the next phase of the DOCKS development for Crestyl
in Prague 8.
Crestyl have launched two new house types for the Zámecké Zahrady
residential development at Vysoký Újezd.
The project, which is currently at building permit stage, will provide
19 000m2 of residential accomodation in 9 buildings in a riverside park.
The medium and large style villas designed by IBA are uncompromisingly
modern in style with strong geometrical forms.
The buildings are focussed to make the most of views to the river and
beyond with large windows and generous balconies.
Villa in Průhonice
This private house, located next to Pruhonice Park, is designed to emphasize
the visual connections between the house, garden and park.
Construction works are set to commence in the autumn.
HOK
IBA have signed a frame agreement with one of
the largest architectural practices in the world to
provide local representation in the Czech, Slovak
Republics and Ukraine.
The agreement will enable IBA to provide services
to HOK corporate clients throughout the region.
