I love going to the Bouncing Babies group as
it can get lonely being a young mum ….
Everyone is around the same age as me and
realises what its like to be on your own with
a baby …..the groups help me understand
things about my son …..why
why he cries
cries, how to
get into a routine , even how to play with
him…..

I really enjoyed the Transforming Lives programme
……It made me realise I’m not just a mum …… I
got lots of support from my mentor and she still
meets with me to help me with anything that is
bothering me ………..I learned more about myself
every day I came to the group. I learned that it’s
better to have a p
positive attitude than a negative
g
one……My daughter enjoyed the crèche, it helped
her to get used to other children for starting nursery.
…….I cant believe that after 10 weeks I have got
the confidence to apply for a job .”
