Thumi je ceremoniální nůž. Podle chimúské legendy je na
něm zobrazeno božstvo s antropomorfní postavou a
křídly, které se dá identifikovat jako král Naymlap.
Kultura Chimú je dnes zařazována do období mezi 11. a
15. stoletím. Národ Chimú obýval Mochické údolí v Peru.
Thumi is a ceremonial knife. As a Chimu legend says, on
the knife there is a winged deity in an anthropomorphous
shape, probably the King Naymlap. The culture of Chimu
is today classed in the period from the 11th to the 15th
centuries. Chimu people inhabited Mochica valley in
Peru.
