Expenses:
Accommodation, meals and travel expenses to and from
Prague will not be covered by TJ JM Chodov Praha.
(Accommodation, meals and travel expenses are the
responsibility of the participating clubs).

Organizators will inform you about hotel after your reservation.
Please send final accomodation reservation together with tournament’s
application till 14th April 2012!!!
Costs:
35 Euros per night/person (accommodation and
meals per 1 person for official delegation which
consists of 6 persons)
Extra person will pay 55 Euros per night/per
person (accommodation and meals).
Payment: cash after your arrival.
For night/days before official arrival (17.5.) and after
official departure (20.5.) is accomodation and meals 55
euros per person per night.
Possibility of transport:
Organizator offer transport from the airport (bus, train
station) to hotel (Chodov or Top) and back to airport (bus,
train station). Transport fee (charge) is 5 Euros for one
person (for both ways together).
Please send final request of transport together with tournament’s
application till 14th April 2012!!!
Entry fee:
10 Euros per one gymnast – payment at place after
your arrival
Please, send the official forms for routines via e-mail 1 copy for each
routine (main competition and final) of your gymnasts till 5th May 2012. Or
5 copies of form for each exercise (main competition and final) of your
gymnasts must be presented immediately after your arrival. Without these
forms, gymnasts won΄t be allowed to start at this tournament.

I. CATEGORY – PREJUNIORS - BORN 2001 AND YOUNGER
2 EXERCISES – exercise without apparatus and exercise with apparatus by
choice
D1 – max. 8 A – F, 4,8 points - maximum
D2 - 8 points – maximum RISK maximum 1x
A – 10 points, E – 10 points
II. CATEGORY - JUNIORS - BORN 1997 - 1999
UEG Junior Code of points
2 EXERCISES – HOOP and exercise with apparatus by choice
D1 - 10 A – J, 7 points - maximum
D2 - 10 points RISK minimum 2x
A – 10 points, E – 10 points
III. CATEGORY - SENIORS - BORN 1996 AND OLDER
FIG Senior Code: CLUBS and RIBBON
FINAL (6 gymnasts): HOOP and BALL
(marks for clubs and ribbon+ marks from final are counted together)
note: Extra ONE gymnast of Ideastav Chodov will take part in the final (if not
qualificated).
