Úvod
Tento letecký oběžník obsahuje informace pro letecké
provozovatele o zavedení nočních přímých tratí ve FIR
Praha a jejich popis, postupy pro plánování a provozní
postupy.

Cíl
1.
Introduction
This AIC contains information for Aircraft Operators on
introduction of Night Direct Routes within FIR Praha and
their description, planning and operational procedures.
2.
Objective
V souladu s European Network Improvement Plan
(ERNIP) a FAB CE (Functional Airspace Block Central
Europe) iniciativy létání po volných tratích, se ve FIR Praha
zavádí systém Night DCTs, který zajistí zlepšení kapacity a
efektivity provádení letů a snížení dopadů na životní
prostředí při zachování požadovaného stupně bezpečnosti.
In accordance with European Network Improvement Plan
(ERNIP) and FAB CE (Functional Airspace Block Central
Europe) free route initiative, a system of the Night DCTs
within FIR Praha will be introduced with aim to improve
capacity and effectivity and decrease enviromental impact
of of flight operations while ensuring the required level of
safety.
Systém Night DCTs je definován jako Krok 1 postupně
zaváděné koncepce vzdušného prostoru létání po volných
tratích ve FIR Praha (FRAPRA).
The system of Night DCTs has been defined as Phase 1 of
gradual implementation of the Free Route Airspace
Concept in FIR Praha (FRAPRA).

Flight Planning and operational procedures
Night DCTs ve FIR Praha jsou publikovány v SUP k AIP
ČR „Route Availability Document“ (RAD), Příloha 4 - DCT
Limits. Podrobnosti o DCT tratích jsou uvedeny v příloze
tohoto AIC.
Night DCTs within FIR Praha are published through SUP
AIP CR „Route Availability Document“ (RAD), Appendix 4 DCT Limits. Details of the DCT routes are included in
attachment of this AIC.
Využitelnost Night DCTs ve FIR Praha je od 2. května 2013
- UFN v časech od 2300 (2200) do 0500 (0400) UTC.
Vstupní a výstupní časy do/z systému DCT tratí musí být ve
výše uvedených časech.
Použitelné letové hladiny pro lety po Night DCTs jsou FL
165 (FL245 na DCT od BEPAS) - FL 660.
Availability of Night DCTs within FIR Praha is from
2MAY2013 - UFN from 2300 (2200) do 0500 (0400) UTC.
Flight level limitations for Night DCTs flights are FL165
(FL245 on DCTs from BEPAS) - FL 660. Entry and exit
times into/out the DCT routes system shall be within above
mentioned times.
Současný systém ATS tratí včetně CDR nočních tratí ve FIR
Praha zůstává využitelný tak, jak je publikováno v AIP ČR
v části ENR 3.3.
Current ATS Route Network, including Night CDR routes
within FIR Praha remain available as published in AIP CR,
part ENR 3.3.
