Principles of rotor design The DAX 10 range of air-cooled generators offers a real alternative to the hydrogen-cooled generator, offering simpler maintenance and operation as well as lower auxiliary costs, whilst maintaining project-specific output and efficiency requirements. Cooling methodology The DAX 10 range of air-cooled generators is versatile for a number of different applications and a variety of different environments, available to operate in a range of local environmental conditions. The DAX 10 range of air-cooled generators is fully compliant with the requirements of the relevant international standard specifications, including IEC and IEEE.
