Nové fólie od KERAFOLU
Tepelnì vodivá fólie typu SOFTTHERM bez obsahu silikonu AC 500
Fólie urèená pro aplikace, ve kterých by pøítomnost silikonu mohla zpùsobit problém nebo jako
alternativa za nìkteré varianty fólií SOFTTHERM.. Fólie má nízkou tvrdost definovanou na škále
Shore00 v rozmezí 60-75 a praktickou stlaèitelnotí a na cca 75% nominální tloušky. Fólie je navíc
mechanicky posílena pomocí sklenìných vláken. Novinka vstupuje na trh s tepelnou vodivostí 4,2
W/mK a elektrickou pevností 4 kV/mm. Aktuálnì dostupné tloušky materiálu u výrobce jsou 0,5 /
1,0 / 1,5 / 2,0 / 2,5 / 3,0 mm.
Tepelnì vodivá fólie se zmìnou skupenství PCM 115
Fólie která je vyrobena z materiálu podobného vosku. Pøi teplotách v rozmezí 54 - 60°C taje a mùe
tak vyplnit i ty nejmenší mezery. Novinka vstupuje na trh s tepelnou vodivostí 4,5 W/mK. Aktuálnì
dostupná tlouška materiálu u výrobce je 0,2 mm.
Tepelnì vodivá výplòová hmota GFL 3000
Dvouslokový teplenì vodivý silikonový elastomer tuhoucí pøi pokojové teplotì, schopný univerzálnì
vyplnit prostor mezi zdrojem tepla a chladièem nebo pouitelný jako tepelnì vodivé zapouzdøení.
Novinka vstupuje na trh s tepelnou vodivostí 3 W/mK a elektrickou pevností 20 kV/mm. Aktuálnì
dostupná balicí jednotka materiálu je 1kg plechovka obsahující obì dvì sloky.
