Information market
At the information market you will have the possibility to present the work of your organisation
and get to know other EMC members.
Language
The general language of the Conference and the Annual Meeting is English.
Fees
The participation fee for members of the European Music Council is 100,- Euros/ person,
for non-members 150,- Euros/person. The special participation fee of 100,- Euro can be
offered to two representatives per member organisation.
For youth participant (younger than 30), the participation fee is 75,- Euros per person, for young
people not representing an EMC member the fee is 100,- Euros.
In certain countries there are still high credit transfer costs. Participants from these countries may
pay the fee in cash in Euro, upon arrival.

On Thursday, 17 April 2008 the conference will start at 19:30 with a welcome evening organised
by the Working Group Youth and a musical reception by Gabriela Vermelho.
