Using the application gun, apply a sufficient amount of glue on the
wing (see figure) along the whole circumference. Make sure that
the glued surfaces are connected within 10 minutes of first applying the glue
(open time of the glue). Always use a new static mixer. Recommendation:
Store the glue at room temperature. Cold glue is difficult to force out and
needs to be warmed up to the application temperature of 20°C, however
up to maximum 25°C. Mounting, inspection of mounting precision and contamination are possible while the glue is exposed from the moment when it
is mixed. If possible, glue the door panel to the wing without glazing strips.
These strips are applied only after the glued connection fully hardens (at
least 12 hours)!

Lepené materiály rovnoměrně stlačte na tloušťku
vymezovací pásky. Dveřní výplň
obložte hliníkovými nebo dřevěnými opracovanými hranoly a zafixujte rovnoměrně stolařskými
svěrkami v počtu 10 – 12 ks/výplň.
Spoje ponechte fixovány min. 60 minut při teplotě min. 15 °C. Nesmí dojít
k nadměrnému stlačení lepených ploch. V případě chybného položení výplň
ihned demontujte a pomocí široké špachtle a kladívka odsekejte límec dveřní
výplně od křídla. Následně očistěte zbytky lepidla od křídla a postup nalepení
celý zopakujte.

Die zu klebende Materialien sind gleichmäßig auf die Dicke des Abstandstreifens zusammenzudrücken. Die Türfüllungen sind mit dem
bearbeiteten Aluminium- oder Holzbalken zu belegen und gleichmäßig mit
den Schraubzwingen in der Anzahl von 10 – 12 St./Füllung zu fixieren. Belassen Sie die Verbindungen minimal 8 Stunden bei einer Temperatur von
min. 15 °C fixiert. Es darf zu keinem übermäßigen Zusammendrücken der
Klebeflächen kommen. Im Falle der Fehlverlegung ist die Türfüllung sofort zu
demontieren und der Türfüllungssaum mit Hilfe eines breiten Spachtels und
eines Hammers vom Flügel abzumeißeln. Anschließend sind die Klebstoffreste vom Flügel zu reinigen und die Vorgehensweise des Klebens ist ganz neu
zu wiederholen.

Compress the glued components evenly to the thickness of the spacing tape. Surround the door panel with aluminium or wood blocks
and fix it evenly with glazier’s clamps (10-12 clamps per panel). Leave the
connection clamped for at least 8 hours at a temperature higher than 15°C.
There must be no excessive compression of the glued faces. In the case of incorrect placing, remove the panel immediately. Use a wide knife and a hammer to separate the edge of the panel from the door. Subsequently remove
the remaining putty from the wing and repeat the entire gluing procedure.

přesně změřte objednávanou tloušťku výplně ENTRY! Na
těsnění profilu volně položte tvrdou desku. Celková tloušťka výplně
pro objednávku je součtem tloušťky desky:

4 mm (lepící spára 0,5 mm, doleh na těsnění 0,5 mm a deska výplně 3 mm)
Materiály určené k lepení musí být před lepením uskladněny při teplotě

Before ordering the panel, measure exactly the ordered thickness of
the ENTRY panel! Place a hard board on the sealing of the section
part. The overall thickness of the panel to be ordered consists of the board
thickness:
(dimension b) + the space to the edge of the glued section part (dimension a)
+ additional 4mm (gluing gap 0.5mm, contact with the seal 0.5mm and filling
panel 3mm)
Materials intended for gluing must be stored before gluing at a minimum temperature of 15°C. Precision drilling of holes for fittings according to wing frame
is carried out by the customer.

Kontrola správného rozměru
výplně – vložením výplně do
křídla: Zkontrolujte rohy a přesvědčte
se, že křídlo rozměrově souhlasí s výplní. Kontrola šířky, výšky, hloubky a
otvorů pro kování: Kontrolu provádějte na křídle včetně zasklívacích lišt
a těsnění. Při kontrolním vložení nesmí být vzdálenost mezi límcem GFK desky a křídlem větší než 1 mm.

Prüfung der richtigen Abmessung der Türfüllung – durch das Einlegen
in den Flügel: Überprüfen Sie die Ecken und überzeugen Sie sich, dass
der Flügel in den Abmessungen mit der Türfüllung übereinstimmt.
Führen Sie die Kontrolle der Breite, Höhe, Tiefe und der Beschlaglöcher durch.
Die Kontrolle erfolgt am Flügel, einschließlich der Verglasungsleisten und der
Dichtung. Beim, der Kontrolle dienenden Einlegen darf der Abstand zwischen
dem GFK-Plattenrand und dem Flügel nicht größer als 1 mm sein.

Check the correct size of the panel – insert it into the wing. Check the
corners and make sure the wing dimensions agree with the panel.
Inspection of width, height, depth and openings for fittings. The inspection
is to be carried out on the wing, including glazing strips and sealing. When
checking the insertion, the distance between the collar of the GFK board and
the wing must not be greater than 1 mm.

Use a mineral wool bundle to provide deep mechanical cleaning in the
full length of the glued faces in the door panel as well as in the ledge
of the door opening.

prach a nečistoty.

Danach sind Verunreinigungen oder Staub sowohl vom
Flügel als auch von der Türfüllung
abzusaugen oder anderweitig zu entfernen.

from the wing.

Lepené plochy křídla i výplně ošetřete AKTIVATOREM a čistou papírovou nebo textilní
utěrkou. Pozor: AKTIVATOR nutno
aplikovat pouze jedním tahem a jedním směrem jak na křídle, tak i na
výplni). Takto ošetřený povrch nechejte odvětrat po dobu minimálně
10 min., maximálně však 1 hodinu při ochraně povrchu před prachem a znečištěním. Takto ošetřeného povrchu se již nedotýkejte.

Behandeln Sie die Klebeflächen sowohl des Flügels als auch der Türfüllung mit dem AKTIVATOR und einem sauberen Papier- oder Textiltuch. Vorsicht! Der AKTIVATOR ist sowohl auf dem Flügel als auch auf der
Türfüllung nur in einem Zug und in einer Richtung aufzutragen. Lassen Sie die
so behandelte Oberfläche minimal 10 Minuten, maximal jedoch 1 Stunde unter
Schutz der Oberfläche vor Staub und Verunreinigung ablüften. Berühren Sie
nicht mehr die so behandelte Oberfläche.

Treat the glued faces of the panel and wing with AKTIVATOR and
with a clean paper towel or textile cloth. Note that the AKTIVATOR
needs to be applied in a single stroke and in one direction both on the wing
and the panel. Allow the treated surface to ventilate for any period between
the minimum of 10 minutes and the maximum of 1 hour while protecting the
area from dust and dirt. Do not touch the surface treated in this way.

Pomocí aplikační pistole naneste na křídlo dostatečné množství lepidla (viz.obrázek) po celém obvodu. Dbejte na to, aby ke spojení
lepených ploch došlo do 10 minut od prvního nánosu lepidla (otevřený čas
lepidla). Statický mixér použijte
vždy nový.
Doporučení: lepidlo skladujte při
pokojové teplotě. Podchlazené lepidlo jde jen velmi obtížně vytlačit
a je třeba ho zahřát na aplikační teplotu cca. 20 °C, maximálně
však 25 °C.
Ustavení, kontrola přesnosti usazení a znečištění jsou možné v otevřeném čase od smíchání lepidla.
Dveřní výplň lepte na křídlo bez zasklívacích lišt, je-li to možné. Tyto zalištujeme až po úplném vytvrdnutí lepeného spoje (min. 12 hodin)!

Tragen Sie mittels der Anwendungspistole eine ausreichende Klebstoffmenge am ganzen Flügelumfang auf (siehe Abb.). Es ist darauf
zu achten, dass die Verbindung der Klebeflächen innerhalb von 10 Minuten
ab dem ersten Auftragen des Klebstoffes erfolgt (sog. offene Zeit des Klebstoffs). Es ist stets ein neuer statischer Mischer zu verwenden.
Empfehlung: Lagern Sie den Klebstoff bei Raumtemperatur. Unterkühlter
Klebstoff kann nur schwierig herausgedrückt werden, sodass er muss auf die
Anwendungstemperatur von ca. 20 °C, höchstens jedoch 25 °C, erwärmt
werden muss.
In der offenen Zeit nach dem Klebstoffmischen können die Ausrichtung und
die Kontrolle der Installationsgenauigkeit und der Verschmutzung erfolgen.
Kleben Sie die Türfüllung an den Flügel möglichst ohne Verglasungsleisten.
Diese werden erst nach dem vollständigen Aushärten der Klebeverbindung
(min. 12 Stunden) angebracht!
