Centre is designed for machining of window scantlings, leafs and frames and consists of three main parts:
- Tenoning Machine
Cross Cut Saw
electronically adjustated in two axis
Tenoning Unit
vertically pneumatically adjustable; pneumatically adjusted wooden counterfort "Konter Holz", automatic mode
tenoning cart - lineární valivé vedení; automatic motoric feed
lenght stop - digital, manually adjustable
- Moulding Machine
3 or 4 vertically and horizontally adjustable units - prestrained dovetailed guide
automatic mode
counterfort of the frame/left pressure fence with automatic mode
feed - frequency controled geared
cut-off the glazing edge - special aggregate
bottom or top grooving aggregate
- Return Track
complements tenoning and moulding machine together with transfer station to the full automatic complex.
Track consists of 2 trucks (conveyors) with driven rollers, horizontal chute and withdrawing station.
