Výroba pádel Profiplast prochází od založení roku 1990
nepřetržitým vývojem a za tu dobu se neustále přizpůsobuje přáním zákazníků a nově vznikajícím sportům.
Pro své výrobky používáme nejmodernější technologie.
A tak díky aktivně pádlujícím členům firmy a externím
spolupracovníkům, vyrábíme pádla špičkových parametrů. V současné kolekci nabízíme pádla pro turistiku, rafting, dračí lodě, sea kayaking, divokou vodu, freestyle,
SUP a rodeo v několika cenových kategoriích.
The production of Profiplast paddles has been seeing
continuous development since its establishment in
1990, and it has been continuously adapting to the customers’ requirements and to the newly emerging sports.
We use state-of-the-art technologies for our products.
And so we produce top-parameter paddles, thanks to
the actively paddling members of our company as well
as to external co-workers. We offer paddles for touring,
rafting, dragon boats, sea kayaking, whitewater, SUP,
freestyle and rodeo in several price categories in our
present assortment.
Die Herstellung der Profiplast-Paddel durchmacht seit
ihrer Gründung im Jahre 1990 eine ununterbrochene
Entwicklung, und während dieser Zeit passt sie sich
ständig den Kundenwünschen und den neu entstehenden Sportarten an. Für unsere Produkte verwenden wir
die modernste Technologie. Und so erzeugen wir, dank
den aktiv paddelnden Firmenmitgliedern und den externen Mitarbeitern, Paddel mit Spitzenparametern. Im
gegenwärtigen Sortiment bieten wir Paddel für Touren,
Rafting, Drachenschiffe, Sea Kayaking, Wildwasser, Freestyle und Rodeo in mehreren Preiskategorien an.

Jednoduchá, lehká, ale funkční pádla, listy jsou vyráběny vstřikováním termoplastu, jejich výsledná
tuhost je dána profilem listu, u pádel Slalom pak
integrovaným duralovým žebrem. Dříky této řady
jsou v provedení jedno, dvou či třídílném z vysoce
pevnostního duralu, v místě úchopu opatřené termoplastovým potahem.
Simple, light but functional paddles, the blades are
made by injection of thermoplastic, their resulting
stiffness is provided by the profile of the blade, and
by the integrated duraluminium rib in Slalom paddles. The shafts of this series are made in one-piece,
two-piece or two-piece models of highly solid duraluminium; they are fitted with thermoplastic coat
in the place of grip.

Blätter werden durch Thermoplast-Einspritzen hergestellt; ihre resultierende Steifigkeit wird durch

Robustní pádla pro zkušené jezdce, listy jsou vyráběny vstřikováním termoplastu s příměsí skleněných vláken. Jejich vysoká tuhost je zajištěna
masivním středovým žebrem. Dříky této řady jsou
v provedení jedno dvou či třídílné z vysoce pevnostního duralu, v místě úchopu opatřené termoplastovým potahem, nebo jedno či dvoudílné ze
skelného laminátu s integrovaným oválem z vláken prepregového materiálu, zajišťujícího optimální prosycení základního materiálu pryskyřicí
a tím dosažení maximální pevnosti při minimální
hmotnosti.

by massive central rib. The shafts of this series are

nové generace jsou vyrobeny z termoplastu s uhlíkovými vlákny a jsou výrazně vylehčeny dutým
žebrem. Žebro pádla s dvojím profilem navazující
na zesílení na konci listu zaručuje vysokou pevnost
a materiál s uhlíkovým vláknem velkou houževnatost a odolnost proti otěru. Nové tvary pádel jsou
velmi efektivní v záběru dopředu i vzad. Dříky
této řady jsou v provedení jednodílném z vysoce
pevnostního duralu, v místě úchopu opatřené
termoplastovým potahem, nebo z kombinace
skleněných, uhlíkových a kevlarových vláken s integrovaným oválem z prepregového materiálu, zajišťujícího optimální prosycení základního materiálu
pryskyřicí a tím dosažení maximální pevnosti při
minimální hmotnosti.

Technology. The blades of new generation paddles
are made of thermoplastic with carbon fibres and
markedly lightened by hollow rib. The paddle rib
with double cross section continuing the strengthened blade end guarantees high tenacity and
the material with carbon fibre provides for high
toughness and abrasion resistance. The new paddle shapes are very efficient in strokes both forward
and back. The shafts of this series are made in one-piece models of highly solid duraluminium, fitted
with thermoplastic coat in the place of grip; or they
are made of combination of glass, carbon and kevlar fibres with integrated oval made of fibres of
prepreg material, providing for optimum resin-penetration of the basic material to achieve maximum
tenacity at minimum weight.
