Lectures and Oral Communications
Location: Lecture Hall H1, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, University of

The official language of GTL2016 is English. The following time frames (including time for
questions and discussion) are allocated:

Plenary Lectures: 50 min

Invited Lectures: 30 min

Keynote Lectures: 30 min

Oral Communications: 20 min
Please help to keep our conference program on schedule by strictly staying within these time
limits.
The lecture hall is equipped with laptop computer and multimedia box running Windows 7 and
PowerPoint 2010 and higher (recommended presentation resolution 16:9 or 4:3). Our
GTL2016 team will gladly assist you with any technical questions regarding your presentation.
We encourage you to deliver your presentation files on a USB memory stick at the latest
during the break preceding the presentation, so you got the chance to test your presentation
under the local hard- and software conditions. In case you would like to use your personal
computer, please make sure to take additional time to test it on site.
With respect to the authorship of all presentations, use of any audio/visual recording devices
is strictly prohibited!
Poster Presentations
18:00 - 20:00 Monday, August 29
Location: Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, University of Pardubice,
náměstí Čs. legií 565, 530 02 Pardubice
Mounting of posters will be possible on Monday from 8:00 to 17:00. Our GTL2016 team will
help you find your designated poster spot and will provide mounting material as well as
assistance. We kindly ask you to be available for discussion of your presented work from 18:00
to 20:00. Please remove your poster at the end of the poster session!
Refreshment will be served during the Poster Session.
Wi-Fi/PC room
Complimentary Wi-Fi connection and computers with internet connection in the separate
PC room will be offered to you at the GTL2016 conference site.

Welcome Reception

Attendees of the GTL2016 will be warmly welcomed and entertained at the Pardubice
Chateau.
Refreshment will be served during the Welcome Reception.
Conference Trip
13:30 - 21:30 Wednesday, August 31
Location: Kutná Hora - UNESCO world heritage site
Departure: 13:30 from the main entrance of the conference venue
Members of the GTL2016 team will guide you to the buses which will take you to Kutná Hora
where a guided tour to the Church of Saint Barbara, the Charnel House and the Cathedral of
Assumption of Our Lady and Saint John the Baptist, town center and Italian Court is planned.
Small snack will be offered on board and the Conference trip will conclude with a dinner.

Location: Kunětická hora Castle
Shuttle buses for the "Medieval Feast" will depart from the main entrance of the conference
venue at 18:30.
