registration.
LANGUAGE
The official language of this conference is English.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE
120 EURO/person, if paid on or before August 26, 2005 and 140 EURO/person, if paid after this date or
on-site payment. The fee includes proceedings, accommodation (2 nights – Monday, Tuesday), meals,
excursion and evening welcome party.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONTRIBUTING AUTHORS
PAPER
1. paper in English should be submitted to the address: [email protected]
as a Microsoft (MS) Word document
2. keywords and short abstract (up tu 10 lines) should be included
3. manuscript should not contain any head-note, nor foot-note and pagination
4. do not use the hard break of page
5. text should be typed on standard A4 format leaving a 2.5 cm margins (in all directions)
6. text characters should be in Arial-type at font size 10, tables and references characters in
Arial-type at font size 8
7. text lines should be in single spacing and justified
8. tables and figures should be included in the text
9. numbers and titles of tables should be given at the head of figures
10. numbers and titles of figures have be given at the bottom of figures
11. any explanation essential to the understanding of the tables or figures should be given as
a footnote at the bottom of the tables or figures
12. all figures will be printed in black and white colours
13. at the bottom of the paper manuscript, the following contact information should be given:
author ś name, surname and titles, e-mail address, phone number and address
14. manuscript should not exceed 10 pages
15. deadline for paper submission is July 8, 2005
POSTER
1. poster abstract (for publication in proceedings) should contain the poster title, author ś
name and keywords
2. poster abstract should not exceed 1 page
