safety, through non-invasive solutions.
BRIKO CERAMICAPROTEK™
BRIKO LED SYSTEM
CeramicaProtek™ is the latest creation developed by Briko; it involves
the laser application of ceramic protection in bike clothings - perfectly
integrated with the fabric, mapping areas subject to damage in case
of a fall. Comparative tests between CeramicaProtek™ and a typical
industry-standard material, show unbelievable results in the event of a fall
on tarmac. Briko’s protective material resists, while the standard fabric
rips, leaving the skin exposed to painful injuries. Thin, lightweight and
unencumbering, Briko’s CeramicaProtek™ does not impede movement
and allows for maximum freedom.
- Detachable red led lighting system with
battery included is the ultimate solution for
Briko to guarantee your safety on the road.
- The light can be both flashing or standing
activated by a press button.
- The battery lasts up to 30 hours continuosly
and can be changed after energy run up
and it’s a common CR2032.
- Battery and light are protected by a
bag that can be taken out easily before
washing the garment.

Naked pad outside
Briko Naked Pad is a new and exclusive pad, representing an incredible innovation in the world of cycling, developed and designed
by Briko to provide maximum riding comfort and performance.
It is the product of four key objectives:
1 - Maximum shock absorbance while pedalling;
2 - Maintaining sensitivity of buttocks on saddle to ensure optimal bicycle control;
3 - Hygiene and breathability hypo-allergenic and odour-block;
4 - Product durability.
The above translated into a unique construction technology:
•Exclusive “INSIDEOUT” application on the pants.
The padding is 50% inside and 50% outside the pants, making the pad more ergonomic and ensuring unique adherence
between the inner thigh and the fabric.
The result is maximum reduction in the risk of irritation due to rubbing.
•Materials used: Cordura®, 2DRY, Silicon Gel Injection.
The pad’s internal covering is laser-bonded and seamless, except to allow the use of a different material to ensure pants
durability:
1) the Naked Pad is externally covered with Cordura®.
Cordura® makes the pad highly-resistant (comparable only to nylon but with the comfort of cotton), light and breathable.
Materials are subjected to hydrophilic and antibacterial treatments. The hydrophilic treatment promotes the expansion and
dispersion of humidity towards the outside, leaving the body feeling fresh.
2) 2DRY is a highly-technological material, offering maximum comfort. It dries
very quickly, promoting the expansion and dispersion of humidity towards the
outside, leaving the body feeling pleasantly fresh.
3) Silicon Gel Injection: insert made by injection moulding (and not die-cutting)
to ensure ventilation holes remain open. The microbore silicone inserts
are placed in the two rear half-moon pockets, where weight concentrates.
•Polygiene® is an active odour control technology using silver salts: a highlyeffective natural antibacterial agent capable of eliminating the bacteria found
on the surface of the fabric. Polygiene® is safe in contact with the skin and is
environmentally friendly.
•Shape: perfect compatibility with all the latest bicycle saddles: provides padding
where needed while allowing to evacuate heat.
This pad is certified to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, guaranteeing optimal levels of
quality and safety.

The evolution of the Comfort pad. Made with
antibacterial and super-absorbent Coolmax® fabric,
it is able to ensure maximum hygiene standards
even after many wash cycles. The Comfort Tour
Pad has been modified in padding thickness and
choice of fabric to offer improved comfort and
adherence. The differentiated thickness areas
ensure a perfect fit for both the male and female
bodies.

BRIKO COMFORT TOUR PAD
COMFORT TOUR PAD is used in B.B.B., KLUB and
SPARKLING series.
The human body contains 2.6 million cells which produce 1
litre of sweat per hour during physical exercise. Unpleasant
body odour is caused by the skin’s natural secretions and
especially by the following proliferation of bacteria.
Polygiene® is used in all PADS
BRIKO uses Polygiene®, an active odour-control block
technology based on silver salts - which are extremely
effective natural antibacterial agents - to eliminate the
bacteria present on the surface of the fabric, while
maintaining the natural level of bacteria on the skin.
The treatment applied to BRIKO garments keeps colours
unaltered and lasts as long as the garment itself, use after
use, wash after wash.
Polygiene® is safe on the skin and is environmentally friendly.
