PROFILE
The company TRANSCON ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS is a
private independent company, established in 1990.
The company has its own development of hardware
and software, prototype workshops, production
workshops, servicing department and transport.
Development, manufacturing and servicing of
equipment is certified in accordance with the quality
control system ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009.
The company TRANSCON is specialized on electronic
and electrical equipment for airports.

Within the frame of assembly works we
moreover offer the following
! cabling and transformers for airport signal lights
! meteorological equipment
! transceivers for voice radio communication
between airport and air-planes
! standby power supply sources (diesel generator
sets and UPS)
More than 200 military and civil airports and heliports
in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Russian
Federation, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Egypt and
Latin America have been equipped with products of
the company TRANSCON. Equipment is certified in
compliance with ICAO, FAA and MAK. All equipment is
designed on the basis of the state-of-the-art
components.
All documentation, voice outputs and descriptions are
in the user's language. The company TRANSCON
offers training of specialists for servicing or possible
assemblies in the user's country. The supplied systems
are modular, so it is possible to complete and extend
them gradually.
The company TRANSCON therefore offers “a turnkey”
equipment for the airports, i.e. project, development,
production, installation, training and non-stop
servicing. We offer still before conclusion of a contract
consultation directly at the customer's airport, in the
course of realization preparation of demo version and
we prepare the final version only after its approval by
the customer.

The TRANSCON provides for its products a

Servicing intervention at the customer
24 hour non-stop servicing
At the moment when the customer orders (by phone,
in person, by fax, etc,) repair (servicing intervention),
the project manager draws out a servicing record.
After entering of the servicing intervention into the
system the project manager evaluates character of
the required servicing activity (software or hardware
problem) and on the basis of the failure character
hands over a request for servicing intervention to the
respective department, which will tackle the problem.

2 YEAR GUARANTEE
We grant a 24 month standard guarantee for all
products of our company. Upon the customer's wish it
is possible to arrange individual guarantees for the
order.

Servicing interventions are divided to guarantee and
after-guarantee interventions. After-guarantee
interventions has to be paid for.

Servicing intervention in TRANSCON
Servicing intervention the servicing center is made in
case that it is impossible to make repair at the
customer's site. Project manager after advice of
failure by the customer evaluates character of the
failure and in case that it is impossible to complete
repair at the customer's site (seriousness of failure,
distance, etc.) the defective component is transported
(sent) to Transcon for repair.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes
that would lead to improvement of technical and
service properties of the equipment, which are not in
conflict with basic technical properties of the
equipment. Data in the text of this catalog therefore
need not to be fully identical with the supplied
equipment. All manufacturer's rights are reserved.
