MESING je ryze česká firma specializovaná na konstrukci a výrobu délkové měřicí
techniky pro strojírenství s kolektivem majícím v tomto oboru dlouholetou tradici.
MESING ist eine rein tschechische Firma, die spezialisiert ist auf die
Konstruktion und Fertigung von Lehren, Geräten und Vorrichtungen der
Längenmesstechnik für den Maschinenbau; ihre Belegschaft hat auf
diesem Gebiet langjährige Erfahrung.
Hlavní náplní jsou zakázková měřicí zařízení podle specifických požadavků
zákazníka, jakými jsou dílenská i laboratorní měřidla a přístroje, kontrolní stanice
a třídicí automaty. Samozřejmostí jsou systémy na bázi SPC, případně se zpětnou
vazbou na obráběcí stroj.
MESING působí i v oblasti měřicí techniky s širším rozsahem použití a je předním
dodavatelem kalibračních měřidel v České republice (měřidlo koncových měrek,
válcových a třmenových kalibrů, nástavných kroužků, číselníkových úchylkoměrů
atd.). Do této oblasti měřicí techniky patří i různé typy stojánků.
MESING je též monopolním výrobcem indukčnostních délkových snímačů v České
republice a zaměřuje se hlavně na snímače pro zakázková víceparametrická
měřidla. Širší použití mají i různá průměrová měřidla, měřidla kuželovitosti, sražení
hran atd.
Tradičním programem MESING jsou měřidla úchylek kruhovitosti, určená pro měření součástí přímo na obráběcím stroji, ale i různá měřidla úchylek tvaru a polohy.
K novějším programům patří konstrukce a výroba měřicích doteků s rubínovými,
keramickými, tvrdokovovými i ocelovými funkčními plochami, ale i speciálních
zakázkových měřidel deformace a silových parametrů pryžových a plastových
vzorků.
MESING provádí i modernizaci různých starších měřidel a přístrojů a poskytuje
poradenskou službu v oblasti optimalizace použití délkových měřicích metod a koncepce měřicích zařízení.

Das Hauptprogramm der Firma MESING bilden Messgeräte nach
spezifischen Kundenwünschen, d. h. Werkstatt- und Labormessgeräte,
Kontrollstationen und Sortierautomaten. Selbstverständlich können die
Systeme auf der Basis von SPC - Programmen arbeiten und, wenn
gewünscht, eventuell mit der Rückkoppelung zur Bearbeitungsmaschine.
MESING ist auch tätig auf dem Gebiet der Messtechik in allgemeineren
Anwendungsbereichen und führender Lieferant von Kalibrationsmessgeräten in der
Tschechischen Republik (Endmassmessgeräte, Rollen- und Rachenlehren, Einsatzringe,
Messuhren usw.). Zu diesem Gebiet der Messtechnik gehören auch verschiedene
Messgeräte in Ständerbauweise.
MESING ist ebenso Monopolhersteller von Induktionslängenmesstastern in der
Tschechischen Republik, wobei sie sich vor allem spezialisiert auf Taster für mehrparametrische Messgeräte nach Kundenwunsch.
Breite Verwendung finden auch verschiedene Messgeräte für die Messung der Abweichungen von Form und Lage.
Zu den neueren Programmen gehören die Konstruktion und Fertigung von Messeinsätzen mit Rubin-, Keramik-, Hartmetall- und
Stahlfunktionsflächen und die Fertigung von speziellen Messgeräten nach Kundenwunsch für die Messung der Deformation und
Kraftparameter von Gummi- und Kunststoffmustern.
MESING führt auch Modernisierung von verschiedenen älteren
Messgeräten durch und bietet Beratungsdienste an für die
Optimierung von bereits im Betrieb verwendeten Längenmessmethoden und für die Konzeption der Messanlagen.

PROFILE OF THE COMPANY
MESING is a company within the Czech republic specialising in the design and manufacture of length
measuring devices for the engineering industry. Our team of
specialists have many years experience in the measurement field.
The main products of MESING are measuring gauges designed and manufactured according
to customers specifications. These high quality instruments are used in applications within the
laboratory, workshops, in checking stations and automatic sorting machines.
The SPC based systems or systems with the feedback to the metal working machine are delivered
as a standard.
MESING works in the field of measuring devices with the wide range of application and is the leading
supplier of calibrating gauges in the Czech republic (measuring check gauges, snap gauges, roll
gauges, lengthening rings, dial indicators etc.). Different types of the stand are also available for use
with this range of measuring devices.
MESING is also the exclusive manufacturer of inductive length transducers in the Czech republic and
concentrates mainly on the transducers for multi-point measuring gauges built to order. The wide
application area have also different measuring gauges of diameter, measuring gauges of taper ratio,
of bevelling etc.
Measuring gauges for the evaluation of roundness form the traditional part of the programme
of MESING. These gauges are intended for use directly on the metal turning machine; other gauges
are used for the measurement of shape deviation and position.
Among the newest additions to our programme is the construction and manufacturing of measuring
contacts using materials for functional surfaces such as ruby, ceramic, hard metal and steel, also special
gauges for the measurement of parameters for deformation and force of rubber and plastic samples.
MESING also offers an upgrading and modernising service for various older measuring gauges and
devices. The company also provides a consultancy service in the application and use of length
measuring methods and conception of measuring devices.
