EN Most top European teams feature a cosmopolitan
mix of players of different origins, backgrounds and
religions. We are all very proud of the diversity within
our teams – it is one of the great strengths of European
competitions. Every top footballer would agree on how
important it is to have team-mates you can rely on,
that are capable of playing that key pass, winning
a vital tackle and finding holes in the opposition’s
defence. The origin of your team-mates doesn’t come
into it. Football is a universal language.
UEFA has always been absolutely clear in its stance: there is no place for
racism or violence. For years we have been campaigning actively for
tolerance and respect in football. Our action weeks against racism are a great
success, as are the excellent projects organised by the national and regional
associations. Our RESPECT campaign which started in 2008 received a very
positive feedback of the fans, players, clubs and the FAs.
It is very important to us to get children and young people to champion
respect and tolerance. Youngsters know nothing of racism. They are open to
and fascinated by other cultures and playing with children of different origins.
This is why UEFA supports initiatives such as the German-Czech football
school, which promotes cross-border understanding. We welcome international football events such as the Mini Euro. Here, between the tournament
sites Frantiskovy Lazne and Rehau, fell the Iron Curtain in 1989. The Iron
Curtain had split Europe for more than 40 years into East and West. Today, two
decades later, the Mini Euro sends out a strong signal for peace, tolerance and
respect. Promising teams from all over Europe compete on the pitch, gather
unique intercultural experiences and make friendships that extend across
national boundaries. UEFA is delighted to be again partner of this special
intercultural tournament. We would like to thank all those who have helped
make this special tournament a success and hope that all the children and
supporters enjoy an exciting time in the spirit of fair play and respect.
DE Die meisten europäischen Spitzenmannschaften bestehen aus einer
kosmopolitischen Mischung aus Sportlern unterschiedlicher Abstammung,
Herkunft und Religion. Wir alle sind stolz auf die Vielfalt in unseren Teams,
sie ist eine der Stärken der europäischen Wettbewerbe. Jeder Spitzenfussballer wird zustimmen, dass es wichtig ist, Mannschaftskameraden zu haben,
auf die man sich verlassen kann, die in der Lage sind, den entscheidenden
Pass zu spielen, einen wichtigen Zweikampf zu gewinnen und die Lücke in der
Abwehr des Gegners zu finden. Die Herkunft der Mannschaftskameraden
spielt dabei keine Rolle. Denn Fussball ist eine universelle Sprache.
Die UEFA war in ihrer Haltung stets unmissverständlich: Rassismus und Gewalt
dürfen keine Chance haben. Seit Jahren engagieren wir uns aktiv für Toleranz
und Respekt im Fussball. Unsere Aktionswochen gegen Rassismus sind ein
grosser Erfolg, ebenso wie die hervorragenden Projekte der nationalen und
regionalen Verbände. Auch unsere 2008 angelaufene Respekt-Kampagne
findet grosse Resonanz bei den Fans, Spielern, Vereinen und Verbänden.
Die UEFA befürwortet deshalb Initiativen wie die Deutsch-Tschechische
Fussballschule, die sich für die grenzüberschreitende Verständigung einsetzt.
Wir begrüssen internationale Fussballfeste wie die Mini Euro. Im Jahr 1989
fiel hier, zwischen Frantiskovy Lazne und Rehau, den beiden Turnierorten, der
Eiserne Vorhang. Er hatte Europa über 40 Jahre in Ost und West gespalten.
Heute, zwei Jahrzehnte später, setzt die Mini Euro ein deutliches Signal für
Frieden, Toleranz und Respekt. Hochkarätige Vereine aus ganz Europa
messen sich sportlich miteinander, sammeln einmalige kulturelle
Erfahrungen und schliessen Freundschaften über Grenzen. Gerne ist die UEFA
wieder Partner dieses besonderen interkulturellen Turniers. Wir bedanken
uns bei allen, die zum Gelingen der Mini Euro beigetragen haben und
wünschen allen Kindern und Fans erlebnisreiche Tage im Sinne des Fairplays
und des Respekts.
CZ Kádr většiny špičkových evropských mužstev se skládá z kosmopolitní
směsice sportovců nejrůznějšího původu a náboženství. My všichni jsme hrdí
na rozmanitost v našich týmech, která je jednou ze silných stránek
evropských soutěží. Každý špičkový fotbalista se mnou bude souhlasit, že je
důležité mít v mužstvu kamarády, na které se člověk může spolehnout, kteří
jsou schopni dát rozhodující přihrávku, vyhrát důležitý osobní souboj a nalézt
skupinu v soupeřově obraně. Původ kamarádů v týmu přitom nehraje žádnou
roli. Řeč fotbalu je totiž univerzálně srozumitelný jazyk.
Také UEFA byla ve svých postojích vždy naprosto srozumitelná: Rasismus
a násilí nesmí mít žádnou šanci. Již léta se aktivně zasazujeme o toleranci
a respekt ve fotbalu. Naše akční týdny proti rasismu mají velký úspěch, stejně
tak skvělé projekty realizované národními a regionálními svazy.Také naše
kampaň pod názvem „Respekt“, spuštěná v roce 2008, se setkává s velkou
odezvou u fanoušků, hráčů, klubů i fotbalových svazů.
Obzvláště důležité je pro nás to, abychom pro větší míru respektu a tolerance
nadchli již děti a mládež. Našim nejmladším je rasismus cizí. Jsou otevření
a zvědavě vyhlížejí vstříc setkávání s jinými kulturami, fotbalovým kláním
s lidmi jiného původu.
UEFA proto podporuje iniciativy, jako je Česko-německá fotbalová škola,
která se zasazuje o přeshraniční porozumění. Vítáme mezinárodní svátky
fotbalu, jako je „Minimistrovství Evropy“. V roce 1989 na tomto místě, mezi
Františkovými Lázněmi a Rehau, oběma místy konání turnaje, padla železná
opona. Tato bariéra více než 40 let rozdělovala Evropu na Východ a Západ.
Dnes, o dvě desetiletí později, dává Mini Euro jasný signál ve znamení míru,
tolerance a respektu. Prestižní kluby z celé Evropy se spolu vzájemně
sportovně poměřují, sbírají jedinečné kulturní zkušenosti a uzavírají
přátelství, která ignorují hranice mezi státy. UEFA je ráda, že může být opět
partnerem tohoto mimořádného mezikulturního turnaje. Chtěli bychom
poděkovat všem, kteří přispěli ke zdaru MINI-EURA, a přejeme všem dětem
a fanouškům dny plné zážitků v duchu fairplay a vzájemného respektu.

DE „Gegen Rassismus und Gewalt“, unter diesem
Motto hat die Deutsch-Tschechische Fußballschule
auch in diesem Jahr wieder 14 europäische
Spitzenteams an den ehemaligen Eisernen Vorhang
geholt – von Manchester United bis ZSKA Moskau, vom
AC Milan bis Ajax Amsterdam. Dazu möchte ich im
Namen des DFB alle Spieler, Trainer und Fußballfreunde
herzlich willkommen heißen.
Die MINI EURO beweist eindrucksvoll, dass Fußball
mehr ist als ein 1:0. Sie setzt ein Zeichen für Fairness und Toleranz, demonstriert
Engagement für ein friedliches Miteinander auf und neben dem Platz, unabhängig
von Sprache, Kultur und Nationalität. Diese Werte im Fußball fördert auch der DFB
seit Jahren durch zahlreiche Programme und Projekte. Gute Beispiele sind die
Aktion „Fair ist mehr“ zur Gewaltprävention oder die jährliche Verleihung des
Integrationspreises. Fußball ist kein Allheilmittel, aber er baut Brücken und bietet
die Möglichkeit zur Zusammengehörigkeit und Zugehörigkeit.
Daher begrüßt der DFB Aktionen wie die MINI EURO und würdigt die
interkulturelle Arbeit der Deutsch-Tschechischen Fußballschule, die seit Jahren
einen wertvollen Beitrag im Dialog zwischen Ost und West leistet und schon die
Kleinsten erfolgreich auf ihrem Weg ins neue Europa begleitet.
Im Namen des DFB wünsche ich allen Aktiven und Zuschauern der diesjährigen
MINI EURO ein buntes, fröhliches Fußballfest mit vielen spannenden und fairen
Spielen!
EN „Against Racism and Violence“ is again the motto of this year’s MINI EURO
of the Czecho-German Football School. 14 European top teams have come to
where was once the Iron Curtain – from Manchester United to Lokomotiv
Moscow, from AC Milan to Ajax Amsterdam. To this special event I would like to
welcome all players, staff and fans in the name of the German FA.
The MINI EURO is an impressive example that football can be more than a simple
1:0. The tournament sends out a signal for fairness and tolerance, it demonstrates
the will that people unite in peace on the pitch and beyond, regardless to their
origin, language and culture. The German FA has been supporting these values for
years through many programmes and projects. A good example is the project “Fair
ist mehr” to prevent violence or the annual “Integrationspreis”, an award for
integration through football. Football may not be the universal remedy, but
football may build bridges and give the chance to unite.
For this reason the German FA welcomes events as the MINI EURO and appreciates
the intercultural work of the Czecho-German Football School. This project has
further encouraged the dialogue between East and West in the last few years and
is leading our youngsters into the new Europe.
In the name of the German FA I wish all players, coaches and fans a playful and
MINI EURO with many exciting and fair games.

CZ „Proti rasismu a násilí“ – pod tímto heslem Česko-německá fotbalová škola
i v tomto roce do blízkosti bývalé železné opony opět sezvala 14 špičkových
evropských týmů – od Manchesteru United po Lokomotiv Moskva, od AC Milán po
Ajax Amsterdam. Rád bych jménem Německého fotbalového svazu DFB srdečně
přivítal všechny hráče, trenéry a milovníky fotbalu při zahájení celého turnaje.
Minimistrovství Evropy neboli MINI EURO přesvědčivým způsobem dokazuje, že
fotbal je více než 1:0. Tento turnaj se nese ve znamení férové hry a tolerance,
demonstruje angažovanost ve prospěch mírového soužití na hřišti a mimo hřiště,
bez ohledu na jazyk, kulturu a národnost. Také DFB již mnoho let podporuje tyto
hodnoty ve fotbale prostřednictvím celé řady programů a projektů. Dobrými
příklady jsou akce „Být fér znamená víc“ zaměřená na prevenci násilí nebo
každoroční udělování ceny za integraci. Fotbal není žádný všelék, pomáhá však
budovat mosty mezi lidmi a nabízí možnost pocitu sounáležitosti a soudržnosti.
Z tohoto důvodu DFB vítá akce, jako je MINI EURO, a oceňuje mezikulturní práci
Česko-německé fotbalové školy, která již řadu let cenným způsobem přispívá
k dialogu mezi Východem a Západem a od nejútlejšího věku úspěšně doprovází
děti na jejich cestě do nové Evropy.
Jménem DFB přeji všem aktivním účastníkům i divákům letošního MINI EURA
barvitý, veselý fotbalový svátek s mnoha napínavými zápasy vedenými v duchu
fairplay!

DE Im Namen des Bayerischen Fußball-Verbandes
(BFV) begrüße ich Sie sehr herzlich zur Mini Euro
2009 der DTFS! Durch die unermüdliche Arbeit
vieler ehrenamtlicher Helfer können wir in diesem
Jahr bereits zum 6. Mal ein grenzübergreifendes
Fußballfest zusammen feiern. Dieses Turnier ist mit
hochkarätigen Spitzenteams aus ganz Europa
besetzt und stellt eine international beachtenswerte Talentschau dar. Besonders freue ich mich
darüber, dass die diesjährige Mini Euro erneut unter
dem Motto „Gegen Rassismus und Gewalt“ durchgeführt wird. Es gibt keinen
besseren Slogan für diesen grenzüberschreitenden Wettkampf.
„Fußball ist mehr als ein 1:0“, so hat es der langjährige DFB-Präsident Egidius
Braun formuliert. Im Fußball zählen vor allem Teamgeist und Fairplay Hautfarbe, Sprache oder die soziale Schicht sind keine trennenden Elemente.
Die schönen Erinnerungen an internationale Freunde und ein kameradschaftliches Miteinander in diesen Turniertagen helfen hoffentlich, Rassismus oder
Gewaltbereitschaft bei den teilnehmenden Jugendlichen gar nicht erst
entstehen zu lassen.
Die Austragung des Turniers, beiderseits in Tschechien und Deutschland,
bietet allen Gästen reizvolle Begegnungen, um europaweit Kontakte zu
knüpfen, neue Freundschaften zu schließen und eventuelle Vorurteile
abzubauen. Unter diesen Vorzeichen haben auch der BFV und der
Tschechische FV 2007 eine Kooperation vertraglich besiegelt, die auf breiter
Basis mit Leben erfüllt wird. Zu den jüngsten Höhepunkten gehören zweifelsohne zwei Spiele der bayerischen U16-Junioren gegen die U16-Nationalmannschaft Tschechiens, das internationale Frauen-Futsalturnier des BFV in
Maxhütte-Haidhof sowie ein Gemeinschaftslehrgang der U17-Juniorinnen
mit dem tschechischen U18-Nationalteam. In der Hinrunde der Saison
2008/2009 fand erstmals auch zwischen der Bayernliga und der
3. Tschechischen Liga ein Schiedsrichteraustausch statt. Nach der sehr
gelungenen Veranstaltung im letzten Jahr hat der BFV gerne erneut
gemeinsam mit dem Tschechischen Fußball-Verband und der UEFA die
Schirmherrschaft für die Mini Euro 2009 übernommen. Zum guten Gelingen
stellen wir auch in diesem Jahr qualifizierte Schiedsrichter und erstklassige
Bälle zur Verfügung. Freuen wir uns also gemeinsam auf ein hochklassiges
Turnier mit spannenden und fairen Spielen!
EN I would like to welcome you in the name of the Bavarian FA to the Mini
Euro 2009 of the Czecho-German Football School. Thanks to the hard work of
many volunteers we can again celebrate a great cross-border football festival
this year. This tournament is featuring top-class teams from all over Europe
and marks an impressive talent exhibition. I am especially delighted that the
Mini Euro again has the motto “Against Racism and Violence”. There is no
better motto for this cross-border competition.
“Football is more than a 1:0”, said the former president of the German FA
Egidius Braun. Team spirit and good skills are most important in football –
skin colour, language or social background are no dividing elements. The
fond memories of international friends and of the uniting spirit of this
tournament will hopefully help that our youngsters never think about racism
and violence.

The tournament takes place in the Czech Republic and Germany and will
offer all guests the chance of meeting people from all over Europe, to make
new friends and to dismantle stereotypes. This was also the reason why the
Bavarian and the Czech FA agreed on official co-operation on a broad basis:
Recent highlights were 2 international caps with the Czech and the Bavarian
U16s, an international women futsal tournament in Maxhütte-Haidhof and
joint seminar of the U17s women team with the Czech U18s national
women team. In winter 2008/2009 there was an exchange of referees
between the Bavarian amateur division and the Czech 3rd division. After the
excellent Mini Euro in the last year, the Bavarian FA is very glad to be the
patron of the Mini Euro 2009 in close co-operation with the Czech FA and
UEFA. Our contribution to the success of this event will be qualified referees
and first-class balls for the games. Let us look forward to exciting moments
and fair games.
CZ Jménem Bavorského fotbalového svazu (BFV) Vás velmi srdečně vítám
na turnaji Mini Euro 2009 pořádaném ČNFŠ! Díky neúnavné práci mnoha
neplacených funkcionářů a pomocníků můžeme v letošním roce již po
6. společně oslavit přeshraniční fotbalový svátek. Tento turnaj je obsazen
nejprestižnějšími špičkovými týmy z celé Evropy a představuje pozoruhodnou
mezinárodní přehlídku talentů. Zvláště velkou radost mám z toho, že letošní
ročník Mini Euro je opět pořádán pod heslem „Proti rasismu a násilí“.
Neexistuje lepší slogan pro toto přeshraniční sportovní klání.
„Fotbal je více než jen 1:0“, jak to zformuloval dlouholetý předseda Německého fotbalového svazu Egidius Braun. Ve fotbale se vedle snahy o úspěch
poháněné ambicemi počítá především týmový duch a hra v duchu fairplay –
barva pleti, jazyk nebo sociální původ nepředstavují žádné rozdělující prvky.
Krásné vzpomínky na přátele ze zahraničí a kamarádské soužití během
těchto dní, doufejme, napomohou tomu, aby negativní jevy jako rasismus
nebo sklon k násilí v zúčastněných mladých lidech vůbec nezačaly klíčit.
Průběh turnaje, který proběhne na obou stranách hranice, v Česku
i Německu, přináší všem hostům řadu podnětných setkání, umožňujících
navázat kontakty po celé Evropě, vytvořit si nová přátelství a odstranit
eventuální předsudky. Ve znamení těchto cílů také Bavorský a Českomoravský fotbalový svaz v roce 2007 smluvně stvrdily vzájemnou spolupráci,
která je na širokém základě naplňována konkrétními kroky. K nejnovějším
vrcholům spolupráce bezpochyby náleží dva zápasy bavorského mládežnického výběru do 16 let proti reprezentačnímu výběru Česka do 16 let,
mezinárodní turnaj žen ve futsalu pod hlavičkou BFV v Maxhüte-Haidhofu,
jakož i společný kurz juniorek do 17 let s českou reprezentací do 18 let.
V rámci odvetných zápasů v sezóně 2008/2009 také poprvé proběhla výměna
rozhodčích mezi bavorskou ligou a 3. českou ligou. Po velmi zdařilém
průběhu turnaje v loňském roce BFV společně s Českomoravským fotbalovým
svazem a UEFA opět rád převzal záštitu nad Mini Euro 2009. Pro zdar akce
dáváme také letos k dispozici kvalifikované rozhodčí a prvotřídní míče. Těšme
se tedy společně na vynikající turnaj s napínavými a férově vedenými zápasy!

CZ Je pro mne velikým potěšením sledovat vývoj
turnaje, který svým rozměrem přesahuje více než
hranice dvou států. Minimistrovství Evropy není jen
měřením sil týmů z celého kontinentu, ale hlavně
velkou oslavou fotbalu. Mladí fotbalisté během
turnaje získávají další zkušenosti nejen na hřišti, ale
i při dalších aktivitách, které k turnaji patří. To jim
umožní rozvoj všech jejich schopnosti a dovedností,
ale napomůže i formovat jejich osobnost. A v rozvoji
osobnosti v přátelské atmosféře a při soubojích
vedených duchu fair-play vidím hlavní přínos tohoto turnaje. A je jedno, zda
z chlapců v budoucnu vyrostou profesionální fotbalisté nebo fotbal zůstane
pouze koníčkem, který je bude provázet ve volných chvílích.
Všem účastníkům přeji krásné chvíle prožité na hřišti i mimo něj.
DE Es ist eine große Freude für mich, die Entwicklung eines Turniers zu
verfolgen, das in seinem Umfang die Grenze von mehr als zwei Staaten
überschreitet. Die Mini Euro ist nicht nur ein Kräftemessen von
Mannschaften aus ganz Europa, sondern vor allem ein großes Fußballfest.
Die jungen Fußballer sammeln im Laufe des Turniers neue Erfahrungen, nicht
nur auf dem Platz, sondern auch bei den Rahmenaktivitäten, die zum Turnier
gehören. Das ermöglicht ihnen die Weiterentwicklung ihrer Fähigkeiten und
Fertigkeiten, hilft ihnen aber auch bei der Persönlichkeitsbildung. Gerade in
der Persönlichkeitsentwicklung in freundschaftlicher Atmosphäre und im
friedlichen Wettstreit im Geiste des Fairplay sehe ich den Hauptbeitrag
dieses Turniers. Und dabei ist es egal, ob aus den Jungs später einmal
Profifußballer werden oder der Fußball nur ein Hobby bleibt, das sie in ihrer
Freizeit ausüben.
Ich wünsche allen Teilnehmern schöne und erlebnisreiche Stunden auf und
neben dem Spielfeld!
EN It is a great pleasure for me to follow the development of a tournament
whose size is crossing the borders of more than two countries. The Mini Euro
is not only a sports competition with teams coming from all over Europe, but
also a big football festival. The young football players are gathering new
experiences throughout the tournament, not only on the pitch, but also
beyond. This is developing their skills and abilities and helps them forming
their personality. In my opinion the main impact of the tournament is that
the children develop their personality in friendly atmosphere and the
peaceful competition in the spirit of fairplay. And it does not matter whether
the boys later on will become professional players or whether football will be
only their hobby which they enjoy in their leisure time.
I wish all participants a pleasant stay with nice moments on the football
pitch and beyond.

den Fußball. Fußball ist der Lieblingssport der
Deutschen und ein soziales Gemeinschaftserlebnis,
das seinesgleichen sucht. Als die DTFS einen Partner
für die Mini EURO 2008 suchte, stand ihnen die

We are about to celebrate your greatest holiday in May, the Mini Euro 2009,
which is not only an excellent sportive event for promising football talents.
It offers the chance to you to meet new friends from other countries and to
measure your strength with them. This tournament is not about the idea who
is going to leave the opponents behind and be the first in the end. The most
important will be that you perform well and gain experience regardless of what
language you speak or what country you come from. I wish all of you a great
experiences in football to be remembered and many new friends throughout

DE Die Deutsch-Tschechische Fußballschule hat
sich auch im vergangenen Jahr prächtig weiterentwickelt. Durch die Vergabe des „Deutschen
Einheitspreises“ der Bundeszentrale für politische
Bildung durch Herrn Bundesminister Wolfgang
Tiefensee wird deutlich, welche Bedeutung der
Einrichtung national wie international zugemessen
wird.
Nach dem hervorragenden 2. Platz der Mini Euro im
Jahre 2007 und dem Turniersieg 2008 sind wir sehr gespannt, wie sich die
sportlichen Leistungen im Vergleich mit den europäischen Spitzenmannschaften bei der 6. Mini Euro in Rehau darstellen. Im Namen der Regierung
von Oberfranken heiße ich alle ausländischen Mannschaften bei uns herzlich
willkommen. Ich danke allen Verantwortlichen, Helfern und Sponsoren für
ihr großartiges Engagement, wünsche allen Teilnehmern viele freundschaftliche Kontakte im fairen, sportlichen Wettkampf sowie den Zuschauern
spannende Fußballspiele.
CZ Česko-německá fotbalová škola se také v uplynulém roce vynikajícím
způsobem dále rozvíjela. Zisk „Ceny německého sjednocení“, udělované
institucí Bundeszentrale für politische Bildung, kterou osobně předal
spolkový ministr pan Wolfgang Tiefensee, ukazuje, jaký význam je této
organizaci přikládán jak v národním, tak i v mezinárodním měřítku.
Po skvělém 2. místě na Mini Euro v roce 2007 a vítězství v turnaji v roce 2008
jsme velice zvědaví, jak budou vypadat sportovní výkony ve srovnání se
špičkovými evropskými mužstvy při 6. Mini Euro v Rehau. Jménem vlády
Horních Frank/Oberfranken u nás všechna zahraniční mužstva srdečně
vítám. Děkuji funkcionářům, pomocníkům a sponzorům za jejich neúnavné

EN The Czecho-German Football School has continued in her magnificent
progress last year. The Federal Minister Wolfgang Tiefensee and the Federal
Office “Bundeszentrale für Politische Bildung” awarded the school with the
German “Einheitspreis”, appreciating its work for the German and European
unification. This underlines the significance the Czecho-German Football
School is receiving at home and abroad.

CZ Vítáme možnost pozdravit Vás u příležitosti
letošního 6. ročníku mezinárodní soutěže
Minimistrovství Evropy žáků ve fotbale. Přesně před
rokem jsme zde vyslovili jedno přání – abychom se
zde opět setkali. Dnes můžeme říci – jsme velmi
rádi, že tak kvalitní projekt neopustil naše město,
a že dnes opět vítáme jeho další ročník právě u nás,
ve Františkových Lázních.
Chtěli bych Vám jménem našeho města popřát
nezapomenutelné sportovní zážitky a mnoho
hodnotných sportovních úspěchů. V duchu olympijské myšlenky, že vždy je
jeden vítěz, ale nikdy žádný poražený, Vám přejeme krásný fotbalový den.

one wish – that we see us again here in this place. Today we can say that we
may be very happy that such a prestigious project has not left our town and

DE Zum sechsten Mal wird in diesem Jahr von der
Deutsch-Tschechischen Fußballschule die Mini Euro
durchgeführt. Die Vorrundenspiele dieses herausragenden sportlichen Wettbewerbs finden in
Franzensbad, Tschechische Republik, und die
Endrunde in Rehau statt. An diesem grenzüberschreitenden Turnier werden 14 Jugendmannschaften des Jahrgangs 1998 aus 12 Ländern
teilnehmen. Die jungen Fußballer haben bei dieser
Veranstaltung die Möglichkeit ihr sportliches
Können unter Beweis zu stellen und neue Freundschaften über die Grenzen
hinweg zu schließen. Sport ist ein wichtiges Bindeglied in unserer Gesellschaft. Diese Meisterschaft im Herzen Europas soll zur besseren Völkerverständigung im neuen Europa beitragen. Mein Dank gilt Herrn Gerald Prell
und allen Helfern, die es ermöglicht haben, dass die Finalrunde der Mini Euro
in Rehau stattfinden kann, und allen Sponsoren, welche die Finanzierung des
Turniers gesichert haben. Ich wünsche allen teilnehmenden Fußballern gute,
faire, verletzungsfreie Spiele und den Zuschauern erlebnisreiche Stunden bei
einem spannenden Turnier.
CZ V letošním roce pořádá Česko-německá škola v pořadí již šesté
Minimistrovství Evropy. Zápasy v základních skupinách této vynikající
sportovní soutěže se konají ve Františkových Lázních v České republice
a finálové zápasy v německém Rehau. Tohoto přeshraničního turnaje se
zúčastní 14 mládežnických mužstev ročníku narození 1998 z 12 zemí. Mladí
fotbalisté budou mít při této akci příležitost prověřit si své sportovní
dovednosti a navázat nová přátelství překračující hranice mezi státy. Sport
je důležitým pojítkem v naší společnosti. Toto mistrovství pořádané v srdci
Evropy má za cíl přispět svým dílem k lepšímu porozumění mezi národy
v nové Evropě.Rád bych poděkoval panu Geraldu Prellovi a všem pomocníkům, kteří umožnili, aby se finálové zápasy Mini Euro mohly konat právě
v Rehau, a všem sponzorům, kteří zajistili financování turnaje. Přeji všem
zúčastněným fotbalistům kvalitní, férové zápasy bez zranění a divákům
hodiny a dny plné zážitků při napínavém turnaji.
EN For the sixth time the Czecho-German Football School has organised
the Mini Euro. The group games of this outstanding tournament takes place
in Frantiskovy Lazne, Czech Republic, the final round in Rehau. This year
14 youth teams from 12 nations will take part in the Mini Euro. This event
gives our youngsters the chance to compete in sports and to make new
international friendships. Sport is an important link in our society. This
championship in the heart of Europe shall contribute to a better understanding of the people in the new Europe. I would like to say thank you to
Gerald Prell and all volunteers who stage the final round in Rehau and to all
the sponsors who financed the tournament. I wish all players good and fair
games without injuries and the fans an exciting tournament.

DE Die Deutsch-Tschechische Fußballschule ist ein
europaweit einmaliges Projekt der Talentförderung.
Wir wollen Kindern nicht nur professionelles
Fußballtraining bieten. Über den Fußball sollen bei
uns Nachwuchskicker aus Deutschland und
Tschechien auch die Sprache und Kultur des Nachbarn spielerisch kennen lernen. Deshalb trainieren
unsere Schüler über Jahre hinweg auf beiden Seiten
der Grenze gemeinsam Fußball und lernen parallel
dazu in einem Sprachkurs Deutsch und Tschechisch.
Na tomto místě bychom chtěli poděkovat všem
donátorům, sponzorům a mnoha dobrovolným
pomocníkům, bez jejichž podpory by se z Mini Euro
Česko-německé fotbalové školy stalo sotva něco
více než pěkný nápad.

Einmal pro Jahr möchten wir das europäische Fenster noch ein bisschen
weiter öffnen. Bei der Mini Euro begegnen sich dann namhafte Fußballklubs
aus ganz Europa. Premiere feierte die Mini Euro am 1. und 2. Mai 2004
anlässlich der Erweiterung der Europäischen Union. Damals traten Traditionsklubs aus Deutschland und allen EU-Beitrittsländern gegeneinander an, um
ihren „Europameister“ zu ermitteln.
EN The Czecho-German Football School as a project promoting football
talent is unique in European terms. It is not only a professional approach to
training that we would like to provide to the kids. Football at the same time
helps the young German and Czech footballers in their attempt to acquire
knowledge of the language and culture of the neighbouring country in a fun
way. Therefore, our school children on both sides of the border have been
practising football for years while at the same time learning German and
Czech in language courses.
Mittlerweile ist die Mini Euro zu einer festen Einrichtung im europäischen
Jugendfußball geworden. In diesem Jahr sind die UEFA, der Bayerische und
der Böhmisch-Mährische Fußballverband erneut Partner des Turniers. Unsere
hochkarätigen Partner fördern die Idee, dass 250 Talente aus 12 Nationen
um den Turniersieg kämpfen und ein zweitägiges, großes, buntes Fußballfest
feiern. Sie fördern die Idee, dass der europäische Fußballnachwuchs am
ehemaligen „Eisernen Vorhang“ gemeinsam ein Zeichen für friedliche
Verständigung setzt. „Gegen Rassismus und Gewalt“ lautet daher in diesem
Jahr wieder unser gemeinsames Turniermotto.
Bedanken möchten wir uns an dieser Stelle bei allen Förderern, Sponsoren
und den vielen freiwilligen Helfern, ohne die die Mini Euro der DeutschTschechischen Fußballschule wohl kaum mehr wäre als eine schöne Idee.
Wir wünschen allen Nachwuchskickern, Betreuern, Eltern und Zuschauern viel
Spaß, faire, spannende Spiele und ein unvergessliches Fußballwochenende!
CZ Česko-německá fotbalová škola je v evropském měřítku unikátním
projektem práce s talenty. Dětem nechceme nabídnout pouze profesionální
fotbalový trénink, prostřednictvím fotbalu by se malí fotbalisté z Německa
a Česka měli seznámit také s jazykem a kulturou sousední země. Proto naši
žáci dlouhodobě společně trénují na obou stranách hranice a paralelně
k tomu se v jazykovém kurzu učí německy nebo česky.
Jednou ročně se snažíme okno do Evropy otevírat ještě o trochu více. Při
každoročním Mini Euro se pak setkávají věhlasné fotbalové kluby z celé
Evropy. Premiéru mělo Mini Euro 1. a 2. května 2004 u příležitosti rozšíření
Evropské unie. Tenkrát proti sobě nastoupily tradiční týmy z Německa a ze
všech zemí přistupujících do EU, aby se utkaly o titul „mistra Evropy“.
Once a year we would like to open this European window even more. At the
Mini Euro renowned clubs from all over Europe meet. The first tournament
took place on 1st and 2nd May 2004 on the occasion of the enlargement of
the European Union: then the tournament hosted traditional teams from
Germany and all of the newly accessing countries competing against each
other for the title “Mini Champion of Europe”.
Meanwhile the Mini Euro has become one of the top events in European
youth football. This year, UEFA, the Bavarian and Czech Football Associations
are again official partners of the tournament. These top-class partners
support our idea that 250 young football talents from all over Europe fight
for the title and celebrate a big fancy two-day football festival. They support
the idea that some of the best European youth teams are setting a common
sign for peaceful understanding on both sides of the former Iron Curtain. For
this reason our joint tournament motto will be “Against Racism and
Violence”.
At this point we would like to say a big thank you to all our fans, sponsors
and volunteers without whose contribution our Mini Euro would be nothing
but a good idea.
We hope all young footballers, coaches, parents and fans enjoy themselves
during the tournament that they have fair and thrilling matches and
experience a football weekend to remember.

mládežnického fotbalu. V tomto roce převzaly UEFA, Bavorský a Českomoravský fotbalový svaz opět záštitu nad celou akcí. Naši VIP partneři podporují
ideu soupeření 250 talentů z 12 národů a oslav dvoudenního pestrého
fotbalového svátku. Podporují ideu mírového porozumění evropské fotbalové
mládeže v místech bývalé „železné opony“. Naše společné heslo pro tento rok

CZ Je mi potěšením, že Mini Euro se koná již pošesté nedaleko mého
rodiště. V době kdy jsem byl fotbalovým žákem, hrál jsem i na stadiónech,
kde se turnaj koná. V té době nebylo možné hrát tolik mezinárodních zápasů,
protože hranice mezi východem a západem byly uzavřeny. Dnes je Evropa
sjednocena a proto jsem rád, že dnes místní mládež může hrát s tolika
špičkovými týmy z celé Evropy. Tím se stává Mini Euro jedním z nejlepších
mládežnických turnajů v Evropě .
Přeji všem hodně úspěchů, zábavy a zápasy vedené fairplay!
DE Ich freue mich sehr, dass die Mini Euro zum sechsten Mal in meiner
Heimat stattfindet. Als ich ein kleiner Junge war, habe ich selbst in diesen
Stadien Fußball gespielt. Leider konnte ich mich damals nicht mit so vielen
internationalen Teams messen, weil die Grenzen zwischen Ost und West
noch geschlossen waren. Heute ist Europa vereint, und ich freue mich umso
mehr, dass unser einheimischer Nachwuchs mit so erstklassigen Teams aus
ganz Europa spielen kann. Das macht die Mini Euro zu einem der besten
Jugendturniere Europas.

EN It is a pleasure for me that the sixth Mini Euro is again taking place in
my home region. When I was a small boy, I played in the same football
grounds as you today. Unfortunately, I was not able to compete with so
many international teams as the borders between East and West were still
closed. Europe is re-united today and I am very happy that our youngsters
can play with so many top-class teams from all over Europe. This makes the
Mini Euro one of the best youth tournaments in Europe.
