Obchodní dům IKEA Praha – Černý
most se na konci roku 2004 stal druhým
obchodním domem s bytovým zařízením
na okrajovém území hlavního města
Prahy
a
pokryl
tak
svým
velkoprostorovým pojetím nedostačující
kapacitní možnosti obchodního domu v
Praze na Zličíně.
IKEA je čtvrtou stavbou UNISTAVU pro
švédského giganta IKEA zároveň se stala
i 204 obchodním domem IKEA ve 32
zemích světa. Tato velkolepě pojatá a
nestandartně řešená typová stavba IKEA
byla postavena v rekordním čase 33
týdnů. Není to ale jen další větší kopie
předchozích IKEA projektů, ale je zde i
mnoho nových specifik a komfortních
řešení. Objekt je dvoupodlažní s
podzemními garážemi s celkovou
výměrou 23.500 m2. Garáže pod celou
plochou obchodního domu s parkovacími
místy
jsou
propojeny
s
dalším
podzemním objektem garáží, který se
nachází pod centrálním parkovištěm.
Celkem je pro návštěvníky 1 177 míst pro
parkování. Kromě prodejních ploch na
16.077 m2 se v budově nachází i velká
restaurace s kapacitou přes 400 míst.
Velkou zvláštností sadových úprav areálu
jsou obrovské platany, které prorůstají z
podzemních garáží stropem až nad
venkovní parkoviště před hlavním
vchodem do budovy.
V rámci komunikací areálu zde UNISTAV
vybudoval i okružní křižovatku, tzv. Malou
Chlumeckou, která výrazně přispěla ke
zlepšení dopravní situace v této části
Prahy. I při tak napjatém časovém
harmonogramu a při respektování
požadavků obyvatel z okolních bytových
zástaveb se firmě UNISTAV a.s. podařilo
tento další obchodní dům IKEA dokončit
v požadovaném termínu a dle představ
náročného zahraničního investora.
At the end of year 2004 IKEA Store Prague - Černý
Most has been introduced as the second store selling
furnishings at the outskirts of Prague City. Thus the
department store with its large space concept has
covered the insufficient capacity of the store in Prague
Zličín.
IKEA is the forth project of UNISTAV for the Swedish
giant IKEA and it is the 204th IKEA department store in
32 countries of the world. This IKEA building employed a
magnificent and nonstandard design for such IKEA type
project. The project was completed in record time of 33
weeks. Definitely it is not only another larger copy of
previous IKEA projects. There are employed many new
particular features and comfortable solutions. The
building with two floor levels and basement garage
provides total floor area of 23.500 m2. The basement
garage is connected to another underground garage
below the central parking area. There are 1 177 car
parking places in total. Next to the retail areas of 16.077
m2 there is a large restaurant for more than 400 people.
Particular features of green areas are super plane-trees
which grow from the underground garage through its
ceiling and above the central parking area in front of the
main entrance to the building.
The scope of works by UNISTAV included also a
roundabout which is called Malá Chlumecká. The
roundabout improved significantly the traffic
conditions in this Prague district. Even when the time
schedule was very much squeezed and requirements
of citizens of blocks of flats in neighborhood had to
be respected UNISTAV succeeded to complete that
IKEA store in required time and in accordance with
requirements of the demanding international Client.
