from beaches and from St. Julian's, with car port, 6 car garage, garden and private pool. The lovely deck area is complete
with sun beds, outdoor furniture, portable bbq & a seperate shower room. Property enjoys open sea/country views from
pool area and most rooms. Entrance of main property leads to a lounge/dining (looking at pool), guest toilet, living area
with tv (melita cable service) & telephone, which is combined with a kitchen/b'fast (equipped with fridge/freezer,
microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, electric hob and an electric oven). This room looks at pool area and also
has a small closed laundry room with washing machine. Bedroom no. 1 has 1 double bed, bathroom ensuite with full
bath & seperate shower and a balcony overlooking the pool & enjoying views. Bedroom no. 2 has 2 single beds and a
balcony & enjoying views. Bedroom no. 3 has 2 single beds (with a possibility of a 3rd bed) and windows enjoying views.
Bedroom no. 2 and no. 3 share a full bathroom but not interconnecting. The main property is fully airconditioned and
sleeps up to 7 persons. Main property leads to a lower level which is also interconnecting with garage, where one finds a
store room and bedroom no. 4 which consists of 2 single beds (with a possibility of an extra 2 single beds) with use of the
pool's shower room. This room is ideal for bigger groups and sleeps up to 4 persons. There is also a flat-let which is
located underneath the bungalow but not interconnecting. Flat-let consists of a full bathroom, 2 bedrooms having 2
single beds in each and a kitchen (equipped with fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, gas hob, electric oven), combined
with a living area with tv (melita cable service) and which is looking at the garden with further space for entertaining. The
flat-let is not airconditioned and sleeps 4 persons. Therefore the main property + the extra room + the flat-let sleep a
total of 15 persons and are ideal for a large group who would like to spend a lovely holiday in the same premises. Rates
include towels, linen, include maid service & change of towels/linen once weekly for bookings of more than 7 nights,
include water/electricity and airconditioning charges. Rates are based on a maximum of 7 persons. Charges for the extra
room and the flat-let are not included in rates. Minimum of a 7 nights stay. Starting from Lm132.00 per night.
