o veřejných zakázkách, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „zákon“), sděluje následující dodatečné
informace k zadávacím podmínkám vztahujícím se k dané nadlimitní veřejné zakázce na dodávky
zadávané formou otevřeného řízení dle § 27 zákona.
Zadavatel tímto předkládá aktualizovaný a podrobněji rozepsaný bod 2.10 zadávací
dokumentace pro snazší pochopení dokumentů, které jsou nutné předložit v rámci nabídky.
S upozorněním, že tento checklist nezbavuje uchazeče povinnosti pozorně prostudovat a
dodržet zadávací podmínky stanovené zadavatelem v zadávací dokumentaci.
Vzhledem k možným výjimkám, speciálním požadavkům a odchylkám v konkrétních
případech není zaručena ani správnost, ani úplnost podané nabídky navzdory tomu, že
nabídka je kompletní dle tohoto checklistu. Níže uvedený seznam je doporučením zadavatele
na strukturu nabídky.

2.10 Zadavatel doporučuje předložit nabídku v následující struktuře:

In English:
The above specified Contracting Authority, pursuant to the Sec. 49 of Act no. 137/2006 Coll., on Public
Contracts, as later amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), provides the following additional
information to the tender conditions related to the given over-the-threshold public contract for supplies
awarded in the form of an open over-the-threshold awarding procedure in accordance with Sec. 27 of
the Act.
The Contracting Authority hereby provides an updated and detailed art. 2.10 od the Tender
Documentation for an easier understanding of documents which shall be submitted within a
bid.
Please note that this checklist does not release any bidder from the obligation to carefully
read and meet the tender conditions stated in the tender documentation.
With regard to possible exceptions, special requirements of deviations in individual cases
neither correctness, nor completeness of the submitted bid is granted despite the fact that
the bid is complete according to this checklist. The below mentioned checklist is a
recommendation of the Contracting Authority on structure of the bid.
